The doctors and staff ARE very addiquit on thiere jobs in this establishment. Ì enjoy coming TO this location.

I do not go here often, thank god. Normally only to see my doctor for regular checkup's.
On the few times I have gone for what I perceived to be an emergency, I was treated in a first class manner. Thank You for dedicated service.

C’est la première fois que je vais dans une clinique et que je me sens réellement écouté par le médecin. Le personnel est très humain et a à cœur le bien-être de leurs patients.

Best doctor & staff, kind, accommodating, Dr. Bernstein has been mine & my family's doctor since I was 8 & is now my children's doctor also, two thumbs up!

Phone system is a joke, you need to pretend to need to book an appointment to actually speak to anyone.expect to wait at least a couple months for an appointment

Disons que si ce n'était pas ma très gentille médecin, j'irais ailleurs.service rarement courtois, attentes interminables au téléphone (quand on arrive à obtenir la ligne), r-v annulé sans nous en informer.et c'est comme ça depuis longtemps.

Impossible to get through by phone, line ALWAYS BUSY! For all the money they make, they should really invest in a proper answering service.

Thank you to Dr. Bernstein and his nurse. The staff is great too. My husband needed multiple times an asap appointment and you all accommodated him the same day. I can't thank you all enough. It is beyond words greatful

Mauvais service, docteur qui annule les rendez-vous à la dernière minute, secrétaires médicales qui manquent de professionnalisme, attendre pendant DES mois les résultats d'examen.

Terrible. Terrible phone service, can’t imagine how bad it is in person.
Don’t bother waiting 0.5 seconds after the phone menu explains the options, or it’ll auto hang-up. Then, you’ll call again and every minute for the next 10 minutes and it won’t even pick up, saying “user busy”. Then, you’ll call between 12h and 13h but the phone line is closed, and of course you can’t leave a message and. Finally when you do manage to speak to someone, they’ll say “one minute please” and put you on an indefinite hold.
