Toujours agréable d'entrer à la clinique Bellevue. Chaque fois, l'accueil est chaleureux, tout le monde est super souriant et de bonne humeur. De plus, elles ont toujours de bons conseils et des solutions à tout. Elles travaillent vraiment très fort pour la satisfaction des clients.

Mention spéciale à Dre Ariane Martel (mon optométriste depuis quelques années), qui explique vraiment bien les informations, ce qu'il y a à savoir, les changements au niveau des yeux, etc.

We LOVE Dr. Sophie Lam but have moved our business elsewhere. My daughter and I were both fitted for contact lenses. It cost $50 each. Although I was able to get the information I needed to order MY contacts online - they would not release my daughter's information without me paying an extra $25 for "administration" fees. They should warn you - if you buy your contacts from them the fitting is $50 but if you buy elsewhere the fitting is $75. Just be honest upfront and don't hold prescriptions "hostage". I tried to reason with them. The $25 is worth more to them than my loyalty and future business. I've moved now to Lunetterie New Look in Kirkland - where Dr. Lam also works.
