Si je pouvais mettre aucune étoile, clairement le pire service public que j'ai pu avoir à Montréal depuis 2003. La personne au triage qui ne parle pas français et ne comprend rien, au Québec, j'ai honte!

It’s almost impossible to call and obtain an appointment. I think it’s not about the people answering the calls (maybe I’m wrong) but the system itself it’s wrong. The management is wrong!

They give me an appointment for blood work for my daughter. I spoke to a live person, I told her my daughter was 12 she didn't bother to tell me that they don't do blood work for kids under 14. I wasted my morning bringing my daughter, only be turned down at the door. So unprofessional.

This is the closest CLSC from where I live. There's a park and a sport centre at the other side of the street and the closest grocery store from here is Provigo which is one block away to the south. Takes a while to get a contact with a social worker let alone an appointment, probably due of the pandemic so you have to take the opportunity very seriously. This CLSC was the successor of the previous CLSC which is near the southern train tracks in Cavendish street but is closed for good.

Terrible service here. I've been a patient at this clinic for many years and now I've had it. There is NO walk in clinic here. No doctor is available. Only a nurse who can't write prescriptions. And the secretary doesn't return your call if you need to speak with your doctor.

Receptionist is very rude. Nobody answer the call or someone answer the call, but very impatient and didn't even listen to the person to finish.

Recep was rude. I am currently pregnant and nothing until Feb 3rd I just needed to do a blood test!

Wow! I called twice since the first time they hung up on me before even being able to speak to her and the second time she answer and didn't want to help, clearly. She transfer the line straight to someone voicemail and didn't even tell me who they were and why? She wanted to get rid of me. No help what so ever! Do not even bother waisted 20 minutes. No one cares.

If your looking for Professional, Kind, Careing people this is NOT the clsc for you.they don't care treat you coldly even if your dying in their faces, had a bad asthma attack and they treated me like I stole something like want WORTH their time n care. They don't care, but here they are on the sidewalk looking for compation understanding but don't want to give jus that to the people they want it from. Makes sense? ‍️

Ummmmmmmmmm where is everyone? I called four times, got rerouted through a ton of extension only to end up being hung up on each time. What kind of service is this that you make it extra hard for your patients to have access to their doctors?

They need to hire a new receptionist answering phones. The woman working there was incredibly rude and impatient when was asked a basic question. I reccomend her finding a job where she doesn't have to deal with the public.

Limited services offered but the place is very calm, quiet and clean. The personnel are fluently bilingual and are very nice people. It felt very nice to be there and I'll always go there for whatever they offer.

Drove in from our vacation in the eastern townships for vaccines, 7 minutes late due to traffic, we were turned around despite having literally nobody in the place and available nurse. As if the pandemic isnt already stressful enough.

This is solely on my experience at the blood test clinic. I made an appointment online it was quick and easy. I arrived and the parking has 2 hours free so no problem. I also ensured to make sure to arrive on time. I forgot something in the Car but they warned me if I'm not back in 5 minutes I'll lose my spot (despite having no one in line). I did make it back in time, so no problems there as I know how "government" works. Everything else was quick and efficient, with the blood taker being very professional.

They also spoke to me in both languages so I cannot comment as I respond in whatever language they talk to me.

Made they appointment mid august for September first week. Other CLSCs had longer waiting times.

Advice: Do appointment online
2nd advice: Arrive early and take into account a safety factor for traffic

Receptionist Deborah is impatient, rude and unhelpful. Not sure why some clinics hire the worst receptionists, it’s as if they do it on purpose.they need to understand that they are dealing with the public and need to have just a little bit of sensitivity. I ended up going to a different clinic in the West Island because of this and they were very kind, patient and helpful.

I compent lazzy social worker who don’t care about the patient just the paye check I jade a few over ther years I tell them my life they right in a peace of paper that’s nothings gets done failured good job u hired jerusha and Guylaine who both quiet on me cause it’s a failures system plus Guylaine was behaving weird do a freaken background check!

I've been going there for blood tests. I arrive at 8.45 and I'm finished by 9.20.
Donna has taken my blood the last 3 times.friendly and efficient service.

I had a great experience here. For flu vaccines you don't need an appointment. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. Good job!

Receptionists were efficient and nurses for blood tests were very friendly, warm and professional. I also didn't have to wait long on a rainy Wednesday, coming in at 9: 05am.

I have had the opportunity to use the CLSC drop in clinic for vaccines and today for an evaluation of a medical problem. From the receptionist, to the nurse Bernadine who saw me, the care has been excellent and attentive. As someone who worked in the healthcare system for decades, [and is aware of all the cutbacks and changes brought on by Barrette-] I would say they are doing an outstanding job, in spite of it all. Great job and thank you.

Awful experience. I contacted Benny because my 6 month old is not taking a bottle. The receptionist was cold and responded to my situation with a question, “Where do you live? ” After I responded she then told me I can walk to Benny on a nice day for assistance (there’s only one drop-in day). When I told her thank you but that would not work for me, she hung up on me. I’m not entirely certain who I can turn to for assistance, given the response from my CLSC.

They called me in 1 day and gave me an appointment the day after, there was 10 min waiting time; fast and professional, they saved my life.

It was my first time going to the CSLC for blood and urine tests. In the lobby, you must take a number. I take my number. I waited 1hr30mins until they called my number to be told I need stickers. It is not indicated that you need stickers for testing. I go to the reception and request stickers but both employees who issue stickers were on break at the same time. Waited more time adding 30 minutes to the total wait time. They were closing the testing centre, but they still took me in fortunately. Testing staff was polite but in a rush to finish their workshift. Bottom line is, take a number, go to the reception for stickers and wait the hours and don't lose your cool. If 0 stars was an option, i'd gladly jump on it.

If you are going for a blood test beware. When you enter if you select the button (on the automated ticket waiting system) "No Appointment" (which for a blood test no one has an appointment), you will be wasting your time. Once your number eventually comes up intake staff will tell you that you have to start all over again by pushing the button "Test Centre".

I give five stars to the CLSC Benny clinic. This morning I was greeted by Mahsa to help orient me, Rania at the reception, cheerful and efficient, and then Guadalupe, the kind nurse who took my blood tests (got the needle in the first time with no pain). I was in and out of the clinic within 12 minutes! Kudos to those who hired these lovely young ladies!
