Clinique K is among my favourite spots! The level of detail and service is exceptional. The employees are courteous, professional, and skilled at spoiling their customers.
Christina is super personable, professional and honest. I am never disappointed with her work and look forward to every visit.

Following consultation with dr Karl, I had filler injection under my eyes with nurse Jessica. She was fantastic and I was very happy with result, however it faded in less than 1.5 month!

Problem with this clinic:
-Nurse verbally told me that under eye filler would hold 12-18 months, but their form they make me sign showed much shorter period (up to 12 months), which was still ok if true.
- 1.5 months vs 12 months guaranteed was way far from their claim. Who would spend 2k for 1.5 month?
- The nurse had forgotten to take "after" injection picture for my files, and when I went back there hoping to fix it she mentioned pictures are deleted from her iPad! So no proof of quality
-Nurse refused to include free touch up service despite seeing the result vanished after fraction of promised time. She said I am an employee, if I open product I have to charge you with no exception.
- 2 days later, Manager called me apologizing, saying her hands are short and she offered 15% discount toward new injection, which I found it offensive.
I found lack of respect to their word and their contract unethical. I refused to go back and spend more money.

To Clinic K: Please do NOT reply here and ask for call back to discuss and solve the situation. As explained above, this step has already been taken with no result.

Cette clinique esthétique est géniale. L'accueil est chaleureux, le service pré operatoire est rassurant et les expert qui gravitent autour du docteur est sécurisant et attentionnés.
Je dois aussi ajouté un gros plus à la ligne d'urgence qui est géré par deux superbe infirmières, elles répondent à nos questions par textes à toutes heures.
N'hésitez pas pour une consultation, le docteur est très honnête dans ses recommandations.

Je vais à cette clinique depuis quelques mois et je suis très satisfaite des services reçus. L’équipe est accueillante et professionnelle. Je fais mes soins avec Jessica et elle est merveilleuse. Elle est empathique, compréhensive et elle travaille très bien. Je suis reconnaissante d’avoir la chance d’être suivie par une personne aussi passionnée et bienveillante.

Dr Schwarz did a horrible job on my frowning muscles. When I came back for a follow up, he said it was my strong muscles that kept frowning and that he couldn’t do anything more about it. I accepted - but I had to write this bad review on him because many months later, I tried another doctor that was lower in price and who did an Amazing job to keep me from frowning. I think Dr Schwarz is only after making money, he doesn’t care to do the best job for you. After my experience with another doctor, I realized how little time doctor Schwarz gave me, he not only rushed the appointment but didn’t do a good job. I regret seeing him - I don’t want anyone else wasting their money. It’s.better to see another doctor who cares to genuinely listen to what you need and is capable of doing it.

I get my lips done with Steph and she has so much attention to detail and always does such a beautiful job. Seeing Steph is really like hanging out with a friend and she’ll always make you feel comfortable throughout the process
Will definitely be coming back to see Steph as well as the friendly staff at the clinic!
*P. S: you can ask for a breast implant if you need something to squeeze during injections

I am 65 years old.
I had a facelift surgery four months ago with Dr. Schwarz (January 2023) ; five months ago.
The recovery and the outcome of my surgery went very well and behond my expectations.

My husband was impressed with the recovery and outcome. At 73 years old he had his facelift done with Dr. Schwarz three months after mine.

A facelift continues to improve up to six months to a year after surgery.

In my opinion it's one of the most beautiful cosmetic surgery clinics I have ever step my foot in to this day. The technology of cosmetic surgery at Dr. Schwarz's clinic is "state of the art" and offers nothing less but the best. A mark of it's cosmetic surgeon.

How about Dr. Schwarz?

1. Dr. Schwarz is an excellent listener, is patient, and will answer all your questions. I would recommend to bring a list of questions with you before meeting with the surgeon.

2. Dr. Schwarz can and will say "No" if a surgery or a treatment is not for you at the moment. That started building my trust in him as a surgeon. You can take my word for it. He said "No" to me more than once! Trust is something that is earned and he earned it.

3. He sincerely cares about all his patients and "follows" them closely. The passion for his work, the precision, and his goal to give his patients a beautiful and natural look with a facelift is what drives him.

4. His work is an art for him, the quality of it is highly important and it shows. As a cosmetic surgeon he is aware that each cosmetic surgery he does will bare his "signature" for many years.

I am someone hard to impressed, reasonably demanding, who asks a lot of questions, and detail oriented. He will gained your trust too.

Competence, expertise, knowledge, precision, high standards, and an understanding of natural beauty are a few words defining this surgeon.

Very bad experience with Jessica, not happy at all with the results. She put too much product, then wanted to use another product to remove the excessive portion but I was scared that it end up worse than it already is. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all.
