Je suis cliente ici depuis quelques années et j’avais besoin d’une prescription pour mon chien avant qu’ils ferment pour les fêtes, la clinique fermait à 16h et ils m’ont appelé à 15h30 pour me dire que la prescription était prête, j’ai fait mon possible pour arriver avant 16h mais je suis arrivé à 16h02 et ils ne m’ont pas attendu, ils ont fermé les caisses et aucune façon de me dépanner alors qu’ils fermaient pour 3 jours et que j’avais vraiment besoin de la prescription. Même pas capable d’au moins me donner 3 pilules jusqu’à la réouverture. Vraiment déçu. Ils disent être la pour aider les animaux mais laisse mon chien sans médication durant 3 jours. Je pense changer de vétérinaire à cause de cette mauvaise expérience.

Ils donnent de mauvais conseil. Ne s'excuse pas de leurs erreurs. Très peu professionnel. Ils ne pensent qu'à leurs porte feuille et n'ont pas a coeur la santé de votre animal

Très bon, rapide, efficace service! Ils ont pris soin de mon petit chien diabétique Merci encore pour l'aide et le soutien!

Nous avons été à plusieurs cliniques vétérinaires avec nos animaux au travers des années et depuis que nous avons découvert la Clinique Vétérinaire Lasalle, nous n'irons plus jamais ailleur.
Dre Bourrellis et toute l'équipe sont simplement les meilleurs.
Les prix sont aussi très bien. Ils pensent vraiment aux animaux, à leur bien-être et essaient toujours de trouver des options (quand c'est possible) pour que le coût ne soit pas exorbitant.

Nous partons de la rive-sud de Montréal pour consulter.

Si vous recherchez la meilleure clinique pour vos copains à poils, je vous recommande fortement celle-ci.

Super friendly staff, always helpful and great Vets who cares. Dr. Rasi is the most honest, kindest vet I've ever met. Definitely recommend this place

Très bon service, personnel gentil et souriant. C'est notre vétérinaire a partir de maintenant.

On adore la clinique. L'entièreté du personnel est tellement gentil avec notre Flora et nous, en plus de prendre le temps de nous expliquer ce qui se passe et répondre à toutes nos questions, ce qui nous rassure puisque Flora est notre premier chien.:)

They were amazing when they were at their old place, this new clinic feels like a cash grab. The vet was insensitive, gave my pet the wrong medicine and when I called for clarity on the situation was extremely rude and hung up on me. When I called to have her removed on my file, she called back and continued to be rude. Never again, my pet deserves better … especially at the price they charge for service.

Just like the previous post. It’s all about money from this Vet. They used to be the best Vet when they were located at their old place. Now they have changed to being a main stream vet. Which unfortunately means they don’t look at you and your pet as family. They look at you as a dollar sign waking in.

They do not care about our fur babies only about the almighty dollar.
Brought my cat there who is clearly on his way to kitty heaven and suffering just be told told that with out running basic tests (estimated at 600$) they wouldn’t do the decent thing and put him to sleep. Because they didn’t have a file on him (only for our previous cat) and had never done any tests (ie: made money off him) unless we consented to the tests they would not euthanize him. However, if the tests came back as treatable (which I know in my heart he is not) and we couldn’t afford the treatment they would put him down at that point!

I’ve been going there for my 3 cats since 4 years. In the recent year, I lost one of them.

All the staff members were super nice and helpful throughout the process.

Got a new cat since then and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cats appointments.

Mon chat est très anxieux et, habituellement, difficilement manipulable chez le vétérinaire. Il semble en confiance avec les techniciens et vétérinaires de la Clinique Vétérinaire Lasalle et se laisse faire beaucoup plus que ce que j'ai vu chez d'autres vétérinaires.

The doctors and all of the staff have been very kind, knowledgeable and helpful as our dog is in her senior years and needing more care. They have gone above and beyond for us and for Killarney. We are thankful to have them nearby.

I always have good experiences here. My pets are well treated and vets and techs are really nice.

Had an issue with the delivery service company but then the vet took over and fixed everything the delivery company didnt want to. Love this vet!

I have had pets for about 30 years, and I'm sorry that it took me so long to finally write a positive review about one of them. To be honest, I've never met a vet I didn't like, but Dr. James Rassi at the LaSalle Vet Clinic goes above and beyond.

I took one of my cats recently who had some blood in her urine for an x-ray. When I entered the room with the x-ray scan on display, the technician was still in the room. I took advantage to ask her if the scans appeared normal. She said something to the effect of "well looks like she has some stones. " This freaked me out as I was terrified of my cat having bladder stones and needing an expensive & risky surgery. A minute later, Dr. Rassi walks in smiling. To be clear, he was wearing a mask, but his delight was visible regardless. In my panicked state, I snapped, "why do you look so happy? She has stones! " He quickly reassured me that in fact it was only kidney stones, something quite common with mature cats. No surgery would be needed, and she'll be fine with some additional vet food.

After realizing my mistake and absorbing the good news, I was so thrilled that I could have hugged him. As mentioned earlier, I've had great vets for decades, but none quite as passionate and kind as Dr. Rassi. He is truly one of a kind and your pet would be lucky to be in his care.

It’s our Vet clinic for the last 15 years, first with our cats and finally with a puppy. Only with our hedgehog we have to go to other places because they don’t take exotic animals.
Always good service with a lot of attention to furry patients. We are happy with the service we receive. The bills are well explained. Highly recommend, only not sure they take new patients.

I don't have a file here but my cat recently passed away and I've called quite a few vets to see what services they offer. This is the first place someone actually acknowledged I lost a pet and gave their condolences. It's not something I would complain about specifically from the other places but it was definitely something I remarked as I was calling different places. Pascale was very compassionate and patient over the phone, ready to confirm the answers to the questions I asked if she wasn't 100% sure. Also noticed I was an Anglo speaking French and switched back and forth from French and English with me which I appreciated alot. Anyway being a humanbeing goes a long way and so thank you very much I will be bringing my beautiful boy to make sure he is in good hands during his last visit

We brought our dog Neve to be spayed in May 2021 and we were so impressed with the service. They called multiple times to tell us the status (when she went in to the OR, when she came out, how she was doing, etc). They used a technique to close her that does not involve stitches. So no bleeding to clean, no follow up visits to remove stitches. Neve came home the same day, and looked so happy when she came out to see us. The vet tech, who was there all day from the time we dropped her off until we picked her up, was so kind and positive and it just added great relief to know our little puppy was in good hands. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the final bill was higher than we expected - this is due to some add ons (not related to the spay) that we felt were necessary for our puppy - but the final bill still caught us by surprise.

I first came there to get quick service for one of my dogs. I had a great experience and got both my dogs teeth cleaned a few weeks later and let them perform all the tests.

I went about a month later to ask in for their tick and fleas medication and someone very condescendingly called me to say they needed additional blood work to get their medication. I was surprised, as I own dogs for 20+ year and never had to have a blood test done before taking their yearly medication. Both my dogs are up to date in their shots and medication and are perfectly healthy. I tried to reason with them that they had seen them recently and they had bloodwork done but that wasn’t enough for them. I explained there is no way that my dogs could have heartworms, or other conditions as they are checked on regularly and have been vaccinated since being puppies but they refused to provide the meds unless I would perform bloodwork for both of my dogs. The person on the phone was very rude and snarky and I was shocked since I had such great service before. I switched back to my old vet after this. It takes longer to get an appointment, but at least they treat us with respect.

Really lovely team! Butters was as comfy as he could be (usually a pretty anxious kitty) and the vet was very clear and honest about everything! Good pricing as well and I didn’t feel obliged to take any services, being given a quote before I accepted any service that was recommended to me. The lobby was also very clean and the clinic has a very lovely vibe to it. I will be making this my regular vet for all my pets here.:)

As I start explaining it what’s wrong with my cat the secretary interrupts me to say they have no place and keep in mind they are open until 8pm and it’s only 0911hrs right now. In a slightly condescending tone she says, “sorry we can’t help you. You’ll have to look else where”. When I ask her where because there is not many places in LaSalle she then says there are 2 other places and hangs up all of the sudden. Hmmm, language discrimination or just someone having a bad day?

I would totally not recommend this vet to anyone. Very bad experience and it’s all about the money for them. All I have to say is get a second opinion.

My wife Laura Stulginskis and our cat Capri visited this clinic. My wife gave her experience a 2-star. The response from the clinic, as per most of their low reviews, is that these poor reviews are not from real clients as the establishment "can't find them on file as a client". This is slander as you are calling my wife a liar. I suggest fixing your response and ensuring you don't call your unsatisfied clients liars rather than accept that some clients aren't happy.

I have already posted a review for this clinic before, but I am really thankful to them for my cat Prima! They have her on a weight loss program (we adopted her and she was overweight to begin with) and she's doing great! Thankful to the great vet techs, receptionists, and veterinarians! Our cat dinged her nose yesterday while we were out getting groceries. We weren't sure if we should bring her in to the emergency vet or book an appointment with her vets at this clinic, so we called in and the receptionist asked us to send in a photo of our cats nose injury and one of her vets called back shortly after to tell us the next steps in her nose recovery. All of the previous vets I've had for other pets (who passed away) at different vet clinics never had the option of sending in a photo of an injury and having it be assessed from a distance. We are super appreciative of the time Prima's vet took out of their busy schedule to tell us what her treatment and recovery should look like! Thank you so much!

Super helpful staff, you see in the way they're talking and acting that the comfort of the animals are their priorities.

I used to love this clinic and highly recommended it to family and friends. I do agree with a few of the other reviewers that they do try to upsell a lot which is a bit annoying but we can always decline what we don't want/need. What turned me off of this clinic firstly was that the phone number never works and when I've brought it to their attention several times, they just say that there's no issue with it. I even dialed the number right in front of the secretary and had her listen to the error message I received and they tried to blame me my phone (quite rudely I might add). Well I had already previously called my provider and confirmed the issue was not with my phone and an issue with their phone but they did not care. If I cannot contact your office, I cannot use your services. It is unrealistic to expect me to show up in person every time I want to book an appointment or check on my animal. I even complained by email and all I got was a three word response that had nothing to do with the complaint, it was completely ignored (and what prompted me to write this review honestly). Secondly, I received two estimates for the sterilization of my cat and three other prestigious vets were all $100 or more cheaper for the exact same procedure and medication. Example they charge $45 for the anti inflammatory while every other office I spoke to only charges $15 for the exact same medication. The rest of the fees were also significantly less elsewhere. So although I used to think highly about them, I very quickly realized that the service from staff and prices were much better elsewhere. It's too bad really that the receptionists are not more understanding and friendly instead of blaming the client and that they charge more than the norm it seems: (

Replying to your response below: this phone issue is not just with my phone number. I even had my mother call from Ontario and a few friends here try and all had the same issue. Your receptionists not remembering doesn't surprise me because they all blew it off as nothing to begin with. And private industry or not, pricing does matter to clients and I'm not the only one who mentioned pricing in the reviews. Admitting that I made the right decision makes you look even worse if you think about it but clearly losing customers does not matter to you so good riddance!

Professional vet in Lasalle! My dog Sarang received detailed health check before vaccination and inserting micro chip. Dre Marilène Faille and her co-workers were amazing friendly and helpful. Recommended for every pet owners. I would happily return here for next year vaccination.

This is an amazing vet clinic. My three kitties always leave feeling great, everyone seems to actually care (they remember us when we come back), and the techs are all so warm and lovely: Elyse in particular has seen my Kisses a few times and makes both of us feel at ease!

I started coming here for a second opinion after one of my kitties started aggressively grooming and I'll never look back. Dre. Sweet is an absolute gem, Dres. Bourrelis and Faille I've seen less often but really impressed me with their thoroughness and willingness to listen and help.

I immensely appreciate that they are aware of budget constraints - they are never pushy, never try to "up-sell" you on something that isn't necessary to your pet's care. They might offer an option that is costlier, but it's always very clearly an option - and if you can't right now, they are understanding.

In emergencies, they seem to always have time without making you feel rushed, and in scheduled check-ups, they never seem stressed or pressed for time. There's very much a feeling of "this is our time together and I'm going to be 100% present for your pet".

I've recently used their boarding service and was so impressed by the chart, and obvious care they put into looking after Vex. She's a kitty with anxiety, but she came home chilled and happy!

I recommend them to any and all to take care of their furry companions. If I could give ten stars, I would. Thanks for everything you do.

J’ai fait beaucoup de vétérinaire dans ma vie croyez-moi j’en ai vu de toutes les couleurs de toutes les sortes de tous les prix je viens de déménager dans le coin de la salle et j’ai entendu parler de ce vétérinaire j’ai une urgence avec mon chien hier et je me suis pris un rendez-vous avec eu En ne sachant pas à quoi m’attendre car des fois les commentaires sont bien beau mais le service suis pas. Alors quand je me suis présenter tout de suite très bon accueil grand sourire tout le monde et amical avec mon chien Il n’y a pas 20 chien vu que c’est les prises de rendez-vous
Donc Pas de migraine entendre tous les chiens japper j’ai passé à l’heure de mon rendez-vous exact j’ai eu droit à une technicienne hyper gentille et une vétérinaire en or qui sait vraiment ce qu’il fait docteur Sweet mon chien a été traitée dans la journée le soir rendu à la maison les médicaments ça n’allait pas du tout jai simplement rappeler et on m’a dit de passer tout de suite on a changé les médicaments et le matin suivant C’est pas la réceptionniste ou la technicienne qui m’a appler mais le vétérinaire directement pour me demander comment mon chien allais.
Je n’ai absolument aucun commentaire négatif à faire sur cette clinique des gens très compétent et qui savent répondre à vos questions et vos chiens vont être bien traité merci à toute l’équipe mon pout pout va bien

Cette clinique est le paradis des animaux. Accueil exceptionnel, personnel extrêmement professionnel et gentil. On aimerait trouver un endroit pareil pour nous autres humains,

Beautiful clinic and friendly staff. Felt like I was at a business meeting and that they were trying to sell me on every treatment in the book. Every time someone talked to me they tried to upsell me. Went for a second opinion elsewhere and felt my feeling of being a dollar sign versus a human with a sick animal was confirmed. The staff may have talent or expertise but it seemed the priority was about closing the account with a bigger bill instead of prioritizing the best treatment for the health of our animal with our limited funds. Oh and also, the second opinion did not feel the 500$ of tests were necessary since the likelihood of it being one of the options suggested by the vet at this clinic were unlikely. Feeling very let down with my experience here.

Just wanted to commend this clinic for going above and beyond to help us with our fur baby. They were able to squeeze him in for a last-minute urgent appointment and went out of their way to let us pick him up after the clinic had closed so he wouldn’t have to stay over the weekend. La vétérinaire est ok sauf l'endroit est très glacial manque de vie tous comme les deux réceptionniste, salon mortuaire est beaucoup mieux

Je suis arrivée en urgence un dimanche avec mon petit chien de 10 ans qui était littéralement sur le point de rendre l'âme. On ne savait pas ce qu'il avait. L'hôpital Victoria a été aux petits soins pour lui, et on a fini par diagnostiquer qu'il avait la maladie de Lyme. Je sais qu'il serait mort sans les interventions des vétérinaires et des techniciennes. Il est maintenant en pleine forme, encore mieux qu'avant! Merci!

Tout le personnel est remarquable. Je garderai toujours un bon souvenir des dernières minutes de mon petit chien qui est parti entouré d'amour et de douceur. Ils ont vraiment à coeur le bien être de nos petits amours et ils sont très respectueux. Un gros merci!

If I could get this establishment a 0 star I would. What they did is not reversable and completely unacceptable. My roomate didn't have the money to pay for his cat's operation. He gave her up for adoption and it was understood that if within 10 days she wasn't adopted she would be euthanized. It was sad but necessary. We however started a goFundMe page and had managed to put together over half of the money needed for the operation. He gave her up on the friday the 5th of april. On the following monday (the 8th) he went to tell them that he was in the end going to keep the cat and do the surgery. However he learned that she had already been put down because someone came in, judged she wouldn't be adopted and put her down the saturday. She wasn't even in their care for 24hours! I would not recommend anyone to deal with a clinic that flat out lies to their patients and clearly doesn't give a crap about the animals in their care if they are willing to put them down without even trying to find them a home when it was what had been agreed upon. I highly encourage anyone reading this to look elsewhere if you have any love for your animals. All of us here have lost a cat we loved due to their lack of human decency.
