Worst clinic I've ever been to. Went for mental health help and was accused of being a drug addict by the doctor who himself had massive dark circles around his eyes and looked like a coke head himself. Maybe projecting?

Idk just go to the ER you'll get the same experience maybe even better.

Je voulais remplir et signer un formulaire de pre-emplois par un médecin
Premièrement tu galère par tout si tu n’as pas un médecin de famille
Et lorsque enfin j’ai réussi à avoir un rendez-vous dans ce centre
Je me déplace et decu du comportement du médecin

The receptionist doesn't make any sense. She cancelled my appointment only ONE HOUR ahead than my scheduled time. I was already there and she told me that my appointment was cancelled. Then she complained back to me saying why I didn't answer the phone. The time she was calling me I was already on the way to the clinic and I didn't hear the phone ring at all.she seems doesn't understand the common rule that people takes time to the clinic from their home. Only one hour ahead telling a client the appointment is cancelled and didn't mention any reason is already ridiculous, she just doesn't understand this and she even blamed back why the client didn't answer the phone. So stupid!

Horrible service. Inhumane. Staff extremely rude. Agents on the phone and reception lack empathy. They don't show respect or a minimum politeness.

Not my first time going to this clinic for urgente care, but I believe they recently changed their system and it works really well now! First couple of times I went there I would wait an hour just to see a nurse and another 4-6h to see a doctor… But today I showed up at 8am and they gave me an appointment for 3pm that afternoon, I was able to go back home and rest until time for my appointment, at 3: 10pm I was already seen by a nurse and the doctor came to examine me just a few minutes after! I was gone with my prescription not even one hour later!

We needed an urgent appointment for our kid, and were able to have it the following day. Registration, nurse and doctor were all friendly and helpful.

Yes the building looks worn.

Will still recommend to our friends who need an appointment fast

I don't have a name for the kind of services they provide here but it isn't healthcare. In fact, it's probably closer to being the opposite of healthcare.

I guarantee that the staff here do not want to see you - you are a nuisance to them. Their day would be better off without you. They will ask you questions like "Why are you here? You should be somewhere else" after you've explained to them your symptoms.

A better question, that they should ask themselves, are not why the patients are there, but why are they there, if not to provide care for patients.

But we all know why they are there. They are there to make a living getting that sweet tax money that all of us who work hard give to them through the government. There would not be anything wrong with that if the money was going to good use, but in this case, it's going to very poor use - and the patients are the ones who end up suffering.

Triage: The nurse leaves the door open and said" don’t touch my door" when I tried to close it when it was my turn. Respect of Confidentiality 0. I was waiting nearby to see the doctor: I could hear everything that was going on the room and other people problems.

The doctor: I was taken care by a resident and a senior nurse. The doctor was kind and offered a good service. The nurse was providing good support to the doctor and helped me feel comfortable during my tests. Thanks to the both of them.

As someone with no family doctor I’ve been to a lot of emergency clinics and this one: 1 star for the service offered by the secretary and triage nurse, but 5 star for the doctor and nurse who treated me.

There’s also miscommunication between the clinic and 811 service for appointment's.

Le sevice ici c'est tellement terrible, lacception est nul, medecin est nul aussi. Jai attendu pendant 1h pour le rdv et puis le medecin a passe seulement 10 minutes pour mon malade, il a dit cetait deborde le clinique, il na pas de temps voir mon maladie et ma explique. QUOI? Jai passe plus de 1h pour rien, you are kidding? Cest son mandat en tant que medecin, comment il peux parler de chose comme ca, il recoit les salaires pour faire rien pour le patients. Cest tellement nul ici!

J'ai eu un r-v à 9h du matin le 6 janvier. Le service m'a été fournies en français et en anglais sur les trois piliers (réception, triage, et médecin).
Lors de l'ouverture de mon dossier à la réception, la dame était patiente et m'a abordé avec courtoisie.
Au triage, un peu moins patiente et effectivement comme dans les commentaires précédents, elle ne voulait pas qu'on ferme la porte dû à une mauvaise aération de la pièce, ce qui ne me gênait pas personnellement. Par contre elle m'interompait pour crier à quelqu'un dans le couloir de porter sin masque et semblait constament regarder le couloir comme si celà était sa priorité et que je la derangait avec mes soucis de santé. Tout de même elle me semble être compétente et avoir beaucoup, beacoup trop d'année d'expérience!
Quand au médecin, attantive, à l'écoute patiente et dédié! Chapeau!
Je suis arrivé à 8h40 et j'ai reçu ma prescription et quittait les lieux à 8h59! Nice job guys! Bravo!

Mon fils a eu un Rendez-vous cela a pris 2 jours. J’ai été impressionné par la qualité du service le médecin et l’infirmière nous ont informé de nos options pour trouver une solution

I’ve been going there for years and today was the worst day ever, the guy at the reception was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional the way he talks to people is unacceptable.
The aisan guy (nurs) was also very rude and wasn’t respectful and the way he spoke to me was completely different than when he spoke to his friend when she showed up. I really hope you guys take the proper action with these 2 because working in this industry is about helping people and being kind not rude and disrespectful

Very rude and unprofessional staffs on the phone and at the receptionist. I talk with a man staff on walk-in clinic phone and tried to explain that my husband is in the waiting room and his french was not good and I wanted to make an appointment for him, but he was so rude and did want to listen to me and screaming at me like we do not have time today Madaam, Madaam.he was so awful, Then he gave phone to other women receptionist and she was even worse. Me too I am work for healthcare services. I felt so bad for their behavior and attitude. They need a formation how to treat patients i think. Awful service.

This is my second time going to this clinic, and although I had my set appointment for 7pm, the doctor only got to me at 7: 40pm. The room I was in had exposed wire and was not clean. The receptionist and nurse were unkind towards me and the doctor seemed to keep forgetting to check my sample. When it was time for me to go, they didn’t tell me my diagnosis and just handed me a prescription paper with no other info, on the other hand apparently the sample I gave was thrown away although they needed it so I was asked to give another sample. But instead of doing another one, the other nurse picked it back up from the trash and used it. Very unprofessional. Please avoid this place.

I wish I could give this a 0! I am actually at the clinic the staff is really rude with everyone here! The waiting room is not clean and you have to bring your own mask if you don't they don't give you one or have an attitude when you ask for one. Please don't waste your time coming here.even the nurse is rude.

Truly the worst public services provider I have ever experienced. It is scandalous that they are allowed to operate in such an unprofessional manner.

Shame on the management.

The building is filthy, the staff are surly and even outright rude.

I feel sorry for those who may be trying to do a good job but have to work in such a demeaning environment.

Zero stars.

The Queen Elizabeth help center and it's emergency department are very controlled and very effective and my doctor was working out of that area down the hallway with her own set of reception people and a couple of different nurses. The new routine now in in Quebec is that a nurse sees you first and then you see the doctor even though I had a doctor's appointment with my primary care physician. I'd say they're doing a good job but then again I'm critical and fussy about the details and about human interaction and healthcare let alone information transfer. So I'd say doing a decent job.

Soyez certain d'avoir votre masque!
Car la clinique n' a pas assez de fonds pour payer de masques au patients!
Vous risquez votre RDV! Le dépanneur en face du métro vend 2$ la masque!
Pour qu'il vous fasse la jetté avant de entre voir le médecin!
Très mauves expérience, même les cliniques les plus petites, en donne les masques et un meilleur service!

Behaviour, service, professionnalisme and politeness is so poor it’s ridiculous for a Clinique!
The moment I step foot in front of the receptionist, you would believe the behaviour was coming from a mean teenager going through puberty. And the same for the nurse that takes your info, the politeness is out the window from the way she talks.
I’ve been here since 2pm and I still haven’t seen a doctor for my serious infection. How the Clinique still in business is beyond me.
I should’ve check the reviews before coming here.

Trust the reviews when they said the receptionist is the worst. She picked up the phone, say hello, and after i asked her, she stayed quiet. I called again, she picked up the phone right away and quiet.

Pire clinique que j’ai vu!
J’ai eu un rdv pour mon bébé avec bonjour santé, j’habite Les Laurentides. Mon rdv est à 16: 40 ils me refuse car mon bébé tousse… ils me disent que c’est après 18: 00 et qu’ils n’ont pas de place!
Service horrible. Aucun acceuil et secrétaire.
Tres sale aussi!

Une des pires experiences, notamment au niveau du service a la clientele. En effet, en date du 11 février 2022, L’agent de sécurité traite tres mal les patients, aucune politesse, arrogance, ignorer les questions des patients et qui va au delà de crier sur les patients et j’en passe…
Une plainte a été déposée depuis ma dernière visite mais rien n’a changé.

Worst service ever. Rude and disorganized staff. Receptionist in imaging lab is incredibly rude. No system to serve people in the order they arrived for their X-Rays. Only a few doctors and nurses are actually professional, kind and take the time to check patients. The rest are condescending and rude, rushing around instead of listening to patients and minimizing their issues… Avoid like the plague!

It was busy, and I had to wait for a time, but that is what one can expect in a medical clinic such as this one. The staff was amiable and professional, who managed to accomplish their tasks with grace and good humour despite the number of rude and entitled people who made demands of them. Definitely above average.

Très mauvaise expérience, très mauvais accueil à la réception. Le médecin m’a mis sous traitement en précisant qu’il faut se revoir dans 3 semaines. Aucun retour, j’ai même pas pu prendre un autre rendez-vous dans cette même clinique. Une expérience horrible!

December 9,2021 Thursday, I want to this hospital because I had a car accident in the morning, I waited a couple of hours for the doctor to come and see me. When he came and talk to me he didn’t give me much time to explain about my situation. When I told him that I have a pain on back of my head so he prescribe me x-ray for my neck, Doesn’t make any sense. How an x-ray can let the doctor know that what’s going in my head!? My scalp wasn’t broken so he needs an x-ray for me!
I really have a doubt that he is a doctor? (he’s an old guy I don’t know his name even)

Going in around 7: 55 AM before opening by 5 mins I was skeptical about the reviews where almost everyone is complaining about the receptionist who is absolutely the worst according to everyone, I nevertheless needed someone to see my sick child.

Then she comes out all obnoxious and rude asking everyone to wait outside at 0 degrees and not listening to anyone even though they were minutes away from opening. She repeatedly asked us to go outside and refused to listen as if she’s a child throwing a tantrum, such unprofessional behavior.

We gladly left the premises because this establishment clearly doesn’t care about its patients or visitors despite everyone voicing the same concern over and over again.

Would rather stay sick then deal with her.

I was pleasantly surprised, it was my first time going to a clinic like this (with an online appointment). Everyone here was polite and friendly.

There was this quirky thing where the receptionist was insisting on French with the patients while also chatting with the Anglo nurse; but he wasn't too rude or anything

J'ai pris un rendez-vous pour mon fils et après avoir fait 1h20 de route je me fait dire dsl personne peux être vu si il tousse et ce même avec un test covid négatif. Par la suite elle me dit vous pouvez reprendre rendez-vous pour après 16 hrs nous accepterons de le voir.
Pas d'endroit pour changer mon bébé dans les toilette qui date de la construction du bâtiment.
J'ai eu l'impression d'être dans un restaurant insalubre.

La pire clinique j'ai vu jusqu'à maintenant.

I just got shamed for breastfeeding my son in the waiting room. One worker came out to tell me " stop doing that, this is a public space". This is the first time I encountered such behavior, and from a Healthcare worker. You'd think they would understand the basic needs of a baby. 1 star is even too much

Well I have read some of the feedback and I must say that my experience was an highly positive one. First- look folks this is a busy place! In order for this to function and meet their deadlines they have to have to get things on the go! If you are not organized then it's on you. These people know what they are doing and on the medical aspect it's TOP NOTCH
They almost convinced to stop going at the private clinic that I usually visit!

Elle ne parle pas français.
Elle comprenait rien.
Elle aurait pu me transférer avec une personne qui parle français, mais elle était odieuse. Elle m'a annulé mon rdv sans raison valable. Elle avait un ton impoli. Si la clinique permet un service aussi médiocre, j'imagine que tout est médiocre á cet endroit.

One of the most rude receptionist I have spoken to in life. A typical government servant behaviour who dont care about anyone and impatient to talk to actual patients. They need to be coached how to be humble to people in a customer service.

Les Médecins sont bons
Mais l acceuil et l enregistrement sont poches
Tu est reçu par une espèce de vieille folle hystérique et si t arrive 5 minutes avant ton rendez vous elle te jette dehors
Par contre elle ne se gêne pas pour te faire attendre 15 min après ton entrée
L enregistrement s sont 4 dans le bureau et ça dort au gaz
Un endroit à éviter si possible
