The service when I went was stellar. However I cannot reach the clinic for a follow up appointment. I have sent several emails, tried the contact us message box, and calling. Every time I call and select option 4 "Speak to our reception staff" the phone simply hangs up on me. Ridiculous.

Dr. Elgendy was my family doctor, last year I had a scare, my stomach was hurting and I was bleeding internally. I went to see Dr. Elgendy twice for this and both times asked for a requisition for a colonoscopy, she denied me and said “you’re young I’m sure you’re fine”. I was shocked and upset because she didn’t take me health seriously at all. I had to go to the emergency at the hospital 3 times (waiting around 8-12 hours each time) in order to get proper testing and a requisition to finally get a colonoscopy. It was a really painful, exhausting and scary experience and finally when I had the colonoscopy I was diagnosed with an auto immune disease for chronic inflammation of the colon. All of the hours spent at the emergency, all the blood tests and needles could have been avoided if Dr. Elgendy just took my health seriously as she is supposed to do and gave me a requisition. I’m writing this in hopes she learns something from this and decides to actually listen to her clients when they express clear red flags in their health. She could have cost me some serious health damage if I took her advice of “just wait, you’re young I’m sure you’re fine” I shouldn’t have had to waste 3 months suffering trying to juggle work, school and hours spent at the hospital waiting to get tested when I have a family doctor. Huge disappointment.

Prise de RV téléphone avec infirmière rapide. Appel avec infirmière s'est bien déroulé. Me donne un RV avec médecin dr. Martello. Acceuil à la clinique se passe bien. Très propre. Martello toujours d'un beau professionnalisme, il a un ton rassurant et on ne sent pas pressé.

Je trouve ça intéressant les réponses du centre médical… cela parle toujours du patient et de la prise de rendez-vous… mais si vous lisez bien les commentaires c’est la manière dont les clients sont traités. Si vous ne reconnaissez pas le problème je comprends maintenant le nombre de plaintes dédiées à la réception. Je travail dans le milieu et c’est inacceptable le ton méprisant utilisé même pour un transfert d’appel.
Secrétaires médicales impolies, ton ironique, n’essayent pas d’aider pour les situations délicates. Je travail dans le milieu et ce n’es pas ainsi qu’ont travail avec la clientèle malade. Service à la clientèle ZÉRO ÉTOILE.
CEPENDANT DR HATAMI INCROYABLE. La sectaire médicale qui travail en lien direct avec lui est professionnelle.

Je mentionne qu’une fois j’ai eu besoin d’un certificat médical et que le tout c’est fait de manière rapide et efficace par courriel.

Stupid doctor. I know more than the doctor. He didn't even ask about my analysis. It felt like he didn't want to work at all.

Not taken seriously for my debilitating pain. Was told I would feel much better fast with medication and refused any pain medication. Called to see if call from nurse could be sooner but wouldn’t t even check if it was possible. ER is Not an option

Almost impossible to get through the phone line and book an appointment with a family doctor. Receptionists are always irritated that you bother them.

The receptionists are lovely, very friendly and with a big smile. The nurses are nice, very nice and treat the patients very well. The gynecologist was lovely, I hope to continue with him in the future.

They are some very kind people there, we were able to get an emergency appointment with a gynecologist. Or only par was what seemed to be the owner of the clinic, a blonde lady that kept screaming she was a doctor and that it would seem to justify the fact she was making a scene. I would still recommend the clinic as they are a large variety of services that you can get there and most the staff is really nice.

I want to sincerely thank the receptionist who went out of her way today to make sure I received the referral I urgently needed in a timely manner…great service!

The care and service here is always excellent. The staff is efficient and I know I am in good hands with the physician and specialists I see there. Highly recommend.

I love this clinic! My experiences, plural, have all been great! I think it is managed, exceptionally well.
My GP, gynecologist, skin doctor and ENT doctor, are all under one roof. I don't wait long times but hey, it's going to happen once in a while. It only takes one late person to create a delay. No complaints here. Very, very happy patient all around!

My family doctor is great, and that's unfortunately where the good ends at this clinic. I stay because I need a doctor and this is where she works.
After long wait times on the phone line, the receptionists are often rude and impatient, and often don't give you enough time to speak during the conversation.
Getting any kind of medical certificate from my doctor now requires a payment when it did not before, and I've had important documents kept from me without any notification that I was supposed to make a payment in order to receive them, so there was a delay which was problematic for me.
And finally, they don't have a single female gynecologist anymore (they did last year) which means people like myself, with traumatic histories, or just people who prefer a woman doctor for such a sensitive exam, have no choice but to go look around at other clinics just to see a female doctor. It's just unfortunate it's so difficult to find a family doctor in Québec, since mine works at this clinic so I cannot move on to anywhere else. Honestly, I feel like three stars is generous.

Being new to the cardiology clinic, I went for an ECG stress test on 16 August. An amazing clinic, Dr Bogaty (and the nurse with the A-tattoo) is absolutely unbelievable, out of this world. An extremely patient, knowledgeable doctor who stays with me during the entire period of the test and spending considerable time afterwards explaining the results. Dr Bogaty made me felt totally at ease which, to me, was very important. I am very happy to find a wonderful cardiologist. Dr Bogaty – you are a gem! May you and your nurse be blessed with good health and continue your sterling service to the community. One comment, though – the front office staff, as the frontline first point of contact, can be more tactful, polite and service with a smile as you represent the clinic as the first point of contact with clients. I notice this comment seems to be recurring so often, perhaps some customer training would be good.

My daughter was seen by her and had a lovely experience, she was patient, understanding and prescribed proper medication!

I have been to many medical offices. None compare to this one starting with the front line receptionists who are professional and courteous. The office is immaculately clean. Best of all my doctor is a wonderful kind, caring human being. I highly recommend this office for a myriad of reasons mostly good care.

The front desk staffneed their attitudes adjusted including the office manager. They seem to think they are the ones to determine if you get to book an appointment. God forbid you have to reschedule an appointment. They try to block you from rescheduling. Something seriously wrong here. Seems everyone is on a power trip

The waiting time on the phone is endless. When the receptionist answers they are very arrogant and rude every time. Management service is terrible both in person and over the phone.
The surgeon promised me an operation in January and said that they would call me from another clinic where he operates, but it's almost April and no one has called me. At the Elle clinic, the administrators refuse to give the doctor's work contacts in order to find out why there is such a delay (my operation is paid, so I don't have to wait in any queue, the surgeon told me). It turns out that there is no further logistics in the clinic.
Summary: my appeal to this clinic is a waste of time and effort

I saw two doctors here and each experience was great - Dr. Powell & Dr. Alrowaily. Both were kind, compassionate, and allowed space for questions.

I have to be honest, the doctors are really competent professionals, but if you can see them. Impossible to get a normal appointment with your family doctor, nor with your children's doctor within a reasonable timeframe. Earliest appointment is at least in 2-3 weeks whenever you call. If you have an urgent situation, the reception staff rudely tell you to go to the emergency room. If you complain about the super late availability, they ask you if you have an urgent situation? You have to "fine tune" your urgency so they will not order you to go to the emergency, but they favour you with one of the urgent appointment spots available in the forthcoming days. Very frustrating, very dissappointing and very bad organisation in this clinic.

EDIT: As a response to the below comment, the above information are based on my personal experience, I am already a patient of this clinic and this is what I get everytime I call. The latest experience was; I waited 3 weeks for an appointment with my family doctor, then I've been informed on the day of appointment, that it has to be rescheduled because the doctor is sick (very understandable, very human) but the new proposed date is in 5 weeks! True story!

EDIT 2: Again, the worst clinic to be informed about your basic health requirements. Wait 1 hour in the line just to pass a short message to your family doctor, nope, military grade rules, they don't do it. Great patient communication. I would give 0 stars but unfortunately that doesn't exist.
