A terrific gym. Well equiped and clean. Has full range of free weights and machines for a complete workout. Never too crowded. Highly recommend it.

This gym has been the best fitness experience of my life. My name is Elom, and I've been a frequently customer for three months, attending Monday to Saturday. While the cost may seem high at $103.50, investing in your body and health is invaluable. The slightly higher price encourages commitment, and the uncrowded atmosphere during my 6am-8am sessions is a major plus. The gym boasts a well-equipped space, including a smith machine for maximum performance without a spotter.

The spacious changing rooms, showers, and sauna are available, though I personally don't use them. The standout feature, however, is the fantastic staff, shoutout to Samy and Jordan for their friendliness. Writing a review is a rare move for me, but I felt compelled to show respect for the owner's dedication to the gym. I wholeheartedly recommend it for those striving to improve themselves.

Its total lie they do not offer even free trial for the gym just let you train with trainer to sell their package they brought me here from Brossard with promising they have free trial which dont. Never ever think about trying this creepy gym.

Club has been great to me, I have been going here since I started school in Montreal, and they give a generous student discount. Location is amazing as I can go in my breaks in between my classes. The gym has a nice private feel to it, and is not too crowded during peak hours with very friendly members and staff being accommodating to your needs. Wayne the owner always has a smile on the face and has a genuine interest in your well-being and concerns. Also, steam room is always clean and super useful for recovery.

I was in town for a show and F1, and wanted to get a workout in great little place on a really convenient location. Owner, front staff and patrons were excellent. Equipment and space was perfect. Would definitely go again. Thanks

Really clean gym, good location too! I've been needing to shed a few pounds for my wedding, so I've been training with Jordan Gomes. I really wanna thank him for pushing me to actually pass my goal weight!

Love this gym, it has everything I needed to work out. Staff is really friendly too. The trainer (Jordan) helped me find the right exercises to train my shoulder without causing extra pain to my injury.

Im visiting for a week and am super pleased to have found this gym. From the U. S, 1st time in Canada and the gym has everything I need for a good workout. Treadmills, machines, free weights, locker rooms w/showers, sauna and separate steam room. Not busy and the staff is great. This gym comes at a great price for being in the heart of Montréal.

Really lovely and calm gym. Kind, helpful and welcoming staff always a pleasure to come here and have a great workout.there is a good mount of equipment. There is even a stretching and boxing room and a lovely sauna i highly recommend this gym especially if you are a student your membership is cheaper

Amazing gym! The staff is very friendly, the trainers are great and very accommodating/flexible to anyone with a busy schedule. I was hesitant to start training being a beginner but this gym has made it easy. Also - such a clean space!

Clean, lots of equipment for lifting, and very friendly staff. It never gets too busy so no need to worry about not being able to use the equipment you want to use. Needed a gym while on vacation in Montreal and this was perfect.

Perfect gym if you are looking for a intimate workout session. Fully equipped with free weights, cardio equipment, seperate aerobic room for a pre/post stretch or cardio workout. Due to the diverse membership made up of students, executives, and Montrealers with their different workout schedules, club is never crowded. Staff is very friendly and readily available to assist you with your work-outs. Wayne Hosberger/owner and Jordan Gomez/Manager run an excellent fitness club. Daily passes, monthly memberships/annual memberships are available! Personal trainers available for training sessions. Changing rooms complete with steam room/showers. Towel service provided. Club Athletique Sherbrooke is a "little gem" in the heart of downtown Montreal.

In Montreal for the long weekend and the hotel gym was closed. Was lucky enough to find this fitness center. Great location, well maintained facility and very friendly staff. If you need a gym in downtown Montreal, this is definitely a place to consider.

I was really scared to go back to the gym once things started reopening because of COVID-19. The gym is was going to also hasn’t opened to the standard I was hoping for. I decided to look for another place to work out, and this gym was perfect. They have a great cleaning protocol and due to the limited amount of members, social distancing is possible. I am very happy that I switched and I highly recommend this gym.

I normally go to the McGill gym, but it closed during covid, this one is way nicer. They even provide free masks at the front desk.

I just joined this gym a month ago. I didn't really know how to work out, but the trainers helped me learn a few new exercises. The gym environment is great too! It feels more like a family than a place that I go just to exercise. They also have full time cleaning staff which I like

Very warm and inviting place. People are always nice and you don't feel the pressure of going to the gym. Towel service is always good, lockers are always available free and supplies are always found in the bathroom. And their location in downtown is so perfect next to everything and easily accessible. I'd definitely recommend you to try it out:)

This is a gym where you get the feeling that you are in a spa. Large, warm towels, often straight from the dryer compliment the invigorating rain showers. The equipment available is bar-none, the best, and never a wait to use any of it. Most impressive, is the kindness and family-vibe given by the staff. Always ready and willing to give you some workout tips, encourage you to participate in motivational fitness challenges, chat over a smoothie, or celebrate a birthday!

Amazing gym! The owner and the trainers are all very friendly and good at what they do, I lost 40 pounds in just a bit over 2 months training with gomes and I've never felt better! The gym's rarely crowded, changing rooms and showers are very clean, all around great gym, definitely recommend:)

The place is small but has everything you need and is almost never busy! Staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is always kept clean. The location is convenient too, one block away from the Peel metro station and a 10 minute walk from Central Station. Would highly recommend!

The team here is really great and has a community feel. You start to befriend a lot of the regulars and be more motivated to come often. The gym overall has everything you need and is super accessible. The greatest part is that the gym is never busy due to a limited member count. You never have to wait for machines and can workout in peace.

This was by far my favourite gym in Montreal, the place is always clean, rarely crowded, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I moved away from Montreal and really miss working out at Club Athletique Sherbrooke.
Highlights:
- Jordon was an amazing trainer, who helped me achieve my fitness goals in the 8 months I was in Montreal. I could not recommend him highly enough.
- Convenient location by Metro Peel and McGill University
- Towel service and locker were included on top of the regular day lockers (at least up until when I was a member until May 2019). You can just leave your workout shoes and other essentials at the locker instead of carrying them back and forth from your home/office.
- This is not one of those super spacious clubs, but it has enough quality equipment that you do not have to wait to use them and it feels like your own private gym.
- Very chill atmosphere to work out in.
- Great steam room and shower facilities.

Amazing gem of a gym, with a friendly staff and a convenient location.

The gym's location, laundry service, and steam bath makes it ideal for bike commuters. There are plenty of bike racks at McGill, so you can lock your bike there, hit the gym, take a shower and leave your dirty laundry when you head off to school/work.

The staff is also very friendly. This is by far the best gym I've signed up for.

I’m from New York and was looking for an affordable, clean and local place to work out. This place exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly. The gym had everything I needed from barbells, dumbbells, cardio equipment, sauna and showers. Next time I’m in the area, I will be coming back!

As a competitive bodybuilder looking for a convenient gym in downtown, for high quality equipment and great service from the staff; I can honestly say club athlétique Sherbrooke has the rest of them beat!

Amazing place! It's so much better than the place where I previously trained. The staff members are super helpful and delightful. They provide the much needed energy in the morning! The thing that got me to join was that their men's locker room did not stink-at all! This obviously came to a surprise to me and they also provide shaving cream, the soap dispensers are always stocked.

Amazing staff, excellent location and overall great experience. Not too crowded either. I wasn’t there for very long, but I would recommend Club Athlétique Sherbrooke to anyone in search for a reasonably priced gym in downtown Montreal.

The gym itself is fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for short term stays.

You have to cancel well in advance or pay an additional fee, as well as an upfront fee with any membership. A 1 month stay cost me ~ $200.
