Many thanks to Dr. Bart and his wonderful team. They gave a second chance to our lovely Odie!

The secretary and her assistant are very rude, condescending, and unprofessional over the phone as well as in person. The wait is extremely long (I understand that vet practice are swamped these days but their wait time is extreme). The vet did not give my cat any analgesia before euthanizing her, he stabbed her with a needle and left the room while she was retching and writhing around pain. The comfort of your pet is not taken into consideration. Overall did not have any good experiences here, would not recommend.

This vet doesn’t care about your animal. He wants money and going to try every trick up his sleeve to get you to spend. Please if you love your animal don’t bring them there

Honestly I was extremely nervous after reading some reviews! But everyone was very kind and professional you can really tell this office is all about the animals. My appointment was on time no waiting as I read from other reviews. They took the time to answer all my questions etc.

Un veterinaire de mon quartier de grandes expériences qui a agit parfaitement et comme il se devait avec mon poilu, (Operation pour extraction des dents) en plus de m avoir prescrit la dose adéquate, j ai eu un rendez vous le mardi rapidement pour traiter mon chien sous operation et ainsi mettre fin a sa douleur

I recently lost my dog best friend bailey. Bailey was always well taken care at this clinic, the staff was always very helpful and hardworking. There's a reason why there so busy. I just would like to say to all the staff there THANK YOU for all you did for bailey.

Super nice clinic! Dr. Bart has always helped me out with my cat, been very helpful in emergency cases, and even took the time to watch her personally out of kindness. 12/10 recommend!

My dog's health has never been better thanks to Dr. Bart! My dog's persistent skin issues finally cleared up after switching his diet to one that Dr. Bart recommended - he no longer has patches of fur missing and his coat has never felt so smooth! He also switched my dog's seizure medication and so far he has't had a single seizure in 2 months when they used to happen multiple times a week! Very knowledgable and holistic vet that won't cost you an arm and a leg!

I can’t quite speak to the actual veterinary skills, but I had a truly atrocious experience here. Was made to wait outside before the appointment (a heads up on this front would have been nice because I was absolutely not prepared to do so) and the wait was *over an hour* past the appointment time. When I finally got called in, one of the vet techs was very rude and condescending. When I finally got a chance to speak to the veterinarian about my concerns I got some incredibly questionable advice; one point went against everything I had ever heard, and another completely ignored my concern/question and tried to give me totally unrelated advice. All in all, a bad experience for me and my cat, and I strongly encourage people to look elsewhere for a vet.
EDIT: I adopted a cat from CASCA so it’s not my name on the original file. I hope that’s not why my experience turned out the way it did.

I would like to take a moment to thank dr bart and his team for saving my dogs life. Amazing customer service and they truly care about the animals pricing is very fair.

I would also like to take a second to say to all the customers. Please be patient and stay respectful to the staff at the vet, At any vet in that matter. There's been way to many times i have shown up to the vet seeing customers yelling at he employee's, being insulting and just being plain rude. There's no need for this, at the end of the day they're there to help you and your pets. So please understand its not only you seeking for help in the moment. Please stay respectful the world is lacking enough as it is.

Just had my 12 year old greyhound's teeth cleaned. Great job - kind staff. Dr. Bart is great.

Friendly, informative, excellent staff. Thorough and in immediate contact with rescue coordinator to get background history on the little kitten I brought in for his ailments.

One of the youngest receptionists/aids/technicians is very condescending. Didn't bother me too much the first 5 times over the phone/when I was in, but I'm starting to get tired of her and considering taking my business elsewhere, because I am increasingly frustrated by her unhelpfulness - she treats you as though you are very stupid and would never be able to understand the complexities of the questions you are asking. I think she believes she runs the place and doesn't understand that we are paying customers? No complaints otherwise about the care received by my dog.

I love this place, doesn't look like a vet clinic from the outside but is well equipped. The service is good and the pricing is very reasonable. Have already recommended this place to 6 people since my visit

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dont go here. Got there at 2pm for my appointment, left at 2: 45pm - not seen - still being 5 or 6th in line. This place had NO business scheduling me for a 2pm TODAY when I called YESTERDAY. At the very least they could have warned me about the wait. This is my first online review ever. Hope it helps someone stay away from this poorly organized shop.

Appointment at 3pm, only got called in at 4: 20pm.a little heads up that they are really behind would have been nice. Didnt like how the dr just says that he needs an injection and just puts it in him right away without even me asking any questions about it.and then walks off right away after the injection. I had no time to ask any questions. Overall not happy and most likely switching vets as the wait time was just not acceptable.

I waited over an hour when I had an appointment. No apology. I get that delays happen, but a simple phone call pushing the appointment back would have been nice instead of making me wait for an hour in my car with a terrified dog.

Avoid this clinique at all costs. We called over the weekend and monday morning to book an appointment from my cat, who is having problems with all 4 paws. The earliest appointment was Thursday 1pm. They call Wednesday to see if we can move it to 1: 30pm. No problem. We arrive for our appointment and wait over an hour in the car with a terrified cat who's in a lot of pain. We ask how much longer, they say 15 minutes. We wait 25 more minutes. Finally we tell them we have to leave because we were under the impression the appointment was at 1: 30 thus expecting to be seen at least by 1: 45. No apology, and they are mad at us for leaving! Completely disorganized and unprofessional, clearly no consideration towards your pets either.

The best clinic ever. DR Bart and his staff are very caring. Always give you the best treatment with no over top medications unless needed.

Très gros manque de professionnalisme! Je ne recommande pas!
J’ai eu recours à vos services à plusieurs reprises, pour tous les vaccins de mon chien depuis qu’il avait 8 semaines, pour la stérilisation et enlèvement des dents, pour le traitement mensuel pour les tiques et j‘y ai aussi laissé beaucoup d’argent! Cependant ce matin quand je me suis présenté avec mon chien malade, qui faisait de la diarrhée et qui n’arrêtait pas de vomir, ils m’ont envoyé me promener. Je suis arrivée avec le chien, j’ai expliqué la situation, la secrétaire est allée voir dr Bart et elle est revenue 2 minutes après pour me dire que son l’agenda est plein pour aujourd’hui et qu’il ne peut pas voir mon chien et m’a conseillé d’aller consulter un autre vétérinaire ou d’aller dans un hôpital à Laval. Quand j’ai proposé d’attendre dehors comme je l’ai déjà fait même si j’avais pris un rdv, elle m’a dit que dr Bard a quitté la clinique avec un client…. Quel manque de professionnalisme!
Est-ce que mon animal ne vaut plus la peine? Quand je vous ai donné de l’argent tous les mois c’était bien?

He's the best! Really good and kind with owners and pets. The waiting time is a little bit long.but it's totally worth it!

The staff and Dr Sikorski were really great I was really worried about my dog and was really put at ease and thankfully everything turned out great.

I chose to go to this clinic with my new kitten just because of the great reviews online. My experience was really bad. I came with a perfectly healthy kitten for a vaccination and they gave me her back with a damaged eye and said it was not healthy before an appt and it wasn’t their fault. Her eye gotten worse and even though I showed the vet the before and after an appt pictures they wouldn’t admit it was done at their place. I spent another 200 $ to treat her eye at another vet clinic. Clinique Vétérinaire Jarwood has tons of clients and treat new clients like just a number! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. There are some other clinics in the area that are way better and cheaper.

I was brought to Dr. Bart because I needed a third opinion on my 13 year old pug whose health was rapidly declining after several visits, treatments and vet bills elsewhere. Dr. Bart showed compassion and approached my Lillie’s severe ear infection with a far more aggressive treatment. She has improved tremendously since our first visit in mid-December. While it is possible Lillie has a brain tumour as the other vets suggested, Dr. Bart explained that not many would operate on her at her old age and he advised against it. We have been for routine follow-ups since our first appointment and he has been following her closely. I truly cannot thank him and his staff enough. Lillie has been off of all treatment since Christmas. Her neurological symptoms have nearly disappeared and her bulging right eye has reduced significantly with the occasional nose bleed, very minor head tilt (this could take months to recover) and vision loss in her left eye. Whether or not Lillie has a brain tumour, we will never know for certain without the proper testing. My hope has been restored as she continues to show small signs of improvement from one week to the next. I do believe that if she had a life-threatening condition, she would not show these signs of improvement without proper treatment. Dr. Bart has been our saving grace. I have another senior pug and a young cat, and I will not bring any of my fur babies to anyone else moving forward. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr. Bart and a special thank you to Wendy for squeezing us in when I was about to lose all hope.

Great experience. Covid safe. They gave me a buzzer, like some restaurants, that went off when it was time to get the cats. FYI, there's a button on the side to stop the crazy buzzing.

J'avais un rendez vous cet été j'ai été oublié dans la cours avec mon chien dans mon auto à partir l'air climatisé a tout les temps! De plus de 1: 30 passé l'heure de mon rendez vous et la dame sortait mais ne venais jamais à moi! Beaucoup sont arrivé tres longuement apres moj et eux était vu.mais moi l'ignorance totale!
Je vous ais téléphoné pour vous demander si m'aviez oublié là et AUCUNE RÉPONSE! J'ai fini par quitter les lieux.

De très bon conseil pour ma part beaucoup sur l'alimentation de mon petit chico.
Il donne beaucoup de lui (peut être même trop) mais je ne vais pas men plaindre.
Il aide vraiment les animaux et est axé que sur ce qui réellement nécessaire!
C'est la première fois qu'un veterinaire n'essaie pas de faire de l'argent sur l'amour que j'ai pour mon chien.
JE LE RECOMMANDE À TOUS!
