Clinique Physiothérapie - CMI Saint-Laurent

I rarely write reviews but the unprofessional and impolite way that someone called "KHADIJA" talked to me pushed me to put 1 star and write this review;
I sent her a message on behalf of my sister on 23 july to inform her that my sister will not be able to attend her appointment on the 24 of july then on the 24 of july i called her to confirm the same but she was talking with me in impolite way and hanged up while i was still talking, i tried to call many times after that and she refused to talk with me.
I am really shocked from this kind of services, and i hope you think twice before hiring front-liners like herself.

Worst service ever! If you want more pain, this is the best place!
I had a physio therapy with Irene. After following her exercises I now have a very bad back pain and can hardly walk. I asked for another appointment to fix the problem but right before the appointment date they called and ask if I can re-schedule my appointment to another date!? I said no, then they said that unfortunately they cannot do anything about that and I need to move my appointment? ! What's on earth is this kind of service?
The physio therapist gave me a back pain and the customer service gave me a headache?

********* Update: Increase from 1* to 3*
So the receptionist called me back offering me to pay for my transportation to another clinic on the same day. I'm glad that it was resolved that way. But if it is a possibility, why not offering it to your client the first place? Was it my fault that my appointment needs to be re-scheduled? So 3*.
As for my back, I received another set of exercises and they seem to be helpful.

Expérience inoubliable cette semaine avec Kathy, secrétaire, et Nogaye, directrice de territoire. On oublie souvent comment le premier contact dans un milieu médical peut faire toute la différence. Par leurs empathies et leurs supports, elles ont contribué à faciliter mon accès à des soins urgents même si ce n'était pas leurs responsabilités. Je me suis sentie sécurisée. J'ai grandement apprécié. Compréhensives, emphatiques et efficaces. Merci beaucoup.

I've been a patient for several years and have always been very grateful for such a great family doctor. It's quite far from where I live and appointment (monthly) entail a long commute but there's no way I would change doctors. She's amazing. Very compassionate and competent. I never feel rushed. She truly listens and takes the time needed. Having had a completely opposite experience when I lived in another province, I'm especially appreciative of this.

Always good service and efficient doctors. Of course the wait is long sometimes, all clinics are the same. It’s great having the radiology right next door at maxi and the pharmacy in same building for filling prescriptions right away. It’s a one-stop shop!

I come once a year but this year the clinic is different, a good team of secretary even if it is a rough day.

It is a perfect clinic, well organized with professional doctors, nursing and also very respectful and nice staff. One of the personals, named Miss Helena, is a pretty helpful women specially with newcomers.
Clean and nice place. Free parking and easy accessable.

I had a very pleasant experience at the clinic. The staff were professional and caring. Seeing the doctor was easier than having my tires changed at canadian tire. Good job folks!

Nous avons toujours du bon service à cette clinique et beaucoup de services sont offerts. Et oui il y a de l'attente comme partout! Il faut tenir compte qu'il y a beaucoup d'achalandage. Merci pour votre bon travail
