Worst place, rude receptionist, very bad experience, at least there shouldn’t be any issue with the language in the hospital

RUDE STAFF. DENIED A BLOOD TEST BECAUSE MY APPOINTMENT WAS WRONGLT SCHEDULED. NO RESERVATION. THE CLINIC WAS EMPTY. NO SYMPATHY WATSOEVER

Very good experience here. All guys are so polite and helpful. The lady at the front is very nice and always willing to give you some advice. And it took me only 20mins to finish all the process for blood test!

A nurse named Marie-Claude came to our home on multiple visits after our son was born. She was so helpful, friendly and patient. We are happy that this service is offered to all parents with newborn children. Keep up the good work!

Je viens à tous les trois mois. Mon rendez-vous était à 11h00.
Arrivée à 10h50 et sortie à 11h00, merveilleux!

I was here today at 7 am for blood test. And one of the nurse that has a head band is very rude to people.when the guy nurse sent me to to this rude nurse room, she yelled at me that I have to go back outside.and when I told her the guy nurse sent me inside, she replied that "well I'm not in my desk yet so go outside! ". If that really is your attitude, girl you have to give some respect to other, we are human that deserve some respect, especially to those people who are elderly. Which mostly are in here. I heard you treating them so badly as I hear you yelling at them too. If you don't have patience, this is not the job for you, so quit! You probably the nurse that were mentioning here in the comment that experienced your rudeness! The management should see this and take action!

Went for a blood test here and the nurse was incredibly rude. At first I greeted her Good morning hello for which she answered back remove your jacket and sit there on the black chair, while I was adjusting the chair she said don't move it much (well you could add a hello and a please too in the conversation atleast be polite to someone who even looks nervous from the face itself) I have blood - injection phobia and I told her the same, she didn't bother to answer back for that too. During covid vaccinations too ofcourse I had the same fear but I kid you not~ every doc/nurse was super excellent and amazing they would talk me through and make me so comfortable that it got easy to divert the attention elsewhere. The lady at the appointment desk as she was very sweet and nice to talk to.

I had surgery last year and unfortunately developed an infection shortly afterwards. What made things worse, my doctor went on vacation, had no replacement, I was so lost. The hospital where I had the surgery was absolutely useless! Another doctor gave me a referral to go to the CLSC Pierrefonds. Thank God I went, those nurses were amazing. One of them prescribed antibiotics to me, they showed me how to clean my incisions. Every time I went they were very nice and cleaned my wound. If it were not for the wonderful nurses and staff at the CLSC I don’t know what would have happened to my infection. Love you guy, I really appreciate how much you all helped me during a difficult time

Désagréable et aucune envie de vous aidez. N'allez surtout pas là avec des enfants, en plus de servir à rien du tout, il vont vous faire passer pour des parents indignes! Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoiles je le ferais.

They behaived rudely!
I worked in different medical laboratories for 10 years but I've never seen like that before. I'm so sorry for them.
For sure I will never go there anymore.

I would have given a ZERO if there would have been an option.
Very horrible and unprofessional experience at the blood test desk. 2 OLD WOMEN with not enough knowledge on appointments. I had to wait in the line for 20mins just to hear that I CANT DO! I was like what is it that you can’t do. She couldn’t find the list of samples that can be done THAT’s FUNNY! And then another OLD women came by to help but if no use! Few could have been done at CLSC and the rest couldn’t which is fine. After printing everything she was like “ You know what, go do at Hospital’
Very Rude Old Lady! Wonder if she would have done if it was her family member.
Now my time got water and then ended up getting an appointment at a hospital which is on a further date.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ADMINS! Useless I would say!
If you have a bunch of tests just save time and go to hospital nearby!

I went for a blood test there. Mind you I've had many in my years. Never had I had a blood blister beside the injection site. Also it hurt alot more then previous times. And the security guy at the door is very rude.

Entire staff should be fired went there to changes bandages as per doctors was to to bring my own polyporen

Busy as he-double-hockey-sticks, but they get the job done and test results are phoned to me within hours.

With scheduled appointment, It is super fast and the nurses were great in their jobs. They provide you a new mask when you enter the clsc as well.

STAY AWAY.

SOME RANDOM GUY AT THE ENTRANCE FORCING PEOPLE TO SIT ONE AFTER THE OTHER ON NON-SANITIZED CHAIRS - all on their phone, receptionists rolls their eyes, yell

THE TECHNICIAN WASNT EVEN WEARING GLOVES TO DO MY BLOOD TEST
