CLSC Samuel-de-Champlain

J’ai passé la matinée à tenter d’avoir quelqu’un qui réponde à ma requête, on me promène de service en service sans être plus avancée. Je donne: mon nom, ma date de naissance, le lieu et la date de rdv, ainsi que l’infirmière qui m’a fait mon prélèvement et le secrétariat se contente de me dire qu’on ne me trouve pas!
Quand je demande qu’est-ce qu’il me reste à faire, réponse: refaite votre démarche Madame.

Pensez-vous que je vais réellement revenir faire un prélèvement tous les 4 matins pour n’avoir aucune nouvelle et personne capable de me dire où ça en est?

De plus, je demande à la personne au téléphone si elle peut me donner un courriel ou tenter de se renseigner sur ce qui a pu se passer avec mon dossier médical, la personne me dit tt simplement que non ce n’est pas possible.

Je n’ai pas les mots tellement c’est LAMENTABLE.

Si quelqu’un de plus sérieux pouvait me contacter pour savoir où est ce fameux résultat de prélévement ça serait apprécié.

I visited for the purpose of blood tests. Online booking required, which is convenient however availabilities typically exceed a two week wait time. Posted schedule to book appointments is available at 2 or 4 week periods fill up quick. This results in having to constantly revisit the website for dates to become available. I question whether cancelled appointments are even made visible. Staff and nurses are always quick and courteous. Building is a disaster and parking lot is aften full.

I was late by 5 minutes during peak traffic time and they didn't accept me for an injection. I probably waited that time in line to talk to the secretary. The secretary called the nurse to ask if it was okay to take me even if I was late, and when she got off the phone I was shocked that that the nurse wouldn't take me, I thought she was joking. They have no empathy when working with the public it's ridiculous. It's not like she's packed with patients either, last time I didn't have time to go to the bathroom because they were already calling me in.
Also, last time I came here for my first injection, the experience was very traumatic and the nurse had no care for me being nervous for the injection. The way she did it was kind of traumatic and even the person I was with told me the way it was done was pretty insensitive.
I'll be happy to go to Jean Coutu and pay $10 than be treated like this just for them to do it for free.

Nightmare!
Ever since my experiences at this CLSC I've been traumatized.
They sent the police many times to harass me.
There was no intention of offering me services that made any sense.
I need to consult a doctor now for a possible ear infection but I'm hesitant.
I will consider all alternatives before choosing this demonic institution.
I recommend staying away from this place.
I just don't know where I can get help.
I waited 5 years to have a doctor assigned to me.
He was more like an actor than an actual doctor.
Didn't want to examine me at all.
But that's just the straw on the proverbial camel's back.

Il ne mérite même pas une étoile, le plus médiocre service qu'une personne peut avoir est dans cet établissement

I had a great experience at this CLSC. Both the receptionist the nurse were very friendly and welcoming.

Foiled by a printer twice. Made 2 appointments for blood tests. I only have a digital note from my doctor and they require a paper one. Both times the printer was broken, and the appointment cancelled, with no offer of a new appointment in the near future. What’s worse is, they accused me of a missing an appointment, when I arrived at the agreed upon time made with the receptionist (made over the phone), and they don’t accept any sort of discussion, they just blame you, and then condescend about it.

Based on the information available online, the blood test appointments should be taken through the online platform only. However, when you try online, the next availability shown is the next month. I decided to try calling for getting an appointment and they gave me an appointment for the day after! Why don't they put this option (scheduling through phone) in their website then? I am glad I didn't trust their online website information.

Also today I went for the blood test, and when I came back home I noticed some abnormal pain in my arm, and when I looked I saw a bruise in my arm joint, and a relatively large amount of lost blood on the cotton pad from my blood test! For a simple blood test! This never happened to me before in any other blood test centers, and I do blood tests at least once every two months.

I do not recommend this place for blood test unless if you are stock in Brossard, like I was.

C'est le pire service, impoli. Et ils sont malhonnêtes qu'ils prennent leur salaire pour un mauvais service. Où sont leurs fonctionnaires? Ils ne voient pas ces commentaires. Le personnel du service de rendez-vous est très grossier. Quoi qu'il en soit, je vais me plaindre d'elle. Où sont leurs responsables?

I went for blood test, quick and efficient. I was in and out in 20 min. Didn’t feel a think. Super nice staff.

Horrible place. Overcrowded. Long line-ups and waiting times. People treated like cattle. No where to sit in the halls if you do not feel well. Nurses are rude and unsympathetic. I have been there several times and gotten sick afterwards.

This review is a few months old. I have had such extraordinary experiences when getting bloodwork since that I felt a review on my awful experience at this place was necessary. Unhappy staff. Not a good start especially when it comes to a needle withdrawing blood. After the blood was taken I went into the washroom to find blood flowing down my arm from the puncture. I went back to the nurse who dismissed me. I asked her to clean it up and apply a bandaid. She said she didn’t have. Terrible. Avoid this clinic.

Worst service ever, i got kicked out by the reception guy because i was early for my RDV, my RDV was 2PM, i arrived at 1: 40PM, so he asked me to leave and wait outside which is freezing cold out there, yeah, good job for the reception guy.

Ce matin j'ai attendu 20 minutes pour prendre un R. V, j'étais Très polie et je me suis fait répondre par une personne qui n'a pas sa place à la bonne chaise. Merci de donner une formation à cette personne.

Quel mauvais service, aussi mauvais que le CLSC du boul. Cousineau! Impossible de pouvoir avoir un r-v pour un prélèvement sanguin demandé par le médecin pour novembre. Ni en ligne et encore moins au téléphone!

They don't do Medicare cards because of covid and have no solution. Also it wasn't mentioned anywhere. They tell you to call a number that hangs up on me because they are too busy. Terrible service.

Effectivement je trouve trop compliqué surtout pour ceux et celles qui ne pourront pas aller recherchés sur les navigateur. Et l'attente est trop longue.

Numéro de téléphone pour prélèvements réfère à un site web ou numéro de téléphone dit rapidement. Site Web ne fonctionne pas. Système impossible à utilisé

The worst Nurse I have ever seen! Took my baby for the 1 year Vaccination, the nurse was very much impatient, complaining, RUDE! This is very bad experience, and it is not the first time, the first time i thought maybe she was in a bad mood, but now I know she is just a Rude person! I don’t know how she became a nurse, hope God could save her! (For those who don’t know who she is, she was the one way oversized unsmiling Lady, Not other one works with)

Super efficace et personnel très aimable, c'était la première fois que je m'y rendais seule (pour des prélèvements). J'ai eu une infirmière super sympathique, et la dame à l'accueil de la salle d'attente des prélèvements était super gentille. Pour ce qui est des prélèvements, ce fut très rapide, étonnement!

Service assez médiocre, je ne me suis pas rendue jusqu'à voir l'infirmière considérant le service que j'ai eu. Premièrement, se fut hyper difficile d'avoir la ligne pour un RV, deuxièmement, après 4 tentatives d'appel je réussi enfin à parler avec la commis aux RV qui refuse de me bouquer car aparament ils ne s'occupe pas des pasnes spcialisées.
Donc jai reçu une mauvaise information et lorsque jai essayé de rappeler se fut la même histoire incluant un transfert de ligne pour parler avec une TS, se dont je n'ai pas besoin! J'ai donc abandonné et j'ai decidé d'aller dans un autre CLSC qui m'ont traité sans aucun problème ni anocroche. Je deconseille ce CLSC suite au service qur j'ai eu.

Très très très compliqué d'avoir un r-v de suivi.ils mettent en doute tout ce qu'on dit comme s'ils connaissaient mieux notre histoire médicale que notre médecin et nous. 4 appels pour avoir un r-v! Perte de temps incroyable.ils peuvent bien être débordés! Allez ailleurs si possible! De plus, ils ne prennent plus de nouveaux patients pour les injections d'allergènes, (heureusement pas mon cas!) ce qui veut dire d'aller à l'hopital alors que les Clsc sont là pour désencombrer les hopitaux! Système tellement lourd que finalement innefficace.

This place is terrible. Do not expect your online appointment to be honoured. I booked an appointment for 7: 15, showed up 15 minutes early and waited over 45 minutes. I was never served and I was late for work without getting my blood test. Am I sick? Am I dying? Who knows. This Clsc won’t help me that’s for sure.

Centre pour rendezvous at first floor for vaccination.the woman there very rude in answering. I ask for appointment and shes telling why do I need vaccine and she keeping telling its not free that I should pay.first of all I’m not going there if my doctor didn’t give a prescription for vaccine if I dont need.second I dont care if I pay for vaccine.to that woman served properly all your patient!

J aurais préferé étre acceuilli par C-3 p2 le robot diplomatique de stars wars. Personne pour nius acceuillir.des portes vitrées des 2 côtés du corridor acceuillant une personne à la fois.un système de couleurs pour les numéros. Bref c wst mki qyu ai expliqué à un patient comment ça fonctionnait.

Fait mal leur travail passe leur temps a te juger et a te faire tourner en rond si vous pouvez aller ailleurs aller ailleurs!

Service was good, staff friendly, parking structure available, usually there were lot of patients to serve in the morning, door opens at 6: 30 am but usually there is a line already outside (this needs to be well considered in winter time and you arrive before 6: 30 am)

Le 26 décembre 2018 ont est resté 1h30 d'attente dans le froid. Après nous ont dit que centre prélèvement de sang. Fermé

La note n était pas affiché comme il faut, même dans le site internet y avait rien.

Went in for a blood test, service was great and very efficient, however due to the big number of people, the wait is too long. 2 to 3 hours.but (in my opinion) there is a simple solution and very easy to implement: why not stream the picture of the waiting board on the exsisting website, so the people don't get stuck in the waiting room for hours.
