Les 3 fois que j’y suis allée,
j’ai eu un service très professionnel, merci beaucoup!

Accueil discriminatoire. Les personnes de noirs sont traitées au second plan! La couleur noire n'est pas synonyme de pauvreté!
Merci d'informer et former le personnel d'accueil sur la thématique de l'équité en service à la clientèle.

This is the first time I’ve ever went to a clinic where the receptionists, nurses and doctor were all amazing sympathetic and kind. Thank you for making a difficult process so comfortable.

Ma première fois d'avoir un lavage des oreilles, j'étais vraiment nerveuse. L'infirmier était vraiment sympathique, et patient. Il a regardé mes oreilles soigneusement et il a décidé de les nettoyer légèrement. C'était très confortable! Je vous remercie!

I had to visit them daily for my dressings to be changed; they provided all the materials needed at home and were very quick to take me in; never waited for more than 15 mins

The nurses and doctor I saw for my three appointments were very welcoming and reassured me constantly. They answered any question I had and made sure I was feeling well the whole time. The wait time was not long at all… Thankyou all so much for making me feel at ease and comfortable in my decision

A kind and caring clinic. They were helpful and fast on the phone to make my appointment. Wait time once there was long, 2 hours, but once I got in the nurses were friendly, knowledgeable and comforting. Thank you all:)

We had an appointment for a vaccination here. All the employees and nurses were extremely nice and helpful from beginning to the end.

La première fois que je laisse un commentaire j'avais un rendez-vous à 14h il y a eu 45 min d'attente.on m'a dit que mon rendez-vous n'était pas sur la liste pourtant sa fesait 2 semaine que je l'avais pris faute d'organisation je suis partie sans voir le médecin

Je recommande fortement, les employés très respectueux gentils et professionnels. Je remercie toute l'équipe de la planification familiale. Ils ont très bien pris soin de moi et j'étais très bien prise en charge, même si j'ai eu une réaction allergique à la fin du à un médicament ils se sont très vite occupé de moi et je n'étais jamais seule! Merci pour tout.

MA FEMME C’EST FAITE AVORTEE IL Y A 3 JOURS. MA FEMME COULAIS BEAUCOUP DE SANG. JE LUI DISAIS QUE C’ETAIS RIEN. POUR AU FINAL QU’ELLE PLEURE ET QU’ELLE ME DISE DE REGARDER DANS LA SERVIETTE SANITAIRE ET DE APPERCEVOIR LE BÉBÉ COMPLAÎT!

La clinique d'avortements vraiment nulle. Nous demande de se pointer a 8h15 et nous fait passer 1h 1h30 plus tard. Le monde sont déjà stressée, n'ont pas manger.

Staff were so friendly, no judgement about my abortion.couldnt have had a better and safer feeling experience.
