If I could rate a minus star score I would. I have had a family doctor, Anafa Gamliel for over 5 years now affiliated with this clinic. She is amazing, very thorough and professional. But just try to get an appointment when you are sick with 39.4 fever for 3 days, impossible! They are now using the Quebec government, RVSQ. No appointments available for any of the criteria. Yes, I called the clinic, at my doctor’s #. Voice message “If you wish to make an appointment please do so on line, RVSQ, call 811 or go to an ER, for any other inquiries leave a message and we will try to respond within 72 hours. “ Did so, never heard back…ended up at a clinic over 25 kilometres from my home, so guessing what is the point of having a family doctor when you can’t get in contact with them?

I’ve been seeing my Dr here for several years and I’ve only the best things to say. As well as his secretary Yumna, kind respectful attentive always.

Getting an appointment is never difficult and I’ve never had to wait too long. Those who work at reception have always been so pleasant

I have nothing to say about my doctor, but the reception is so bad! I can never get on a call with them unless I call a million times. Very unresponsive! They refer you to the website but there’s never any slots. What are you supposed to do if it’s urgent? What are the receptionist there for?

I went with my sister for her appointment and I found the staff wonderful and they went above and beyond to help my sister. Thanks to all!

Both my boys (11 and 9) got assigned a family doctor from this clinic. The both had a full health assessment today and it was nothing short of perfection. This is what our healthcare system should be like for everyone!

I was on the government list to get a family doctor and finally got one from this clinic. Called me during school and work hours so I couldn’t answer and I tried calling back every single week for several months with no response back because “the lines are full”. They gave my file to a person who stopped working there and never notified me of it. Went in to ask what’s going on and they said that since it’s been more than 90 days and I didn’t make an appointment with them so set up my file, I’m back on the government list. The receptionists there straight up do nothing and only talk to each other while everyone’s waiting after them. Awful service. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars.

I've been going there for 4 years. If you go there before your scheduled time, you might be seen earlier if there's a cancelation. The Doctors are knowledgeable, they will give you the best advice and care.

Literally cant reach the clinic by phone, it says that the lines are closed everytime we call. Partner has been seeing a doctor weekly but has to drive all the way down there every week to make an appointment because we've never been able to reach anyone, EVER and the doctor keeps telling him "no, the lines are fixed - just call us". When he needed paperwork filled out and prescriptions he literally had to drive there 4 times in a week because nobody was answering.

I have also been trying to get an appointment for two years with my family doctor. When you call the message says they are closed. No hours of operation. I tried to book online on the 2 sites stated in message and it is not possible.

Trying to make doctor complete paper for insurance since november this year. Called every week and left a lot of voicemail. Never got a response.

Now need to tranfert the medical profil to an other doctor but no return since 4 month.

Worst service ever.

Absolutely awful system. Doesn’t even give a hold line just says
“all our lines are full call back later” and forces a hang up. Ever since covid I cannot use bonjour sante to make an appointment anymore there are never any availiblities! Seems a bit ridiculous that I am forced to go into the emergency room at the hospital just to even get the chance to speak with a doctor or nurse?

If theres a 0 button rate that could be given. That would be the rate. We have been trying to get an appointement for over 2 years, but just zero & nada.
Not only our family doctor left for maternity leave but also is referring us to a different doctor now and we were supposed to get a call from the clinic to get a new update from the new doctor but nada again.
Seems like someone needs to get their stuffs together.
Because this clinic needs some improvement
