Beaucoup de ruptures de stock sur des trucs essentiels (spatule bois, passoires.)
Qualité très inégale des produits. Mon tranche-œuf est génial mais mon écumoir a rouillé dans la journée suivant son achat (!). Le type de metal n'était pas indiqué sur l'emballage. Des choses sont rouillées même dans le magasin.
Attention beaucoup de pdts alimentaires sont plus chers qu'ailleurs malgré les grosses quantités, c'est trompeur, comparez les prix.

Saranya est une très bonne caissière elle fait tout avec précision elle est agréable avec les clients. Jaime beaucoup son travail elle est gentille et accueillante.

On peut acheter n'importe quoi Et c'est une GRANDE PLACE où on peut faire sont MARCHER ou sont ÉPICERIE

1er expérience: Tres bon prix sur les emballages et autres. Pour ce qu'on cherchait: emballage pour frites et graisse de boeuf, on n'a pas trouvé ce qu'on cherchait: pas de sacs et le prix pour la graisse de boeuf n'est pas avantageuse. J'ai fait quelques photos pour vous.

Before summer, there were two cashiers, a guy and a girl, who were the best. Since they left, there has been no service and no good. I went shopping earlier today, and it was a nightmare. I'm not sure if they get trained, but they need a change right away.

Voici le bacon que j'ai acheté au club entrepôt 54.97$ dans la poubelle. Quand j'ouvre les boîtes pour voir le produit avant de l'acheter le commis se fâche. Voilà monsieur pourquoi je les ouvres. Je crois que même les animaux ne mangerais pas ça.

-emballage originale. Dit moi pas que tu vas remettre ça dans les rayons? Pourquoi ne pas vérifier les produits que vous vendez. En plus le commis ma demande qu'est ce que je fesais avec ce bacon je lui est dit que c'était pour la pizza. Il m'a répondu " je mangerais pas de pizza chez vous". Mais pour le vendre il n'y a pas de probleme. Si vous pensez que vos produit son trop deguelasse pour être mangé il ya un gros problèmes.

Worst staff ever behaving like they are giving it for free no customer service at all the people on cash counter are so rude they should understand just selling things is not enough they should behave good with clients as well.

It's a original experience shopping for bulk products by loblaws grocer and while I am a Costco member it's nice to see membership is not required it's pretty fun

Le club entrepôt est superbe, mais les 2 grosses cassières “aucune notion de politesse”. Comment cette entreprise peut mettre ces personnes pour faire le service à la clientèle?

I usually goes to club entrepot on lasalle for my businesses located in (downtown). One of my friend suggested this one because its near to my house, from that i visited very often to this store, i came to know that they sell cigarettes as well, i waited in the cigarette counter for 20 mins, later i call the one of the employee to serve us, she came with aggressive attitude and her arrogant way of speaking is not tolerable, i never saw that kind behaviour to a business client spent 2000$ worth cigarettes.i stopped going there.

Très mauvais service je demande s'il y a de vanille en poudre, les employées s'en fou. Je demande okra en spécial cette semaine il y a plus. Très mauvaise expérience

Je suis un client pendant 8 ans aujourd’hui j’ai eu pire expérience service à la clientèle avec là caissière qui juste commancer son travail à 10 h et30 m. La responsable des caissières était inprofessionnelle, elle voulait pas résoudre la problème et malgré ma politesse elle m’envoyer à la porte en disante point final,
J’espère avec ouverture de Magasin MAYRAND
le propriétaire de club entrepôt va penser un peu sur le service à la clientèle.

Asked for help finding an item. First person (female) walked me to the section. I said the item wasn't here. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away. To others came (male) looked at the product on my phone, looked at each other and said no more and walked away. RUDE AND LAZY!

Tous les employés sur le plancher sont super accueillants sauf la caissière que j'ai eue. Elle est vraiment impolie envers nous. La façon comment elle parle à nous, c'est comme on n'est pas capables de comprendre le fonctionnement du magasin et de payer pour nos articles. Pas souriante, pas courtoise et très bête. Aucun professionnalisme. On dirait qu'elle n'est pas contente d'être là. En passant, elle s'appelle Émilie, numéro 207. Si vous la voyez, allez à une autre caisse ou bien allez tout simplement dans un autre magasin. J'espère que le directeur du magasin va parler avec elle.

You know your workers have some off them positive test for corona various and you was open and you call after 5 days we will make case against you! You call the people have fill there and those you service with out membership how you can call them call the city to go public or we call the JE Monday

DECEPTION! Rendez vous pour pickup de commande confirmé 2 jours en avance, plage de 2 hrs avec numéro de telephone pour les appeler.mais personne vient à la porte ni ne repond au téléphone. Service a la clientèle ne peut rien faire (ni meme essayer d'aider). Demie journée perdue à attendre.jamais reçu la commande ni d'information.

I went there Saturday morning for my regular shopping. Surprised that it is close. If it is true some of your employee are positive you should inform the public. This is huge and very irresponsible, think about your custumers.

Small business must-have, one-stop shopping. However, the price of some goods is not the most favorable.

Good store with a lot of items sold in bulk. Major complaint I have is the prices are not clear. It says one thing at the shelf and when you get to the cash it’s more expensive.

Magasin de grande surface style "Club" mais sans carte de membre à acheter.

Plusieurs produits en quantité mais les prix sont abordables. Plusieurs commerces du quartier font des achats ici.

If you go there, do not go to the casher named Gagan! Zero customer service and has an attitude for some who doesn’t know her job well.

We were trying to return some wine that we bought. Initially she tells us that we need to return it and then buy other products. We were not happy about that decision but still went with it and started shopping around. Then when we come to the cash, her manager confirms that it can only be exchanged with other wine. Made us lose our time and when we were frustrated about it, no apologies and told us that we had an attitude.

Price is not cheap, the only advantage is you can get everything from there instead go to 2-3 places. But I am going to AUBUT, because the cashier is so rude. I hope the management of the place should understand that your customers are all small business owner. The attitude of the cashier just make me don’t want to come anymore. Good luck
