Very long wait time at the reception everytime I go there compared to other CLSCs. I work in healthcare so I go there very often. Most of the time there is no one at the reception or the receptionist is busy doing something for a very long time. I loose so much time at this place.

Depuis les dernières semaines, j'ai reçu des services pour des changements de pansement aux jambes à tous les deux jours. Je pense avoir rencontré des préposées différentes à chaque fois avec un service très professionnel accompagné d'une gentillesse hors pair! Je tenais à le mentionner car ces gens font du bon boulot.

This past year I have had to frequent the CLSC Kateri with my Father to have dressings changed on a regular basis. The nurses have been nothing short of wonderful with him. They do not always speak english to him but for the most part they have tried. I had had several bad experiences at this location years ago and I have to say there is much improvement. The wait times were non existant and even on a few occasions when we had no appointment they found a way to fit him in to check his wounds.

Quite rude. The secretary would make me feel like I was wasting her time. Every time I asked a staffer for help, they said "not my job. " Everyone was very rude.

Ne répondent même pas au téléphone pour vérifier un R-V pour vaccination. SERVICE POURRI. On nous met en attente sansxqye l'on puisse dire un mot.

Never answer any phone calls, the medical secretary Play doctors. Real garbage.cant even have an appointment with my family doctor.

Very terrible experience. I wanted to renew my health card. Saaq told me I can ask for the form from clsc. I went there and they asked me to call. I don't know what's the point of this organization? What services can they provide residents? Their wages come from us taxpayers. I will continue to complain.

Après 20 minutes d'attente pour avoir une personne au bout du fil, la personne répond a ma question puis me raccroche tout simplement au nez, sans un 'merci, au revoir, bonne journée'. Un peu limite surtout pour des professionnels de santé.

J'appelle pour prendre rvs pour faire enlever points de suture tel que recommande.après 5 minutes a ecouter plusieurs messages voacal, je me fais dire que la clinique est fermée.heures douverture est 8AM.il est 8h30.pas fort comme service

Les infirmières sont à l'écoute et elles sont rassurantes. C'est facile de parler avec quelqu'un afin d'effectuer un suivi autant pour maman que pour bébé.:)

Do not go if you do not speak French. Had a appointment for my child, took them out of school, when I reached they said the appointment has been postponed. I asked for someone who speaks English to come explain why no one called to let us know it is postponed, the réception said I cannot request English.
Saving French language trump's helping people or treating them with dignity.
