My cardiologist told me to walk with a walker that has a seat and foot rest. Clsc will not allow me to borrow one. I worked for 41 years and paid taxes for this treatment? I need to escalate and need their CEO’s name and number.

I have been calling this place since the pandemic started. They called me back to tell me I'm on a waiting list. I called several times after that and I didn't receive a call back after that. It has been 3 years!

Whoever was answering the phone for cafe was extremely rude, interrupted non stop and refused to help. Had he not interrupted and listened to the situation I was explaining I’m sure this would have been the appropriate service to get help from.

Very rude receptionist (over the phone) who is in charge of making doctors appointments. Has an attitude, and finds that checking two dates for appointment availabilities to be too difficult and mind-boggling (pathetic). Not impressed. At least the doctors are nice, as well as the front receptionist (different receptionist).

The youth clinic receptionist is EXTREMELY rude. I have been going to the clsc for check-ups for years now, and her customer service is extremely poor. I have left voicemails to make an appointment many times without her calling me back. There is an extreme lack of professionalism. It is important to make clients feel comfortable in this field, and she needs to be trained accordingly.

Horrible, rude service. Went to the youth clinic and they misdiagnosed me. Had me freaking out only to call me back a week later saying they were wrong. I tried calling the youth clinic for another appointment and the receptionist (indian women) was so rude and was telling me how I couldn't go there because I'm not zoned, even though I've been going to this clsc more then once before.

Great staff with fairly flexible hours. Their remit is more limited than the usual CLSC, but they are very knowledgeable and professional.

I was suprised to be treated in such a rude manner by the clsc because I had gone several years ago to see a gynecologist and was treated very pleasantly that time around. So, I recently called to make an appointment with a cousellor, when the man called back he was so rude to me on the phone. He kept insisting my emergency was hopeless and that no psychiatrists or counsellors would be able to help me, simply because my condition had improved. I needed a letter detailing my previous condition to send to someone and all he kept saying was ``it`s going to be impossible to get that letter`` and giving examples like `how can someone diagnose a headache from last week` but while also interrupting everything I said. You would think a liscenced counsellor would be more empathic towards the people and know not to interrupt and cut people off. It wasn`t even a subtle thing, it was more like mid-sentence.then. ``NO IMPOSSIBLE! BLAH BLAH BLAH` it`s almost funny, anyways clsc teach your people empathy and respect!
