I’ve been bringing my dogs here since 2011. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are professionals and care a great deal.

Helped me out with my kittens food prescription 5 minutes before closing. I work long shifts so that consideration was much appreciated. They knew exactly what I needed, and recommended me further helpful products and tips on dealing with my kitty’s digestive issues.

We have been going to this amazing vet clinic for 15 years plus. Never have we encountered such a kind, caring and dedicated medical staff. Truly outstanding in their field. The support this team will give to you and your pets is second to none. They always try to find the best health route for your furry friends and they constantly give the best care that one can find. They took care of our Rupert for all the 14 years of his feline life from his first visit as a kitten to his last dying day. After his passing we received a heart warming card from them signed by all the staff with a little paw print from our little guy. Great staff, great care, great compassion. We can't recommend them enough.

My pet dog just recently got neutered and they were great. My dog came out heal up fast, recovered beautifully and received great advice. Everyone is pleasant and nice as well.

Great place, great customer service, they are always willing to answer my questions via email. They will even give me a phone call if they see I have multiple questions. All within a 24-h delay. Highly recommend!

My senior cat was almost 20 and had lived with a heart condition for most of that time. He was on several medications including blood thinner. We had visited this clinic years ago when they had dedicated vets instead of part time workers and it was fine. At the end of his life, it was horrible. I took him in because his kidney's were failing. They attempted to draw blood without reading his file or medications- prescriptions I had filled at the clinic! I could hear him crying in the next room and he was a very mellow cat. They, then came to ask me if he was on blood thinners! Again, I filled his medicine with them! They wanted to administer fluids, but he was in heart failure and his cardiac vet said it would kill him. They never checked with the cardiac vet, I had to insist they not intervene and took him to the hospital. To think, you have a sick senior cat and you don't even read the file before attempting procedures. They changed his name in their system to include the medications he was taking- I guess 5 min or reading or talking to the owner would be too much. Proceed at your own risk.

Update
After a year, they never followed up with me to check on my cat. When a company post's they can't find your file, they are denying responsibility. He's 'just a cat' so maybe to some people it's not a big deal, but he was my best friend.

The people here are so kind and caring. Our experiences here bave been consistently excellent. They also carry top-quality foods.

I Recieved same day service when I presented with concerns about my boxer. The front staff were kind and professional. The vet, Melanie, was professional and patient with me providing a detailed history. She was also considerate of cost fears. Overall, I found it to bevery affordable and would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I'm new to Montreal, so it was very important for my partner and I to find the right veterinary for our cats, as my two fluffy girls have very different needs.
My initial visit gave me a very positive impression. The interior of the place is spacious, you can find food, toys and treats here as well. The vet who saw us was very gentle with my girls and was very good at offering information and suggestions without being pushy or intimidating. Very happy with my choice of vet, as so far they have been great at paperwork and follow up

A terrible place. Dr. Zollo fleeced us for a $300 test on a clearly terminal cat, left me while she was laughing it up out front, forgot to get someone to bring the cage back, and then the receptionist attempted to obstruct my leaving, clearly thinking I hadn't paid for the $300 scam test. I had. I'm 68 and I've had cats all my life and visited dozens and dozens of vets. This was the worst. O stars.

My cat, Pikachu, and I are new customers so I've only been here twice so far, once a month ago for vaccines, and once today for Pikachu's boosters.

I think I will be staying with this Vet for a long time to come! Their staff is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgable. The vet has answered literally any and all questions I could think of as a nervous Cat Mum, and never gave me the impression that they were annoyed. Pikachu also seemed to be calm throughout the entire process (though she did protest the vaccines as soon as I got her back lmao).

They were very thorough when discussing which vaccines I would need for my (mostly indoor) kitty. They laid out all of the options for me clearly and the vet gave me the pros and cons of each vaccine and their professional recommendation on which ones were necessary. They listened to all of my concerns and absolutely did not try to upsell me on any unnecessary medications/procedures/ vaccinations.

At a less reputable place, I may have walked out of the vet having given my cat 4 vaccines, 2 of which would be unnecessary right now, but this clinic really places the health and wellbeing of your cat first, before arbitrarily increasing their bottom line.

10/10 would recommend, and I will be coming back here for any future issues!

Je n'ai que des choses positives à dire sur cette clinique vétérinaire. C'est une période stressante pendant le COVID, et nos animaux font toute la différence. Je viens ici depuis des années et je leur suis reconnaissante pour leurs services.

Je suis allée pour un renouvellement de médicaments pour puces et tiques et la technicienne n'a pas vérifié ce qui était dans le dossier et a fait un renouvellement pour le mauvais nombre de doses et ne m'a pas avisé du prix au préalable. Pas un réflexe très professionnel.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I took my cat in for surgery and ever since he has developed a cough. They keep prescribing medicine and did an X-ray. The cough wont go away, I have reached out to them several times. They tell me someone will get back to me and they never have. I’m out of my mind with worry but they just don’t seem to care. Highly unprofessional.

This is an excellent clinic. The vet and staff are extremely competent, patient, kind, and compassionate. They take the time to answer all my questions. I really trust them when I drop off my cat. Thank you for all your hard work, it really shows and your clients appreciate it!

Absolutely incredible service, they went out of their way to take our baby 5 day old kitten and help treat her, despite not even having a legit timeslot available because we were rejected by so many other places. They consulted specialists and communicated with us the entire time, i recommend this place 100/100 they care about your animal for real and offer incredible service and fair prices and are just all around great people.

Super clinique! Nous avons récemment trouver un chaton abandonné dans la rue, et la pauvre petite avait une infection à un oeil, ce qui pouvait être critique si non traité - elle aurait pu perdre son oeil.
On a appellé plusieurs vétérinaires différents et personne ne pouvait nous prendre, jusqu'à temps qu'on a contacté cette clinique-ci. Ils nous ont pris tout de suite et on offert une service remarquable. Notre petite chatonne est finalement guérit! Super prix très raisonnable également, on le recommande!

My dog Whisky recently died after a big surgery.and the only thing I have to say is that they were so kind to my dog, he was loved by so many in this veterinary. I'm so happy he got the best possible care out there. You don't find people that caring everywhere. I do recommend that place a 100%

You can’t find friendlier or more bilingual staff anywhere! I loved taking my dog to this office when we lived in Montreal. I always found the recommended treatments and prices to be very reasonable. We were seen by a few different vets during our time there, and each was very friendly, compassionate and knowledgable. Now that I am back in the US, I really miss the service and honesty of this kind if veterinary office. I would not hesitate to use them again if we were to move back to the city.

Rendez-vous dispo dans l'heure qui suit après mon appel, pas d'attente sur place, personnel très chaleureux et à l'écoute de tous mes soucis. Transparent et compréhensif au niveau des frais pour chaque traitements. Mon chat n'aime pas aller ailleurs et pourtant elle était très relax chez eux.

Excellent accueil! Mon chat avait vomi et fait caca dans son sac de transport et elles ont mis une salle à ma disposition et de quoi nettoyer sac et chat.la vétérinaire à pris sur son temps de déjeuner pour voir mon chat! Clinique incroyable. Je suis surpris d'avoir un Vétérinaire aussi attentif et chaleureux à proximité de chez moi. Notre chat a manger une souris (peut-être empoisonnée) et nous avons eu plein de conseils, on nous appel prendre des nouvelles de notre chat, je ne pourrais demander mieux:)

Services plutôt correctes.
Cependant le personnel n est pas très agréable et l une de nos interlocutrices pensait avoir raccrocher le téléphone et s est moquée de nous! Nous n avons pas du tout apprécié étant donné que les questions posées étaient essentielles à une vaccination dans de bonnes conditions. Résultat des mauvaises explications: le bénatryl n a pas été donné correctement puisque notre interlocutrice ne nous avait pas donné toute les informations et nous avons du repayer une injection!
Sinon la vétérinaire est gentil bien qu elle pousse à la consommation!
Nous avons changé de clinique et allons désormais chez animaplus sur laurier qui nous convient beaucoup mieux

J'ai contacter cette clinique suite à une crise d'épilepsie de mon chien. Elles m'ont données un rendez-vous le lendemain matin. La vétérinaire a prise le temps de bien nous expliquer la situation et d'examiner mon chien. J'ai beaucoup aimé le personnel, leur patience et le fait qu'il ne tentent pas de nous convaincre de donner des médicaments. Merci beaucoup, Nikita est très contente, vous êtes supers:)

I'm brought my pets here for a number of years and while it's not the cheapest, the staff and vets are super attentive, going the extra mile to call you with answers to questions if they were forgotten during the appt and to follow up on the recovery of your pet. Highly recommended!

Je déconseille fortement cette clinique. J'ai apporté mon chaton pour se faire castré. Après l'opération, ils ont négligé mon chaton et ils a une des complications. De plus, la responsable m'a appelée pour me dire qu'ils ont tout bien fait et que finalement c'est la faute du chaton qu'il y a une des complications. C'est inhumain!

New to town and need a place to bring ur pet? We are so lucky to live so close to a place that is caring and cute! There's also a great store to poke around. A word to the wise- there's just a lil space in the front so it can get hectic with different animals.
