Great service, they had items I was looking for on site. Gave great advice for my pool and hot tub

Really bad experience from the service of the manager and the staff on site. Bought a new brush in May and only used at most 5 times the brush is bronken. You can see the thin plastic where it broke. Went back to the store. The service staff only said one word. No refund. No apologies for the bad quality. Leave my phone number to call back. He called. Only one word no exchange no refund. Never appologize for the bad quality of their products. You can not sell a product with life expectation of 3 months and 5 times use. That's bad quality and they never appologize for their bad quality control. Now understand why so many low star reviews from the store. They just don't want to serve well.

Service très mauvais. Je me suis rendu au comptoir des pièces pour connaitre le modèle de filtre de rechange pour mon spa acheté chez Club Piscine (Jacuzzi) et me suis fait répondre qu'ils ne le savaient pas et de chercher sur Internet. Ensuite, un autre préposé a finalement regardé dans leur système pour me dire qu'il faudrait essayer 2-3 modèles différents afin de savoir lequel est le bon (vraiment?). Bref, je me serais attendu que le détaillant de spa puisse au minimum me dire quel filtre de rechange acheter.

Worst service ever. I do not recommend. Better to Do business with small maintenance company.

Today i must say i got the worst customer service ever from the manager Alex on shift the cashier was super nice polite and professional but not the manager unfortunately its bad as you should lead by example anyways.my dad bought chlorine trough a representative over there on July 5 but unfortunately didn’t give him the right pucks even do my dad told him he need individual puck.i got there the cashier said np go get the right one once i came back to the cash the manager was there saying ah shes here he started to give me a lesson on how i should know what i need to buy i tried to explain but he didn’t want to hear nothing and treated me if i talk back he won’t exchanged what kind of customer service is that.very rude arrogant we go to the store to get assistance not to be treated this way like garbage its unacceptable behavior.last time i shop in that store

Nous sommes des clients de Club Piscine Pierrefonds et cela depuis plus que 20 ans lorsque Club Piscine Pierrefonds a construit notre piscine et à chaque année il nous fait toujours un plaisir de revenir au magasin. Eric is amazing! Super friendly, super helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable! It’s my first year owning a pool, and he took the time to walk me through all the steps of setup, how to keep the water clean, all the different chemicals and how to use them. I was so overwhelmed when I walked in there and left feeling so confident. I learned so much from Eric, he’s the guy you need to talk to with any and all pool questions! If I could give him 6 stars I would’ve!

Yesterday I came into Club Piscine looking for chemicals and found myself with the cashier Adamo. He gave me great service, very kind and funny. He’s the reason that I will be back.

I was thinking what to say about the bad experience but when I read the people reviews I understood I am not the only one.
Wants to share my experience with those who are planning to deal with this branch because it’s near your house I recommend to check with another branch due to the service while and after installation. I installed the pool 2 years ago, no body called me or contacted me before to know what do I need to prepare and what to do before. The installers came, they instructed me to to dig the land, and prepare for them (without ANY PRIOR VERIFICATION) and they left, that made a delay of 10 days with begging them to come. Then after the installation I called the branch many times asking tech questions as this is my first time I deal with a pool, leave a message then no one appears. I was once near club piscine Laval, (after installation) I went to ask questions and they were speeding to answer my questions even if I was not a customer.
At this branch the most important is the money, after you pay they won’t care about your questions.

Magasin de Pierrefonds. Personnel très aimable, accueillant, connaissant leur sujet et disponible. Une mention spéciale a Eric L pour son aide lors de la réparation de ma pompe.
