CLSC de Parc-Extension

Plusieurs rendez-vous annulés à la dernière minutes à cause d’erreurs de leur part. La réceptionniste d’un âge avancé avec un accent de l’Est n’écoutes pas ce qu’on lui demande, et se montre agressive envers la clientèle. Même pour un enfant en bas âge, le personnel ne montre pas la moindre compassion ni humanité, c’est affligeant.

The service is wonderful, from the nurses to the front desk. Especially the young lady with the glasses at the front who goes above and beyond for the clients Well done!

Merci à cette équipe de femmes qui nous a prises en charge ma mère et moi alors que la RPA privée dans laquelle ma mère se trouvait fut indigne dans ses gestes, et qu'un autre CLSC n'avait rien fait. La chef d'équipe, l'ergo, la TS, l'infirmière, infirmière et médecin de l'équipe de soins palliatifs: vous êtes des femmes extraordinairement efficaces qui avez rattrapé la situation. Merci de votre soucis évident, de votre prise en charge, de vos connaissances mises à profit pour vos patients, de votre soutien et votre grande capacité de jugement. Vous avez fait toute la différence dans un contexte difficile.

5 years ago i went there with shingles in the beginning. The nurse or prepose, starts telling that the mark i had its a bedbug bite, stops questioning start download pictures with bugs. I am denying it, saying what i feel but i see signs say bed bugs and the doctors, that are coming, keep a distance. They believe me i get a medicine 10 says after i am there feeling fine. The same nurse asks everything now being very profesional.
Since then the doctors i saw were very professional informative helpful.
Same with registered nurses trying everything to help you going above and beyond polite all of them apart maybe from a girl, a recent incident, which was young probably a rookie anxious slow with the phone beeping all the time.
There will be tired young old guys and we will have complaints but they are doing the best they can.

The philippine réceptionniste and the nurses over there are like, they don’t care about patients. They always try to give less hospitality.

The rudest and incompetent receptionist ever. You will never hear a sorry from them even though they mess up the appointments. Always talking amongst each other or always on their cellphones. Worst CLSC ever with the most disrespectful receptionists.

The receptionist lady is very rude, aside from her the other staff are nice, I have been to this clsc for more than 10 years and they hadn't disappointed me until I met the receptionist, she should not be in that position, she ruins the image of this clsc.
