La clinique n'appartient plus à Dr Denis Morin mais à une grosse agence qui a plusieurs cliniques. Ils ont proposé (insisté +) à ma mère qui venait pour mon chat des tests ridicules pour un chat d'intérieur. De plus, selon une autre véto mon chat a probablement attrapé une grosse infection là-bas.

I just left this horrible place with a bleeding dog and a terrible experience. They were clearly overbooked or poorly organized, at one point there were 5 cats, 2 dogs and their respective owners in the small reception. I had an appointment for a nail trim at 9: 30 at 10: 05 i was called in, this inexperienced guy or so called “technician” didn’t even say hello started grabbing my dog immediately, super harsh and forceful, like he’s never treated a dog before. I asked if there was a better way to do this since he had me holding my dog on the very dirty floor, he said “ haha no” I get up and leave cause i didn’t like the way my dog was treated, the vet comes out and offers to do it herself, she was being a little nicer but still did a horrible job, my dog was bleeding from every nail possible, she hit every vein, my dog was crying and in so much pain and the vet didn’t even take the time to cure the cuts. SHE ONLY DID 3 PAWS, MADE MY DOG BLEED AND STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE! CRAZY!
Don’t wast your time, go somewhere profesional.

Malheureusement, je dois modifier ma note puisque suite à un diagnostic erroné, notre chien est décédé. J'aurais aimé que la situation soit prise un peu plus au sérieux et que l'emphase soit mise sur l'urgence de la situation.

Très bon service, disponibles et très aidant.

Ils sont affilié à un hôpital vétérinaire qui peut faire les suivis nécessaires.
