Voilà deux semaines que j’y vais à chaque jour et je félicite tout le personnel et particulièrement les infirmières pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.

Ce site indiquait qu’il y avait des rendez-vous (sans rendez-vous)
les mardi et jeudi pm.
Ma soeur s’y est rendue en taxi. Un garde de sécurité, a la porte du CLSC lui a dit que ces rendez-vous n’existaient pas.
Ca lui a coûté $50.00 en taxi.

L’infirmière qui a fait la visite à domicile après mon accouchement est fantastique. Hyper gentille et pleine de connaissances. On l’a revue pour les vaccins de ma fille et c’est toujours un plaisir. Jamais eu de problème avec la prise de rendez-vous. Merci!

My dad went to do four vaccines but did not feel well afterwards. The nurses and doctor stayed with him until they made sure he was okay. He is very happy with the help he received and the service offered by the doctor.

I have been here a number of times. Some have been ok, some like today, horrific. I get there earlier today. After a bit of a wait just to get inside, I'm greeted with, "do you have an appointment". No I'm here to get an updated RAMQ card. They said I wouldn't need to get an appointment. "Okay, do you have the forms filled out". Yes, they sent me a special form. Do you have the pictures that you need? " Yes, I do. "I'm sorry, you have to come back after 1: 30. There is no one here to do it for you, now".

So I come back at 2: 00. "Do you have an appointment? " after I had waited a few minutes. No, I'm here to get an updated health card. "We're sorry, but you'll have to come back. The person who does that has a doctor's appointment. Can you come back after 3: 00 or tomorrow? " What? You told me to come back after 1: 30. Now you're telling me I have to make a third trip? "unless you want to wait here? You can do that, too". I'm sorry, I can't wait that long. I have things to do. This is horrible, the time, gas money, the number of trips. "well, I can give you a number, you'd be the first one at 3: 00 and wouldn't have to wait. "

I'd like to add that the entire time they were mis-gendering me. That's the reason for the new card to begin with. I'm a year into hormone therapy, transitioning, my hair is a third of the way down my back and I have permanent microblading on my eyebrows and permanent eyeliner. I'm wearing women's clothing, have breasts, and was bare legged, with years of laser hair removal, so they are hairless.

Now this location is in downtown Hull. It is not a rural location. It serves a larger, denser population. So naturally, they would only have one capable person to do it and wouldn't know that one person's schedule. You would think that they have a respect for time, effort, and busy schedules, being in an urban area. You would also think that they would recognize someone going through a transition.

It was disappointing, disrespectful, poor service, and a waste of time and effort, going to this location.

Service médiocre, mal organisé et imputable de rien. Patient, avec rendez-vous, oublié dans la salle d'attente pendant 1 hr. L'infirmière quitte sans l'avoir vu. Gatineau pour la vie. Manque l'école, manque le travail pour rien. Merci aux anges gardiens.

Stationnement gratuit pour 2hrs et moins, mais très peu d'espace.
Pour les fumeurs, attention sauf si vous êtes employé. Vous avez tous les droits

They need new receptionist, 45 mins later I'm still calling trying to make an appointment for my 4 month old, first it was busy signal, then it's been ringing and ringing for the past 20 mins, this is ridiculous! No one answers how do we make appointment when no one answers

J'ai reçu un service excellent! Que cs soit de la réception au médecin. Je suis arrivé en retard et cela a été prit avec humour. Merci encore!

Greeted at entrance by official person asking the nature of my visit to the establishment, then asked if I had any symptoms of COVID 19 and directed me to the sanitation dispenser to clean my hands and given the permission to go on in.

Got redirected, hung up on, and sent to the wrong department so many times I just gave up and paid to see a doctor in Ottawa.

Un tres mauvais accueil, tres mauvais service, le pire de toute la ville, la damme au Telephone Aujourd'hui a tout simplement été arrogante et non respectueuse, meme chause lorsque j'ai visité sur place!

I took the afternoon off from work so I could renew my health card, only to find out that their closed from 11: 30 AM to 1: 30 PM. If you have someone there that can tell me that you're closed, then you have someone there that can take my paperwork.

Went to get the information for my healthcare card done, staff were polite and professional serving Mr in English.

Was in and out within 10 minutes.

My visit was ok. I had to go get a photo at Japan camera near passport office and Had to wait for 130 after lunch. But it took 5 mins to get paperwork done. I was worried based on reviews.

Woman who helped me with my simple health card renewal was SUPER nice and friendly and even was attentive to my daughter, giving her stamps to play with.

Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je le ferrais. Je n’ai jamais été victime d’un tel mauvais service et d’une telle incompétence dans un établissement de santé. Je suis venue pour un RENDEZ-VOUS J’ai attendu 4h pour voir une infirmière. Je suis allée à l’accueil pour voir ce qui se passait et la secrétaire m’a repondu qu’il allait devoir reprendre rendez-vous puisque l’infirmière est partie chez elle. Êtes-vous sérieux? J’espere que vous avez du plaisir à rire des gens et à leur faire perdre leur temps!
