Terrible. À lire les avis précédent, je suis très loin d'être la première concernant la réception.

Besoin d'une organisation, ou d'une nouvelle gestion. Car clairement, ça ne fonctionne pas.
Plus de 1h d'attente, simplement pour avoir la ligne. Le minimum est de répondre aux patients et d'aviser le temps d'attente et de remettre en attente (au minimum).

Le médecin n'a pas mis ma prescription. Je dois prendre un autre RDV avec 1mois d'attente pour le même médicament. Manque d'organisation!

This is by far the worst clinic I've ever been to, the appointment was booked a month in advance and when I got there they told me there's a BIT of a wait. A bit of a wait turned out to be 2 hours, I waited for 2 hrs standing cause there's no chairs. Had to go to the bathroom after 2 hrs only to find out my name was called during that 60 seconds of peeing. I waited 2 hrs they couldn't wait 60 seconds? I tried to rebook and they said the next availability is 3 months away but schedule isn't set yet so I have to call them.

I had a terrible experience with Clinique Mednam. My mother, who has a disability problem, was refused an appointment for being just seven minutes late. Despite explaining her situation, the staff remained unsympathetic and unhelpful.

To make matters worse, they refused to take her on as a patient because of the number of medications she takes. This seems extremely unfair, especially considering that my mother needs these medications to manage her health condition.

Overall, I would strongly advise against using Clinique Mednam. The staff was unprofessional and insensitive, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Doctor was racist! She didn’t want to help my father because he didn’t speak French (Doctor only spoke broken African French) and once she saw that I spoke to him in another language than Eng/Fr in order to know what happened her face changed.

Urgence samedi soir à la dernière minute. Et même si c'était presque l'heure de fermer, la secrétaire, infermière et médecin nous ont accepté. Très accueillants, service exceptionnel et solution du problème de santé de ma fille en 10 min. Un gros merci. Première fois qu'une urgence ne tourne pas en cauchemar. Merci encore!

Je suis patiente du Dr. Khac Minh Nguyen depuis 2018. J’ai toujours été bien reçue et l’attente n’est pas très longue pour avoir un rendez-vous. Les consultations téléphoniques sont super accessibles et d’autant plus importantes pour moi qui suis déménagée à 1: 30 de distance de la clinique.

I didn’t know what to expect because I made an appointment with Bonjour Santé, but I was extremely satisfied by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I was greeted by the receptionist and nurse whom were both extremely jolly and polite. Dr Nomandin was calm and efficient. I was in and out of my appointment in less than 20 minutes. Thank you to them all for making this an easy experience.

Service à la clientèle décevant. Aucun intérêt de la part de la préposée au téléphone pour essayer de comprendre le besoin du patient qui appelle pour une démarche administrative. L'arrogance avec laquelle ils punissent la personne qui appelle en lui disant de rappeler une autre journée et en lui raccrochant la ligne n'as pas d"allure.

Easily one of the worst run clinics I’ve seen. Reception is awful. Completely unreachable. Rude, dismissive and condescending when you do reach them. Same experience listed numerous times below; they’re like drones without brains that just tell you to go to website. On Website at 6: 30, doesn’t work. Appointment with another doctor if your family doctor isn’t available? Nope. Call until the lines open and then wait on hold for 25mins? Yup. The healthcare system is messed but these receptionists also shouldn’t be in this line or work, they’re particularly enraging to deal with.

Medecin qui ne vous examine pas, fait ça très vite. Pour passer le plus de gens possible Quel horreur.

I didn't have good experience with the staff in this clinic from taking an appointment on the phone to the front desk. The front desk staff was rude and made me feel I wasn't welcome at all there.

Première visite à la clinique MEDNAM.
Une des meilleures expériences. Service courtois, rapide. Professionnalisme de la part de la secrétaire depuis l’entrée. Excellent service de la part de Dr. Pham.

Mon avis concerne seulement le service de téléphone et non le service du personnel tel quel. Je suis très déçue qu’on me fasse attendre 30 minutes au téléphone, on me dit que je suis la prochaine sur la liste, (au début de mon appel j’étais là 3ème) et tout d’un coup je suis dirigé à la messagerie vocale et donc je suis obligé de laisser un message au lieu de parler directement à la réception. Pourquoi me faire attendre et me dire qu’on va me répondre si à la base je devais laisser un message? Ça aurait été super que je ne perde pas mon temps pour rien.

Clinic is completely unreachable. They do not answer their phones or call you back ever if you leave a message. It’s also not possible to book an appointment online even when you try right at 630 like they tell you. Just another testament to our awesome healthcare system in Quebec!

C’est très difficile d’avoir la ligne pour parler avec quelqu’un et aucun retour d’appel de leur part en une semaine après deux messages alors que c’est mentionné qu’ils retournent les appels dans un délai de 24h. Par contre, acceuil courtois, endroit propre et peu d’attente pour voir le médecin.

Personnel d’accueil très aimable et sympathique. La visite avec le médecin a duré à peine 5min par contre.

I reserved online the day before. Got there on time. Very fast service. It was my first time. To note that it looked like it wasnt a busy day, so your experience might vary. However, the receptionist was nice and Dr. Huang very explicative and kind.

Just a heads up for anyone visiting this clinic, you only have 10 minutes with the doctor, and they will only listen to 3 of your illness. So if you have multiple problems, plan yourself accordingly.

The receptionist physically assaulted me because she thought I was videotaping her. I wasn't videotaping her. I had my phone in my hands to write her name on my notes. I started recording her when she aggressively approached me. I told her I wasn't recording her before she attacked me, but she continued to come to me to attack me. Her name is Sabrina. She works as a receptionist at Mednam Lachine, Located at 2000 Rue Notre Dame, Office 301, Montreal (QC) H8S 2G4

Good luck if you speak to the doctors in English. They will give you their worst service. Rude staff. Do better.

Second visit at this clinic.

Yes, getting an appointment is hard but I managed to get both appointments via RVSQ (after loading the page numerous times). Triage was quick and both doctors I saw were amazing and straight to the point. Overall time spent at the clinic: 25mins first appointment & approx 25-30 mins second appointment. I do not have a family doctor at this clinic so I can only speak from a sans rdv standpoint. Customer service was ok, nothing to complain about.

La réception, très courtois et rapide. Le triage, efficace. Le Dr. Normandin, à l'écoute du patient et très professionnel. Un vrai travail en équipe qui donne comme résultat un patient satisfait. Un exemple d'efficience à suivre pour le réseau de la santé.

J'ai adoré mon expérience à cette clinique. Dr. Fernandes a vu mes deux enfants pour la première fois et elle a été très méticuleuse, Chalereuse et professionnelle. Malgré la distance qui me sépare de la clinique je compte la garder comme médecin pour eux.
Tous les échanges que j'ai eu avec le personn ont aussi été sympa et souriants. Tout est propre et les mesures de sécurité sont magnifiquement respecteé.

Average at best.extension 3007 ou 3012 pour adresser vos commentaires par rapport au service. (ca m'a pris 3 meeting pour en arriver a ca)

The gentleman in the reception of second floor was very polite and nice.he guides us smoothly and provide us with all information we are looking for.
Dr. Fernandez is our family doctor for the first time, she is amazing and keep smiling all the time, explain to us every question we asked smoothly without any delay.we feel that we are in home and she is part of our family.thank you so much Dr. Fernandez and all the staff in Mednam Clinic.

Nicolas, receptionniste qui prends meme pas la peine d'écouter les gens, va jusqu'a dire au gens d'emprunter de l'argent et que "C'est pas son problème", il va même jusqu'a halluciner qu'on le menace. Refuse de me passer l'administration afin que je fasse une plainte.

Les médecins sont excellents, les suivis un peu long lorsqu'il y a urgence. Mais quand même correct.

MAIS POUR LA RÉCEPTION C'EST EXÉCRABLE TRAITÉE COMME SI ONT LES DÉRANGEAIS ET MALHEUR À VOUS SI VOUS OUBLIÉ DE METTRE LES PETITES PANTOUFLES BLEUS.
SURTOUT NE VOUS PRÉSENTEZ VOUS PAS DEVANT EUX AVANT QU'IL VOUS FASSES SIGNE.
SI NON VOUS VOUS LE FAITES DIRE TRÈS BÊTEMENT.

Amazing Clinic. Very accommodating and helpful got the 45 lb metal plate while at the gym on my foot I showed up and even though they were full they found dr. Normandin who is kind enough to take me on the spot. Didn't have to wait a full day at the hospital. Was able to go to x-ray right next door. I have my family doctor here we have our Pediatrician here. Highly recommend

Rude staff, rude doctor (young asian lady). Doesn't listen, talks arrogantly, very impatient. Will never go back there.

Mon medecin de famille Dr. Tong m'apporte tout le support necessaire, ne me juges pas et repond a mes questions. Par contre, je trouve cela totalement
irrrespectueux qu'on me raccroche au nez lorsque jappelle et quon me fasse attendre 20 minutes sur la ligne sans me revenir pour au moins me dire quon ne ma pas oublie!

Absolute worst reception I’ve ever experienced. There is a lack of professionalism and respect for clientele. The older women with white hair, Haguette, is very mean, unwelcoming, cold & suggestively just an unhappy person. I’m not sure if the receptionists at this clinic have chosen this domain of work as their dream careers, but they act as if they hate their job & everyone who comes into the clinic. Another receptionist here was suppose to give me information on places to have the recommended ultra sound (as instructed by the doctor) but instead she coldly and quickly said “Just go to a hospital”. I’m curious if these receptionist are sufficiently educated and trained for such positions. It is really a shame because the doctors are quite kind & responsive. Both receptionists that were there refused to let me speak as they continued speaking over me and projecting attitudes of deep irritation. A very uncomfortable environment.

La clinique est propre, les personnelles font preuve de professionnalisme, de la réception aux restes des départements, et surtout le dr boodhun et l'infirmière Holly que j'aime bien

Reçu un appel de la clinique pour un suivi avec le Dr Normandin deux semaines plus tard pour me donner les résultats de ma radiographie qui était une fracture. Ce qui est totalement inacceptable, après deux semaines.

Excellent, propre personnel gentil et accueillant. Mon conjoint et moi avons maintenant un excellent médecin traitant le docteur Cheetbahal Singh Boodhun. C'est un médecin compétent, accueillant facile à contacter, un des meilleurs médecins que nous avons eu depuis plusieurs années

Fast service in a walk-in (call ahead) clinic, with no real attitude, loved the professionalism.

I am very dissatisfied with this clinic for two reasons 1) They give you papers for test but don't tell you where to get them 2) I had to cancel due to work at the last minute, I was told that I would be charged 15$, No one ever informed me of this when I agreed to have my family doctor with them

Great clinic and doctors but anytime you have to call the clinic it takes 15-20min on hold before getting to talk with someone. There needs to be a better system.

Dr. Normandin was great. Speaks direct and to the point yet he's nice, I didn't feel rushed. Didn't wait that long after my appointed time maybe 20 or 30 mins which I don't mind. Receptionist was polite and professional with me. Clean, modern looking clinic.

Je suis impressionné de voir qu’il existe Des médecin aussi bon et consciencieux que Dr Nuyen, honnêtement je croyais plus au système de santé, Dr Nuyen fait un suivi impressionnant très méticuleux et à l’écoute, je suis simplement épatée, première fois je me sent suivi et bien encadré. Si tout les Medecin serais comme lui le système de santé serais magique, Bravo Dr Nuyen pour votre professionnalisme hors du commun

The worst administration I've ever seen in a clinic. They received my name in the list of persons waiting for a family doctor. They send me an email and they called me to book the first appointment. It was booked for June 18 in the morning. I replied to their email asking if the appointment could be changed for the afternoon and 2 weeks later and the day prior to the appointment booked, they responded that they had changed the appointment for July, without confirming if I would be available, on the new date and time given. Very disrespectful and unprofessional way to manage people's time.

I had to call CLSC to ask them to put my name back on the list for any other clinic. I really don't want to accept the abuse from Mednam bad appointment handling.

I love my doctor at this clinic and the specialists! I find the receptionists hit or miss as some are so incredibly kind and sweet and others are quite rude and mean. When I call to book and appointment I am faced with long times on hold but I never wait to long to see my doctor at the clinic.

J’ai été souvent à cette clinique et j’ai tjrs passée en moins d’1h-1h30! J’ai également un médecin de famille qui se préoccupe bien de ses patients et qui prend le temps de nous voir.

Vraiment une clinique sans rendez-vous ou tu passe ultra rapidement! Rendez-vous à 0900 heures et je suis sorti de la a 0930 heures! Le staff très courtois je recommande l'endroit si vous devez aller consulter surtout les week-ends!

Every time I make a appointment with my family doctor I have to wait 1-30 to 2 hours to see him. I live 45 min away and now have to leave with out seeing my doctor as I have to be home for my son when he gets off the bus. And I did call to confirm my time before driving 45 min

Ce centre médical est bien tenu. Le personnel à l'accueil est toujours souriant. J'y vais deux fois par année depuis 2013 et je n'ai jamais été déçu du service.
