Suite à tout les commentaires négatifs sur cette clinique je me dois de laisser un avis. J'ai eu une très bonne expérience avec eux, la réceptionniste, l'infirmière et le médecin étaient tous très gentil et compétent. Le service était rapide et efficace!

Je ne sais pas s'il y a quelqu'un qui regarde les avis et qui les gèrent car la majorité sont contre la réception mais à chaque fois que je m en vais la c est toujours les mêmes personnes hyper désagréables.
Les réceptionnistes sont impolies, parlent très mal, stressantes et n ont aucune notion de réception exceptionnellement celle de la fin de semaine.
S'il vous plaît, faites quelques choses, donnez leurs une formation ou trouvez une solution. C est décevant.
Mais bien sûr je ne vais pas juste parler des points négatifs, donc je tiens à dire que les infirmières et les médecins sont juste wawww. A l écoute du patient.

Personnellement, j’ai eu une très belle visite à cette clinique. Service rapide et courtois. L’infirmière et le médecin étaient très gentils.

The worst receptionists and really bad service. The receptionists need to get fired, this is a clinic where patients come in. There is absolutely no need for these ladies to be impatient and rude for no reason. I wish these ladies get the same treatment when they get sick because the way they act so entitled is crazy.

Superbe expérience! Du monsieur super souriant et joviale à l'accueil pour prendre notre nom et la super infirmière Catherine Bissonnette efficace à l'écoute, super professionnelle et compétente, whaou je suis ravie et en plus je n'ai même pas attendu y compris pour les radios au sous sol avec des gens tout aussi gentils. J'ai mes prescriptions, des requêtes déjà envoyés et je me suis sentie vraiment prise en charge, merci l'équipe!

We called the clinic 4 times so far to take an appointment from our family doctor and nobody answered however they say leave your number we will return to you in 24 hours, I went there, they said you should take an appointment online, even then you can’t find an appointment

I had a really good experience at this clinic yesterday. I have not been able to reach my family doctor for an appointment so I went online on Bonjour Santé and I was able to get my appointment here. The receptionists (the main 1 and the 2nd one) were polite, nice and told me exactly where I needed to go and what to do. I was seen by the triage nurse and waited about 45 minute to see the Doctor. Doctor Farah was super kind and understanding. I got my blood test done asap then today, Doctor Farah followed up with me with a telephone call and explained all my results and what I needed to do next. I think my only complaint would be the parking. So if you are driving, maybe bring someone who can drop you off and pick you up because the parking fills up quite fast. Thank you to everyone there! I feel so relieved and I have peace of mind.

I can't speak for the other doctors at this clinic, but I felt belittled during my appointment with Dr. Zakharia and the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I believe she would benefit from pointers on being empathetic towards her patients - and I say this as a mental health professional.

Quand j'ai vu tous les avis négatifs, j'ai failli regretté d'avis eu un rdv ici via RVSQ. Mais à ma grande surprise tout a été nickel, du début jusqu'à la fin! J'ai été reçue rapidement et efficacement.

Personnel très aimable. La médecin a été très à l'écoute. Pratiquement pas de temps d'attente.

J'ai eu un rendez-vous grâce à bonjour santé, mais comme le 811 a été nettement plus efficace pour me donner un rendez-vous le jour même, je n'ai plus besoin de celui-ci. Par contre, j'essaie de l'annuler depuis plus d'une heure, mais c'est impossible de parler à une réceptionniste et bonjour-santé ne me laisse plus annuler via leur site! Tant pis.

J’ai eu un rdv ici par Bonjour Santé. Ça a pris un peu du temps, peut-être 1hr pour être vu par l’infirmière et le médecin. Mais tlm était gentil et poli et le médecin m’a bien écouté.

Very rude and impolite secretary and staff. I was in pain and she was almost shouting at me. I was slow with French as it is my second language but she didn't care and wanted to be finish with me quick. Everyone was looking at me in the waiting room and seemed like they had the same experience. Shame on you for behaving like this with the poor patients.

Première fois dans cette clinique, j’avais un peu d’appréhension vu les commentaires négatifs, mais au final j’ai été très bien reçu et j’ai pu rencontrer un médecin très rapidement

The overall rating already says it all. Dr. Agha is careless person, he will treat you for 1 minute only and goes on to the next. Its like a fast food restaurant. They want you in and then quickly out to serve the next. Inhumane.

La pire clinique que j'ai pu visité au Québec. Les infirmières et médecins sont d'une arrogance mais incroyable. Le temp d'attente est tellement long et aucun résultat médicale. Le médecin me dit pour un mal de ventre qu'elle ne peut rien me faire et qu'elle ne peut pas me souscrire de voire un gastro et que je devrais patiente jusqu'à ne plus avoir mal. Le Québec est officiellement la pire province pour avoir des soins de santé je plaints les québécois.

Receptionist number 2 is very rude and not professional and she even told me that I should be grateful that they gave me an appointment and let me come in. I am just wondering where is Quebec gouvernement why they do not take action against these rude and disrespectful "medical" employees because patients are already dealing with a lot and mo one is happy to come to a clinic unless they real need to see a doctor. I can't imagine that we have such a bad clinic in Canada - I have been waiting for 2 hours and will see when I will get the chance to see the Dr even though I have an appointment

La réceptionniste clairement n'aime pas son travail pas de sourire pas de politesse, bête, rude avec les clients âgés qui se présente, ignore les questions posées brusque avec les papiers.
Nous avions un rdv à 9h45 en règle et conforme aux demandes. On nous a fait attendre jusqu'à 10h20 et lorsque demandé on nous dit faut nous inscrire ceci et cela.vraiment manque de professionnalisme et savoir vivre, RESPECT

Faites attention, cette clinique n'est plus sans rendez vous. Il faut prendre un rendez vous. Il a fallu que je me rende sur place pour le savoir. Ils ne le mentionnent pas sur leur site. Tu parles d'un professionnalisme!

Have been trying to get an appointment anywhere for the last few days. I keep trying to schedule online at 6pm but everything is booked by 6: 01. I went to a clinic today and they referred me here saying it was a wall I'm. No appointments needed. I walk in.the receptionist doesn't even glance at me after I say hello twice. After s few minutes I asked if she was going to help us. She said I need to make an appointment online. I told her we have been trying for days and cannot find one open ans this was supposed to be a walk in. She said how do you think other people are seeing doctors right now? So freaking rude. So frustrated with our health care system right now.

Le service de réceptionniste est TRÈS médiocre. Du jamais vu! Nous sommes obligés de prendre les rendez-vous (même pour le service sans rendez-vous) seulement au téléphone, mais il y a personne qui répond! Mais le comble, elle ne téléphone pas pour annuler ou reporter un rendez-vous et bien sûre, pas moyen de prendre un rendez-vous sur place malgré leur erreur. Ça va faire une semaine que ma fille et mon mari essayent d'avoir une réceptionniste pour un suivi médical.

I am VERY disappointed with the Dr that treated me today.
Yesterday, I had high fever, vomiting, body ache, chills and other symptoms (COVID symptoms). I live with a family member who tested positive for Covid. Because my home test came out negative yesterday, the Dr told me there was nothing to worry about, I have 'gastro' and was good to go back to work in 1-2 days. He didn't check my body temperature, didn't make me do the Covid test, but was confident there was no way I caught it. I literally feel like I got hit by a bus. I was skeptical with the diagnosis given. When I got back home, I took the Covid test again and it came out POSITIVE. That DR was completely OFF!

On me donne un RDV pour lundi le 28 février 2022 à 17h20.
À mon arrivée, il n'y a personne à la réception. Mais je vois un écran tactile dans la salle d'attente avec une affiche disant d'entrer votre numéro de téléphone. Donc c'est ce que je fais. Un monsieur vient me voir et me demande ce que je fais. Je lui réponds que je rentre mon numéro de téléphone. Il me dit qu'ils n'utilisent plus ce système. Alors je lui réponds: "vous devriez retirer l'affiche". Il me réponds "non, car il servira peut être un jour". Bref, il me dit de m'asseoir, ensuite il revient pour prendre mon nom pour ensuite me dire que mon rendez est pour le 1er mars et qu'ils ne se trompent jamais. Je lui réponds que je confirme toujours mes RDV pour m'assurer justement qu'il n'y aura pas de malentendu.
Comme plusieurs avis l'ont déjà mentionné, le service est carrément NUL et j'imagine que les médecins (ou le médecin) qui travaillent à cette clinique sont le reflets de la réception.
Donc, nul besoin de vous dire, je ne retournerai plus à cette clinique.

Dr Hisham is amazing! Highly recommend. Also, my wife was followed by nurse Josée and she was so sweet and caring.

I can't speak for everyone else's reviews, but we had nothing but a positive experience there. Our kids' doctor recently retired, and we were sent to this clinic by Quebec's 1-call-1-appt service to deal with a breathing issue with my youngest. The doctor we saw was friendly and courteous with my wife and child, and the doctor that followed up with us twice thereafter (a different one, who actually suggested a modification to the first doctor's plan) could not have been more patient and friendly.

Sadly I don't think either of these doctors are accepting new patients, but we'll continue to ask for this clinic as long as we're between permanent doctors and relying on that phone service & walk-ins.

Depuis des semaines, votre machine à numéro, celle qui envoi le texto pour vous avertir que c'est bientôt votre tour, est brisée. Au lieu de la faire réparer, les employés disent "à qui la chance - si ça ne fonctionne pas et vous manquez votre tour, too bad" Non mais vous vous foutez de nous? !? Réparez la machine, c'est simple.

Pire expérience, il me donne un rendez-vous 2 semaines après la date d’appel pour m’appeler la journée avant le rendez-vous et l’annuler sans me donner un autre rendez-vous et en raccrochant de manière impolie

J’avais rv à 9: 40. Il est 10: 55, j’attends encore. Je viens de voir la réceptionniste pour lui demander combien de patients restent avant moi, elle me dit: madame attendez. Je lui dit: pouvez-vous m’aider svp combien de patients restent et elle me dit: 6 je ne sais pas il y a avait 6 patients avant vous en début de journée et le système n’est pas mis à jour pour représenter les visites patients déjà faites par le médecin. Receptionist and nurse were super sweet. The doctor was strangely agressive. I received a grammar quiz in the first minute of meeting him. Truly unpleasant. Weird flex bro.

J’ai rencontré un bon médecin mes pour ce qui est du service téléphonique et surtout des réceptionnistes ses un grand MÉDIOCRE avec un grand M la réceptionniste principal aucun respect laisse à désirer.

La pire clinique que j'ai vu de toute mon existance. J'ai pris un rdv car je suis encore en attente de médecin de famille, et j'ai besoin de prescription de ventoline car je suis asthmatique.
J'arrive à mon rdv la réceptionniste de la réception R-02 me reçois très mal, j'ai attendu 1h (rdv a 10: 30) à 11: 30 je demande à la réceptionniste si il reste beaucoup de monde avant moi car je travaille, elle m'a répondu très méchamment en disant que je n'ai pas de médecin de famille et que ce rdv est un privilège.très déçue, si on va chez un médecin c'est pour une raison on a pas besoin en plus de ça de se faire mal accueillir, j'ai été très polie et j'ai simplement demandé si mon tour arrivait. La réceptionniste a répondu aux autres patients et pas a moi. Je ne vous recommande pas d'aller à cette clinique vous en ressortirez encore plus malade qu'avant d'y arriver.

I was worried to be honest about the service I would receive based on past reviews. Everyone was professional and courteous. I was there for my 2 month old and felt well taken care of and the service was very quick and efficient. I highly recommend the clinic, don't pay attention to the haters:)

Worst experience at a walk in clinic ever, Dr Ana Zacharia was having a bad day and took it out on my 79 year old mother who doesn't have a GP. She has been on a waiting list for months now and I had to book an appointment somewhere to have her driving license renewed.
She did not help with the paperwork and informed us that she would not be taking on more patients. We have an appointment with a physician at the clinic to have an examination and tests I hope. But today was just a waste of tax dollars and time.
The visit was 10 minutes of abusive questioning and confusing my mother even more about why she doesn't have a doctor.
I understand that a doctor has to take precautions before filling out paperwork for a patient.but explaining the process nicely would be more effective than accusing a patient of not answering correctly or lying. Hardly gave me time to answer questions directed at my mom which I was translating.
She wrote in my mother's file that she refused physician appointment instead of: could not make it at the time offered.
Just a mean person! Should not be practicing.

Le département pédiatrique n'a aucune empathie envers les parents, aucun professionnalisme. Ils ne répondent jamais, ne prennent jamais le temps d'écouter au tel ne veulent rien entendre (cas urgent ou pas). Dès que la secrétaire décroche le tel c est pour dire de prendre rdv en ligne et raccoroche sans même attendre une réponse.

I can here as i needed to see someone because I have a UTI, They said they aren't a walk-in clinic since covid. They need to update their information.

"W. T. F.just happened" is the words my husband used when he got done with the appointment that we got at this clinic for our 22 month old. I'm actually thinking how dangerous these kind of cattle establishments are for the welfare of our beautiful city and its inhabitants.based on all the reviews that I just read. I am saying cattle cause that's how these "Doctors" treat us and our children, just so they can swipe our healthcare cards and will just be another number. Its inhumane and unacceptable behaviour by a profession that deals with our children's health and well-being. It looks like many are getting fed up with this God complex and arrogant attitude that these unprofessionals have towards anyone whose not a dr.in this clinic. The question is How is this clinic still open?

As described by the others, I also had the worst experience you can have at a clinic!
The rude lady (both on the phone and in person) made us wait 2 hours for my 5 year old to be visited by the pediatrician, even though we had an appointment! And when it came up to following up for her throat culture after 2 weeks, she hung up on me saying I see no result in front of me, what do you want me to do! And didn’t answer when I called back!
I still have no idea if my kid needs to be on antibiotics or she is just fine!

If I could give a 0 I would. This clinic never picks up the phone, even when we leave a message, there is no call backs.

A very bad service in the reception and an extremely rude secretary! Just in front of my eyes she talked with two people in a very bad tone and way, one of them was a patient "old man".
There is no responsibilty, no atitude at all! I was in a harry and just wanted to make sure of my second appointment time. When I asked her just to verify from the doc she kept saying ask him by yourself several times while I was talking!

Speaking also on the bad sercive, there is no one to call you up before the appointment to remind you! When I wondered why there wasn't anyone who confirmed my appointment the one she spoke was so mean!

My friends and family had bad experiances too! And the avoid to visit that clinic.

A GIANT ZERO! It's not a Clinic but a Mafia Business. Starting by the Pharmacy (they tried to rip me off 50$ in 2010, I still can't gorget it!) to secretaries ending with the Doctors! 36 years in Montreal and never heard something similar to what happened to me. Mauvaise expérience (mediocre) avec dr benmohamed. Elle a pris même pas 5min pour analyser une dizaines de radiographie. Elle ne m'a rien expliqué. Elle était pressée de sortir car c'est la dernière heure de la journée. Elle m'a conseillé d'aller au privé pour faire un suivi si je ne peut pas supporter la douleur. Ou d aller chez n'importe quel pharmacien pour acheter n'importe quel creme anti-inflammatoire. (Je dois demander l'avis du phamacien). Elle m'a aussi conseillé de chercher une solution grand mère. Sortie de la avec grande déception et même douleur.

Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre de 0. On me raccroche au nez impatiemment en raison d'une mauvaise transmission au téléphone. La médecin qui m'a consulté n'a voulu faire aucune observation adéquate de ma situation malgré ma demande, elle semble vouloir se débarrasser de ses patients le plus vite possible. On me fixe une mauvaise heure concernant les rendez-vous téléphoniques. Et puis, pas de désinfectant à l'entrée, quelle ironie venant d'une clinique.

Try to avoid this clinic for walk-in appointment.those general practitioners were rude and just there for money. They dont listen to patients and make you go within 3 minutes.
I used to go to this clinic because it is within walking distance to my house. Now i would rather drive to west island or NDG for better walk-in clinics.
I recommend clinic Physimed and clinic Diamant, even though they are far.

Waited 45 minutes to be directed to another doctor, this is wack stop treating people as if there were not humans, we are scheduling an appointment, respect that appointement, if it was 10 minutes-15 minutes delay, its alright but 45 minutes not acceptable. When you call the secretary they speak to you as you were nothing to them. I would highly recomment you on going to another clinic, staff here is terrible!

Pire expérience médicale de ma vie! Un médecin froid, peu de mots et peu d'explication. Il est impatient et arrogant quand on veut en savoir davantage. Il en vient même à vous inquiéter. De plus, le secrétariat (qui est souvent mêlé) est injoignable. À chaque fois que j'appelle, il faut appeler des heures de temps. Je soupçonne que parfois, ils ne rentrent pas travailler! La dernière fois que j'y suis allée pour ma grande fille, je me suis fait retourner de bord car mon bébé faisait ses dents et avait simplement coulé du nez 24h auparavent. Il ne voulait pas la rencontrer. On est une zone froide covid qu'il m'a ''garoché'' de l'autre bord de la salle d'attente avec aucune empathie. Franchement, il faut faire la part des choses. J'ai fermé les dossiers de mes 3 enfants et j'ai trouvé ailleurs! Demandez-vous pas pourquoi ils ont toujours de la place quand vous appelez!

Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je le ferais. J'avais un rendez-vous téléphonique le 19 août 2020 et Dr. Amer Esper ne m'a jamais téléphoné. J'ai tenté de téléphoner à la clinique, mais personne ne décroche. J'ai envoyé un courriel.aucune réponse. C'est clairement une clinique à éviter.

This is the worst clinic in Montreal.my mom is in hard pain for more than a month after one month waiting for dr to call her, dr called but my mom because of pain couldn’t answer the call fast, and dr never call her again.
This is not a real doctor taking care of her patients.
I’m really sorry for her.

Selon le service auquel vous avez affaire, le service est vraiment différent!
J'ai fais appel au service de santé sexuelle, vraiment les infirmières sont extrêmement sympathiques. Si vous avez un rendez-vous avec une infirmière, elles aussi sont incroyablement sympathiques et bienveillantes. L'aiguillage à la clinique pour vous amener à la bonne place est vraiment pas terrible. J'ai attendu extrêmement longtemps une infirmière car une secrétaire m'avait soit disant appelé mais en fait non.
J'ai l'impression, encore une fois, que les services sont pas géré de la même manière mais je vous recommande le service de santé sexuelle si vous en avez besoin:)

Il y a de bons médecins ici, pour ceux n'ayant pas de médecin (e) de famille. Cependant, si on appelle, ça ne répond pas (presque jamais), sans possibilité d'y laisser un message (si on doit parler à un médecin en particulier pour quelque chose d'important, par exemple, pour faire le suivi.). Conseil: Si possible, prenez votre r-v sur rvsq.gouv.qc.ca, pour vous faciliter la tâche. C'est presque mission impossible sinon. Pourtant, ce n'est pas tout le monde qui utilise Internet.

Degeulasse. Javais rendez-vous téléphonique et ils mnt jamais appelé alors que jattend ce rdv sa fait longtemps.jai rapele une vingtaine de fois et aucune réponse. Cette clinique devrait fermée.
