I wanted a deep tissue massage but only got a massage. Also, paid for an hour, but it was more like 50 minutes as I got called to go to the private room after my scheduled time and still had to unclothe. Masseuse was nice, though, do three stars are for her.

Je donne 2 étoiles.parce que le massage y était excelllent mais j'y ai aussi eu la pire épilation de toute ma vie. J'ai amené mes filles se faire épiler les sourcils et la lèvre supérieure, Grosse erreur! Leur peau est toute éraflée et pleine de boutons au dessus de la lèvre. Les sourcils n'en parlons pas! La madame a épilé le dessous du sourcil et pas la partie supérieure. Mes filles et moi sommes très déçues‍

I booked an appointment a couple weeks in advanced. I received an email notification the day prior confirming my appointment. The day of my massage, I arrived a few minutes in advance just to be told that my reservation was canceled. They couldn’t explain why and couldn’t offer any resolution. Very disappointing.

I really enjoyed my 90 minute relaxing and therapeutic massage here the other day. The massage bed was nice and heated. Lovely room decor with scented oils that you can choose for the massage. The soft music lulled me to a semiconscious state of bliss. The receptionist was very nice and answered all my questions about the services and even the products, which he knew well. I had Ghislaine as my therapist. She was friendly and professional and massaged all the knitted areas I asked for. I also enjoyed the little shop downstairs. I was not expecting such fine products, locally made I think (?) and ended up purchasing this intoxicating scented holistic bath salts. And am planning on buying a second bag for my sister in law. I’d honestly go back just to buy more of those cool products but am limiting myself to 1 per visit

I have always had an excellent and relaxing experience at EssenCiel. The facials are always a nice treat. They also provide various massage services, including pre and postnatal massages. Definitely a treat to have them locally in Aylmer.

So I went for a massage with Hannah today EssenCiel and woah I think this is the best message I’ve ever gotten. I feel better than I do after a deep tissue and don’t feel as sore and exhausted as a deep tissue massage would have me feeling. Hannah now has a new customer in me.

Also cannot recommend this place enough. I can’t believe it was my first time going. I’ve been missing out. The place is super clean. Smells great. The boutique is inviting and makes you want to spend money. The room for my massage was STUNNING. Just a really great environment.

J'ai eu la chance de voir 2 massothérapeutes (Céline et Hannah) et une esthéticienne (Chantal) pour mon premier facial. J'ai été super satisfait avec chacunes d'entre elles. En plus, la boutique par laquelle on entre, est plein de petits trésors naturels: savons, shampoings, déo (ROUTINE mon préféré est SUPERSTAR) plusieurs produits de soins du visage de la gamme Éminence. Je vous recommande l'essenCiel

First of all, this place is nice and the staff are nice. And I still gave an ok tip because I didn't have the guts not to. However the massage therapist was very inexperienced. Too much lotion was used. Never in my life have I asked for more pressure and this time I did. I felt like there was very little technique used, like I could give the same quality massage. She also needed to justify everything and that made me feel like I shouldnt be asking for what I want. The stool she sat on was so noisy and seam to always be in the way. The massage was not equal on both sides. And again way too much lotion. Disappointed is my general feeling.
