CLSC de la Visitation

I have been going to sidep for many years but i had a terrible traumatic experience with one of the rudest sidep nurses (Rachel Tardif) and from what it looks like this nurse is still there. She was practically yelling at me, making gestures and overall acting with such hatred this experience still affects me today I really don’t think this nurse belongs in sidep and even though i really need the service i am not going back just in case i have to encounter this out of place nurse - Rachel.

Amazing staff, very professional!
I had to visit them daily for my dressings to be changed; they provided all the materials needed at home and were very quick to take me in; never waited for more than 15 mins
clean establishment with up to date equipment.

One of the nurses makes me very uncomfortable. Rachel Tardif according to other review also I also am sure it’s her, can’t believe this is standard of treating a patient in Canada. How rude!

Called to make an appointment today and receptionist was super rude and really unprofessional. As a receptionist to another, please refrain from speaking to a person like that. You never know what they're going through. This by far has been an unpleasant experience.

The nurse reeked of dirty armpits and had messy hair. She did not look like a professional nurse. She was also extremely rude.

Gestion des réservations pour le vaccin nul nul nul nous avions rdv à 10h après 30 mn dehors à-15 on a pas avancé de 2 mètres comme beaucoup ns avons fait demi-tour

Accueil très froid et presque malaisant de la part du personnel administrant le vaccin covid. La personne était très anxieuse et absolument pas rassurante quant à l'injection du vaccin. Si vous n'aimez pas le contact humain, changez de métier madame!

La vaccination covid ce jour a été très difficile. 1h30 d'attente dehors. Rdv 9h50 vaccinée à 11h45. Seules deux personnes pour l'inscription des clients. Puis trois personnes pour vacciner. Des enfants attendaient dans le froid comme les adultes.

Je viens d’appeler et la personne a pris le téléphone et à raccrocher sans dire un mot… super service…

3/3 women I talked to were rude.
2/2 men I talked to were super nice and helpful. Kudos to the gentlemen there but for some reason there is an obvious gender split there in term of manners.

J’ai tenté d’y aller 3 fois en 2 jour pour me faire dépister contre le Covid car ma belle-mère la contracter et j’ai été 2 fois en contacte avec elle. J’arrivais 1 heure à l’avance a l’horaire prévu pour les sans rendez-vous et chaque fois ils m’ont dit de rebrousser chemin car ils étaient complets. Après tout se déplacement inutile j’ai finalement trouver un ensemble de dépistage rapide et eu un résultat négatif après 15 minute. 16/12/2021

Prendre un rendez-vous pour le dépistage Covid est inutile, on doit faire la file dans le sans rendez-vous quand même! Les mesures donnée l'inscription sont différente de ce qui est en place sur le site de Santé Publique du Québec. Un autre exemple de confusion entre les organismes! Au moins la Santé Publique a pu me confirmer d'ignorer la lettre d'isolement reçu!

My husband and I went for our first covid vaccine,
and they treated us with respect. And so clean and organized.

This place is a little intimidating if your French isn't up to par, but definitely not a big hinderance.

My appointment with Yaovi Egloh Tohouede was good; he was accommodating and super patient, even though I didn't know that much French!

The best medical service received so far in Canada for 4 years from the sweetest nurses Rodrigo and Laurence. They were so attentive, knowledgeable and were answering all my questions with details and patience. Hopefully, I will see them again (in a different set up) hahahaa! Thanks guys, you were amazing!

Sérieux manque de professionnalisme les médecins te torture avec leur examen et te prescrive rien pour tu puisses guerrir. Tu rentre a la maison plus magané qu'à ton arrivée. Dit tu peux pas avoir mal partout alors qui métire les deux bras dans tous les sens et je suis blaisser aux 2 épaules depuis plus de 6mois. Vraiment ont dirait qui acceptent les plus incompétent à ce clsc.

Great staff: kind, friendly, interested. Clean, peaceful environment, never had a long wait, even when they are busy.

I had a rude and I consider racist/unkind meeting with the Sidep doctor, not nurse. I’ve had good reasonable care before by nurses at Sidep but when I saw the doctor she was visibly very unfriendly and constantly questioned my country of origin. I thought this clinic was for the uninsured too however the doctor acted very suspicious and made our meeting circulate around my Medicare/insurance. I guess she wanted to be paid for our time but isn’t that on the admin side? Why so rude and suspicious then - not everyone who is uninsured is illegal they could be between provinces or awaiting a new status - but I was made to feel like I shouldn’t be getting care there so much so that and I didn’t even express my concerns to her as I was very very uncomfortable. I’m really upset over meeting her and considered filing a formal complaint as I had a really important issue but I could not get care or express it to her as she was really unfriendly unkind and suspicious. I ended up going to another clinic where I validated my coverage and was seen well. Really upset over meeting her as I thought I would have received thme same care that I have received here before.

Tres mauvais accueil recu par l'infirmier en plus! Il m´ a fait mal pendant la prise de sang.et il telephonait pendant qu il me fesait la prise de sang! Pas du tout professionnel! Honnêtement à éviter! Il m'a aussi dit qu il préférait que je ne revienne pas faire un test disant que j étais pas à risque alors que j'ai eu un raport sexuel non protégé et que je sais par des médecins qu il faut faire un control après 3mois.je trouve cette attitude complètement irresponsable! Bref faite attention si vous partez dans cette clinique!

I have been here for like thousand times and I've always gotten the best services. Everybody is always so friendly, welcoming and helpful from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors.

I rescheduled an appointment with a nurse (Manon) to an evening slot at 7pm. But she made a mistake in the system which showed the appointment time to be 6: 30pm. Another nurse (Damien) accused me of making a mistake for showing up 35 minutes late and asked me to make another appointment. I clarified that I did not make a mistake. Then, he gave me an irrelevant and inappropriate line "I am not your friend". Very rude and unprofessional.

Tres peu d'attente pour les urgences mineurs et si vous devrz vous rendre a l'hôpital pour xas pkys serieux vous aurai un billet du CLSC en arrivant aux urgences ce qui accélère grandement le processus aux urgences (moins d'attente selon la gravité du cas)
