I've been coming to this dental clinic since June 2023, and they're very good at what they do! The staff are very polite, I've had two checkups, and I even got one wisdom tooth removed from them. Everything was perfect! Dr. Wasilla is the best, and I'm more than happy to be coming to WM Clinique!

Une urgence dentaire pour ma fille est survenue vendredi soir, à presque 17h. C'est la seule clinique qui a répondu à mon appel et m'a donné rendez-vous pour le samedi matin, avec de sages conseils pour limiter la douleur entre-temps. Ce matin, au rendez-vous, nous avons été accueillies par des personnes souriantes, courtoises, bienveillantes. Expérience chez le dentiste très agréable et hors du commun. 10️ sur 5.

I lived in Dorval for a while but now living downtown, I still travel to get teeth cleaned and repaired here because they really make it easy on you if you are anxious lile I am. Debbie was exellent.

I've been looking for a dentist for the last 3 years. After coming across a good referral, I can say my experience was beyond great considering my dental issues, meaning, I have exceptionally sensative gums. They adressed my situation with delicacy and made sure that my discomforts were below the minimum. I highly recommend them from, Dr Wassila to the Hygenist Kobi, the hole team is great, clean, professional, carrying.

The building itself is a little sketchy, and the elevator buttons don't light up when you push '3'.

The service we got was amazing, I called for an appointment the day off. My husband's temporary filling had shifted from a root canal, he was concerned it fell out or was not sealed, risking infection.same day appointment and the dentist confirmed it had only shifted but still looked good enough until the root canal procedure is done.

I cannot express how thankful I am for the level of FREE service, as we were not charged, which I'm still in awe of. Ryan was really stressed about taking extra special care so the root canal procedure goes smoothly.

First time here and I love it! The dental hygienist Kobi was really professional and explained me really well what habits I should change for a better dental health. Also Dr. Tam was very great and precise while checking my teeth. There are multiple dental clinics close to where I live but I decide to go further out from my area to be able to come here. I really loved this first experience, thank you all!

Upon arriving early to my appointment at the clinic, i was welcomed with Debbie’s huge smile and friendly gaze. She sat me down and a few seconds later I was approached by the best Hygienist i’ve ever came across with… Kobie. She laid me down on her chair and proceeded to clean my teeth until they shined bright like a diamond! She then explained to me in detail how to floss my teeth and how to avoid cavities.
Afterwards, Dr Tam came and concluded the appointment by appointing the danger of my wisdoms extraction and options on how to treat it.

Over all I had an amazing experience at WM Dental Clinic

So I came for a consultation back in December 2021. At the time, I had pain and minor infection in my wisdom tooth area. So the dentist who attended me gave me Clindamycin which dentists usually prescribe when a person is allergic to amoxicillin. However, I didn’t know this at that time and I wasn’t even allergic to amoxicillin so there was no reason for the dentist at this clinic to prescribe me Clindamycin. But the dentist I went to this year told me that they were not supposed to prescribe me Clindamycin without even asking if I am allergic to amoxicillin. So yeah, as prescribed, I took Clindamycin back in december and because this was too strong an antibiotic, it threw the flora in my gut off and I have had diarrhea for almost a year now. I have taken probiotics for months now and only now can I see a difference with my gut health. Totally won’t recommend this clinic, they have dentists who are under trained and can put your quality of life at risk with their prescriptions!

Tout d'abord, je m'excuse d'être pauvre et d'avoir une assurance dentaire? Non… Je ne devrais pas avoir honte de ça… vous devrais avoir honte d'avoir mis une fille qui a 20 ans au maximum et un service a les client ZÉRO comme réceptionniste, et de me dire qu'elle me fait un faveur, pas une seule fois, mais en plusieurs reprises.
Mon assurance a approuvé 80% de mon nettoyage depuis la semaine dernière et mon panoramic le même jour, mais la brillante fille a décidé de le supprimer et de faire une autre réclamation totalement différente de tous les nettoyages qui m'ont été faits et l'assurance par erreur d'elle non Cela couvrait certaines choses qu'elle plaçait, quand je le est demandé, elle est devenue défensive et m'a dit d'être plutôt reconnaissante qu'elle mea fait un faveur…. UNE FAVEUR? Oh, quelle condescendance la fille…. Vous prenez l'argent de l'assurance et les 20% restants de ma poche…. Quelle faveur me rends-tu? Même pas que j'étais dans l'armée du salut pour me faire soigner les dents gratuitement….
J'étais très heureuse depuis octobre de l'année dernière, les hygiénistes dentaires, les deux qui m'ont soigné, merveilleux, le médecin aussi, et sans parler d'une réceptionniste qui, je pense, s'appelle Debi… tout l'amour…. Mais ils viennent mettre une fille sans manières et avec une éducation ZÉRO en service à la clientèle sur la face de leur entreprise? Et quand je lui ai dit qu'elle venait de perdre un client à cause de son attitude, elle n'était pas intéressée, évidemment puisqu'elle n'est pas propriétaire, ce qui compte pour elle c'est son salaire.
Quel dommage, ils perdent un client.et ils savent bien qu'un client content vaut mieux qu'un qui ne l'est pas.au lieu de leur déconseiller, et c'est pire car les mauvais avis ou les mauvaises nouvelles sont les ceux qui bougent plus vite.
C'est dommage la vérité mais votre RÉCEPTIONNISTE celle sur la photo n'est pas un 100 Watts.et tout comme vous me perdez, passez à l'action ou vous perdrez plus de clients si vous ne l'éduquez pas ou si vous la quittez tout simplement.

Malheureusement l'incident s'est déjà produit, il n'y a aucune excuse qui change l'expérience et le mauvais moment que j'ai eu, mon avis sur le traitement que j'ai reçu de la super réceptionniste ce jour-là restera le même et ne changera pas.

Definitely the best experience I’ve had with any dental practice. Special thanks to Debby and Dr Mansouri that took care of me. Called for an emergency appointment and got seen the same day. Came back a week later for teeth extraction and it was flawless.
I have severe anxiety with doctors but they were so patient and understanding. They took my concerns seriously and explained every detail of the process while reassuring me throughout. They also called the day after to follow up and remind me about after care procedures. Honestly had a great experience at this practice. Totally recommend.

Excellent service! I booked for a cleaning at this clinic because i could not get an appointment on time at my usual place. I drove 30 mins to this clinic and from now on, I will do so every year! The receptionist is super friendly (Vanessa). The cleaning with Kobi, the hygienist, was very smooth. She is fast and very gentle. Dr Mansouri, also very friendly, took her time to examine and ask questions at the end. I never felt rushed. Even if it was my first visit, it felt as if I was a long time client. It was a pleasant experience!

I can honestly say I have never been treated with such respect, care and professionalism! Strangely enough to say that I'm looking forward to my next cleaning!

This is by far the best dental clinic I've been to. The service was amazing and it was easy to get an appointment. The dentists will recommend the best treatment for you and give you advice depending on your situation. Incredible! The staff are amazing, good people. Every single staff member such as the receptionist, dental assistant and dentist as well as their wonderful colleagues were so good to me and made me feel good about going to the dentist again. Other dentists I visited made me feel judged but not here, not at all. Every business these days you go to you are greeted by staff that are not happy to be there and not happy to serve you except here. At this dentist clinic they make you feel good from start to finish. I recommend you give this dentist clinic a try if you are like me who works in customer service so appreciates good customer service and feel tired of being made to feel bad about your teeth at other clinics. I had an amazing experience at this clinic! I have been avoiding the dentist for many years because I had a bad experience at another clinic, I was pretty stressed but for nothing. All the staff at that clinic is so warm, caring and so nice. I would recommend to anyone. They are very helpful and accommodating in regards with the insurances. I was very pleased with the service provided by Dr. Rechidi and her team. My 5-year-old son was really scared to have a cavity filled and Dr. Rechidi was amazing with him. She was patient, explained every step to him, and showed him every tool she would use to put him at ease. It was such a positive experience for him that he was excited to go back!

5 stars for an awesome dentist! I can't beleive how quick, efficient, honest and helpful Dr. Rashidi was! One of my tooth broke over the weekend and I urgently needed to get it fixed, I was able to quickly book an appointment and get it done, now my tooth is like new:)

Just had a great check up with Dr. Rechidi and her team. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and they are sanitizing everything. So I felt very confident going in for my check up.

I have been going here since the transition from Dr. Roy Foster. The staff is great and always have smiles on their faces. They also helped me use the right products for my teeth. It's worth travelling from the south shore!

Great care at this dental clinic! The staff is super - very gentle and they communicate with you each step of the way. We brought our 3 and 6 year olds and they were excellent with them and made them feel very comfortable.
