Clinique Dentaire Pearl - Dentiste - Dollard-des-Ormeaux

I would rate it 5 stars for the attending hygienist and dentist but my experience with one at the front desk today (who I have not seen during my previous visit) was inconvenient. To my knowledge, my appointment today is dental cleaning so at the end of my appointment I was verifying my payment. So she told me “you had treatment, cleaning and treatment are the same they are just different terms. ”Then she continued I should verify with my insurance”. Then continued to tell about what the dental clinic does, etc …this is kind of disregard to my visit. I supposed I have to know that visiting dental clinic for dental cleaning is the same as treatment and for any charges verification is to verify with insurance….
I may understood what she wants to tell me but the experience in the context of “communication” is inconvenient.

I consistently have a pleasant experience during every visit with Dr. Ali Shafiei and his friendly and helpful medical staff only adds to the experience. I used to feel self-conscious about my teeth, but after getting braces a few years ago, my smile was successfully corrected. I am genuinely satisfied with the outcome and would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved. You guys are amazing!

I’ve been visiting Pearl dental clinic for almost 10 years now and I would never switch. Dr. Ali Shafei has done all my treatments and is an extremely caring person. I can’t thank him enough for his patience, understanding, and professionalism. On top of the quality service, the new renovations are simply stunning. Very modern and clean.

Dr. Ali operated on my tooth six months ago to replace a filling. I never had any pain on that tooth and ever since he changed my filling I have not been able to eat on that side of my mouth. I think that old filling never needed to be changed because I never had any pain before. I went back to him four times for him to correct what he did, and did not change anything. He kept telling me that my tooth is traumatized from the procedure. Never have I left a dentist office in worse shape than I Came in. Never going back. I don’t think he needed to change that filling. He just wanted to make more money from me because the cleaning was not enough. Now I have to go to another dentist to fix what he did.

All the staff at Centre Dentaire Pearl are amazing from reception to admin to the hygienist to the doctors. Najoie was my first contact during the visit and even though it’s the first time I met her she ‘s super helpful and kind. Maryan, the hygienist, makes sure you get the best treatment. I’ve been seeing her for many years now.she takes all the time needed to perfectly do her job with a big smile, taking into consideration any specific needs or situations. Big thanks to dr Shafie & Liyousa for the best service & best staff and beautiful and spacious clinic.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Shafie for his invaluable help and assistance during the emergency dental situations that I experienced. He accepted me at late time on a cold winter evening to help me out and solve my emergency dental issue.

Dr. Ammar is the best doctor in Montreal. The staff are amazing, they are kind, supportive and organized. Highly recommended.

I can’t pick which is the best. The friendly and helpful receptionists, the kind and meticulous hygienists, and the knowledgable and skillful doctors. What I love about this clinic is that they suggest just the right amount of treatment. Usually clinics suggest the most expensive way to maximize their profit. Well, this clinic works for you. I had my fillings done without anesthesia because doctor said it isn’t necessary. I was recommended a type of toothpaste instead of root canal for a sensitive tooth. My hygienist was very careful with my sensitive tooth and often recap with easier words with pictures which is super helpful. Receptionists.ah, they are the red strings brought me here. I felt welcomed through the phone when I was making the first appointment. I would recommend this clinic definitely. Amazing.

So, this is my 2nd time at this dentist office.today I had an appointment I walked in and they wanted to do a facial scan of my face. Right at the receptionist. I said no.the facial scan if for them to remember their patients. Really? ! I am not at an airport.they have no signs up stating that they do this and they just say it as if it’s nothing, they don’t say if you want to do it. There aren’t any signs posted anywhere. Since when? Also their pricing. I paid 200.00 $ for a cleaning for the past 2 times.all of the sudden I was told that.that’s been a mistake.the bill made no sense at all. As the matter a fact when I called to book this appointment I had asked about pricing. I was told it’s still 200.00$.
All of the sudden the bill stated 327.00 and a she said she was giving me a discount of 127.00$. They also charged me for 1/2 oz of fluoride which 35.00$. Anything to raise their prices. They weren’t like this before their renovations. But as for me the facial scanning because they need to remember their patients is more than enough for me. The dentistry field has been around for more than 100 years. I don’t know why they need to scan your face to remember who we are. I don’t go through that when I go to the hairdresser when I go get my nails done. This is an invasion of privacy, and whoever walks in there should realize what they’re asking them to do.

The best clinic, the experience was great, the doctors are very professional and nice, the staff is always welcoming with a smile.

Nous avions tous les deux eu d'anciennes mauvaises expériences avec des cabinets différents de dentistes et étions donc à la recherche d'un professionnel en qui nous pourrions placer notre confiance. Lors de nos rendez-vous respectifs, nous avons constaté le haut niveau de professionnalisme du personnel de le clinique Dentaire Pearl. Le nettoyage de nos dents et la réparation de la dent de mon conjoint ont été effectués de manière minutieuse et nous avons tous les deux ressentis que le personnel a grandement à coeur le bien-être de leurs patients. Le personnel a su nous donner confiance en la haute qualité de leurs bons soins et nous sommes tous les deux extrêmements satisfaits de leur travail sur nos dentitions.
