Pour la vente de leur produits ils sont bien gentils mais le service après vente…toutes sortes d’excuses et arrange toi avec tes troubles. Mon couvert de SPA une moitié s’est imbibé d’eau. Il n’a que 15 mois et aucune fissure. On me répond que c’est la vapeur ou le trop plein d’eau! Juste sur un côté du couvert!? L’eau se promène à l’intérieur. Client chez eux depuis 20 ans. Tannée

Do not bother going here for parts if you did not buy it there, all I needed was a couple of Napoleon BBQ parts and the lady told me, like I was an idiot, that if you buy a Honda you don't go to Mazda for parts, they are a napoleon dealer! I try to always support local stores not the internet, no wonder amazon is doing so well when stores have this attitude. I will no longer be buying any of my spa or pool supplies at this store.they have lost me as a client.

The sales person is excellent at selling you the pool
Once it is time to install the pool the entire process is painful to go through. There is no quality control as we continue to have issues with our pool after installation. Do not purchase a Mova pool with them as their
Management have absolutely no experience or expertise with these models. They constantly pass blame to their contractor and don’t take responsibility themselves so you are stuck in a loop trying to get things repaired

From the moment we entered the store and were greeted by staff members, including the manager Marcel, everyone was kind and courteous to us. Our salesman, Yan, was just fantastic. He was very professional, and very knowledgeable about what we wanted, yet very personable. He was very kind and patient with us considering we came there 3 days in a row. He helped us move things around, even helping us lift a table to see how a patio set would look like without it and bringing other chairs to see if they matched. All I can say is that we are extremely happy we came to Club Piscine and we highly recommend it. Thank you to everyone, especially Yan

FANTASTIC 5 WELL DESERVED STARS.
I am the wife of the husband, who never refers to the right name for the pieces he needs. Also, the one that lands up at the store. Granted my schedule is more flexible.
My husband needs, It’s the piece that goes around those screws to the right of the piece on the left side. I think you get the picture.
Anyway, went to Club Piscine Pierrefonds.and came to know I need the Head for the filter.this is what the clerk said. Ok 1 point for pierrefonds.
As per the clerk, because of the war they don’t have the piece. The clerk suggest I buy a new filter.
The price of the head is $200.00 which no one has in stock according to Club piscine Pierrefonds. Buying a new one at $600.00 would be a lot better and they have many in stock.

Thank you but no Thank you.

So drove from DDO to Club piscine Vaudreuil.
1st visit Spoke to Joseph in the parts department. He told me
#1 THE WAR! Hello pieces come from China.
#2. We have plenty of Filter Heads and Laval probably does to. (yes $200.00)
#3. If yours works why buy a new one. EXACTLY I SAID
2nd visit, asked for Joseph. Explained what my husband had in his head but couldn't give me OFFICIAL names.
Joseph laughed, went to get the pieces and explained how to do it. Even offered if my husband needed to call “NOT A PROBLEM”
3rd Visit again. Joseph to the rescue; boy this man knows his stuff.
The store is also organized and well stocked.
So far, all the staff were very nice, kind, and efficient. DO I RECOMEND THIS PLACE? YOU BET. IT'S VERY EXPENSIVE AND TIME CONSUMING HAVING A POOL. MORE SO THESE DAYS. THEREFORE, HAVING HONEST KNOWLEDGE PEOPLE HELPS ENORMOUSLY

Purchased an above ground pool and heat pump to be installed in mid June 2022. Sebastian, our salesperson was professional, extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions through the entire process!
Our delivery and installation were on time! There were a few small issues that did pop up, the group at the store solved them and we are delighted to be swimming and enjoying our pool. Bravo!

To be honest it is not the best club piscine branch but staff are friendly and they do help you out. Always got what I needed from them.

For 3$, they would rather loose a customer and risk getting a bad review!

At first, it was a very nice event. The person that helped me seemed very knowledgeable for chemicals. But on a second time I went, I was going to replace a hose that had just broken on our pool. Having never had to do this before, I consulted a clerk in the parts department. It seemed like he knew what he was doing, so I didn't question what he told me I needed.

Turns out one of the parts he sold me was wrong. When I got home, I started putting together and gluing everything as they told me it took 48 hours to dry. Actually, I got 2 versions of this. One saying 6 to 8 hours and the other saying 48 hours. Now I don't even know what to believe. Anyway, when I came to the 2nd part to my puzzle, it did not fit. So I went back to the store. But because I had already glued the part to the hose, the parts department told me to get the correct part and ask the service department if they would accept cutting the wrong part off the hose but refused to give us the correct part at a rebate.

To me that says, our employees can recommend products, but we will not take responsibility if they are wrong. All that for a 3$ part. And with an attitude on top of it and the parts department.

If a store owner things I'm worth less than a 3$ dollar part, then I will never shop there again! I'll go somewhere where my business is appreciated.

EDIT: To M. Beliveau, Store Manager,

For your information, each time I went into your store, I had the old broken part. Each time I said I needed to replace this because (I pointed because I don't know the names of things, this is not my domain of work, I'm not a plumber.) had broken. The issue here is also the attitude of the person at the parts department. We can't know everything, we go into a store and expect that the person serving us knows what they are talking about. Like the gentleman I had seen earlier about needing chemicals because my water was green. I knew I needed algicide, but there are 3 strength. That person, was clear in the suggestions he gave. I'm sorry but I expected the same from the parts clerk. Maybe I shouldn't!

Though the Sales portion of the process went smoothly, it has been one thing after another since. The installation started late, they were stop/start for almost a month, but it was during a pandemic, supply chains are sketchy, but the rude treatment from our Customer Service rep was beyond dreadful. He might be the most aggressive and loutish rep I have ever experienced.
For instance, the excavator was given only a photocopied drawing to work with and started to get frustrated in where to locate the hole. Club Piscine neglected to outline the pool dimensions. My introduction to Michel Hebert was his screaming at me to cut a bush or lose my $6000 deposit. I had no idea who was yelling at me and threatening me until after the phone call. We cut down the bush, but in turns out the excavator did not need the bush cut once the outline was done, so one ruined bush. He did call back in a few hours and apologized for his poor behaviour. I let it slide because this was Day 1 of a long project.

Flash forward to the Heap Pump delivery. Once out of the box, it was evident that the unit was damaged. I refused delivery of it, but Club Piscine installed it anyways. I refused to pay for this damaged unit and told him that I was paying for a new unit, so wanted a new unit, not a refurbished unit. Skip ahead to a visit from his where he tried to shake me down to pay for the damaged unit. I felt like I needed a shower after he left. At this point I had paid over $50,000 and was not paying any more until I had a new heat pump and the salt machine he forgot to order but wanted me to pay for. To say he is incompetent would be a nice thing. He then threatened to seize our house if we did not accept the damaged heat pump and pay him. In the end, I told him to take his heat pump off my property and to cancel the salt machine and credit the contract the amount. We agreed that I would pay any balance once Club Piscine came back to align the two skimmers which were very crooked on installation.
I did write the owner about the bullying behaviour of this poor example of a human, but never heard back.
Overall, a poor experience, and I would not recommend Club Piscine

Good prices, BUT, I think there is massive confusion from one department to the other. Very difficult to get concrete answers.

Absolutely horrible experience. Selling defective products to customers. Bought furniture arrived broken. I have to take it back and change it. Store manager is rude and does not care about customer experience or quality of products sold. Drive further to another store instead, you will be better off.

Horrible organization, incredibly mistreating customers. They make promises on $20K purchases and they don't deliver. Installation team is unprofessional, untrained, makes a lot of mistakes. Material missing all the time. Issues take months without resolution. Don't buy there they are absolutely horrible.

If you are in the market for a pool - stay away from this location!

Spent almost 10k - the process started off just fine but:

- 1 week before our estimated installation date I got a call to saying the liner we chose isn't in stock and if I want to keep our date I need to choose a new liner right now. Had to go in and then had limited selection and had to settle.

-The installation team left a mess of boxes and a massive pile of dirt, on the spot told me that I needed to pay them because they needed to level the ground? (shouldn't that be included)

-The installation team doesn't do ladders: they refused to assemble the ladder to get in and out of the pool
-
After Sales: specifically asked for a sturdy ladder, I went to see my rep and he said because the ladder was assembled there was nothing they can do. Not even a discount on a new ladder. I purchased a new ladder and brought it home, but when I got there I realized that they had sold me the wrong parts! Had to go back - turns out the owner got involved, didn't even apologize and again no discount for all the trouble, but said they would find one for me and call me back - you guessed it no call back!

Last thing - if you are financing, be aware that the second you sign the documents the contract begins. Its NOT on delivery!

The only decent service I got was from Steve and Martin.

We were promised a call within 2 weeks to schedule a visit at our home to have a final estimate given. At this time the job would have been done late fall or early spring. One month later, no phone call. Got in touch with their customer service director Michel Hebert who promised me a call the Friday after I sent him an email. Of course no call, not even an email until I emailed him back to complain. Again no call. It seems no one there has the courtesy to return their calls even when a $20,000 job is dangled in front of their noses. I can only imagine what kind of poor service and treatment I would get after giving them my money. I am signing a contract with Trevi this week, their loss!

Très mauvaise expérience, il est pratiquement impossible de joindre le vendeur, même chose avec la gérante du magasin et le directeur des opérations M. Michel Hébert ne veut pas me répondre lui non plus. Nous avons fait l’acquisition d’une piscine AQUABOIS de près de $20000.00et le service après vente de Club Piscine est vraiment pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Jamais les bonnes réponses quand nous finissons par parler à quelqu’un, on nous transfert à une personne qui n’a pas de réponse non plus. Très déçu d’avoir fait affaire avec Club Piscine même si nous adorons notre piscine AQUABOIS. Chez AQUABOIS le personnel est impeccable ainsi que l’un des propriétaires M. Jean Robert.

I recently needed to get the sand changed inside my pool filter. Gerald (from CP) dropped by and did a great job. While he was there Gerry suggested that I get my pool pump motor checked as it was making unusual noise after which I said I that I would. The next day however my motor seized so I immediately brought it to CP Vaudreuil to get it fixed. Matt (at CP) looked at it a few days later and advised that it wasn't worth fixing as it would need a complete overhaul. He suggested that I buy a particular model and brand of a different quality pump/motor and Martin (at CP) advised me on how to install with my older plumbing. Everything works great today (thanks to Matt and Martin's help). I just wanted to say that during these challenging days of what I expected to be restricted service due to covid, I was amazed to see such knowledge and help available to customers such as myself who are a nervous about installing a pool pump for the 1st time. Thank you to Gerald, Matt and Martin for caring. I saved a few bucks installing it myself.

Have been customers of Club Piscine since they opened in Vaudreuil Dorion and had been fairly pleased with their customer service. Bought 2 above ground pools there over the years and had the liner on our 10 year old pool replaced 3 years ago.
Like all pool owners we visit the store in Vaudreuil several times a year either to replace parts, have water tested buy chemicals and sometimes just get advice. Always found service good and continued buying pool accessories and supplies there, although our neighbors and friends had switched to other retailers.
We consider ourselves good customers and are planning on changing our pool in the Fall for next season as is my sister. Planned to watch for the Fall Sales.
Now after our incident this week which was very upsetting and would have never happened at any other retailer, we have decided to look for another dealer in the area.
My husband bought a Zodiac Ranger pool cleaner for an above ground pool a couple of weeks ago and started to set it up only to find out on UTube that there is an attachment available that doesn't come as part of the package which would make the Zodiac more efficient.
When my 80 year old husband went back to the store to purchase it he noticed the Zodiac had gone on sale just a week or so after we bought it and the day we had set it up.
Being a retiree and dealing with Walmart, Costco, Canadian Tire, Amazon, Home Depot and Reno Depot he asked the salesman if he could be given the sale price with the bill as the box had been opened and use the difference of 40. $ to apply to other purchases and was referred to the manager who simply said no we don't do that here.
Now we understand why others don't recommend Club Piscine.
During these difficult times with everyone suffering from all the restrictions of Covid 19, standing in line outside for sometimes 45 mins, waiting to be checked out for long periods where is the customer loyalty and appreciation for what you have to go through to be served?
This issue will be posted on FACEBOOK as this action taken by the manager is not acceptable. Can't understand why for a matter of 40. $ the store would give up the opportunity to sell a contract for the purchase and installation of not one but two pools for next summer. One might think it's only a matter of 40. $ but that issue is this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

What a disaster!
Rude and incompetent salesman who constantly pop surprise charges on bill. When you ask for promotions, he would show you how many pools he sold and boast loudly for his salesmanship.
Never recommend to buy it from there.other competitors are better (100% made in quebec) and would treat you with dignity and perfect information.

Just got outdoor furniture from this store. I was cancelled by another company and was completely frustrated after waiting two weeks. Called Robert D at the store. He was extremely helpful. Took a deposit on the phone and I was able to reserve my set. I received the delivery on time and in perfect condition. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely shop there again.

Super service at the store! Arranged for a pool tech to come by and help us out with a problem. Excellent service, the tech explained everything. I couldn't be happier!

They have everything you need but it was a little chaotic to get someone to help us. Once we did everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. It would just be nice if they had more sales people on the floor to answer questions (although we didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for help). The loading dock people were very nice too helping us get our purchase into the car. Great job!

I have bought 3 pools from them in the past 20 years and at least 5 pumps. 2 Outground and 1 Inground pool. I buy all my pool stuff there too. I bought a new Carvin pump in at the end of April 2019 and by the end of June it was leaking and making a horrible noise. I brought it in to exchange it and they would not exchange it for me. They said the noise was because I plugged it in wrong, which I did not and for the leaking, the sold me new fittings. Why would I have to buy different fittings if the ones I got fromt the manufacturer does not work? I then proceded to call Carvin directly and they told me to bring it back to the dealer for an exchange. Carvin gave me an email to show the dealer so I could exchange it without issues and they still would not exchange it. It's a good place, unless you have to return something. Needless to say I won't be going back.

Ma toile de piscine à 4 an et déjà fini le vendeur dit trop de chlore rien à faire si c'est pas un défaut du manufacturier on ne peux vous la changé très mauvaise qualité mon autre toile avec piscine val Morin à durée 15 ans plus jamais je vais acheter une piscine dans se commerce vraiment déçus.

All your pool, garden, patio, fitness and backyard needs under 1 roof. They also will test your pool water for free, just bring in a sample and they test it then give you advice on what you should do to the water if needed.

Service d'ouverture et de fermeture de piscine non-professionnel. J'ai pris l'option A de base (176$), les techniciens ne prennent même pas la peine de vérifier le taux de chlore avant de mettre le traitement choc. Je fais vérifier mon eau et j'ai un taux de chlore 5 fois supérieur à la normale. Attendez Monsieur, je vais vous proposer un produit. Oh desolé BO (backorder). Option restante: vider votre piscine de moitié! Ne tarder pas trop, votre toile pourrait se faire blanchir par le taux de chlore élevé!

Parle avec personnel du service, j'aurais dû faire analyser mon eau avant l'appel de service ou prendre option C à 500$.

Morale de l'histoire: faites vous-même vos ouvertures et vos fermetures. Trop compliqué de payer et de garder du personnel compétent. Note à club piscine: arrêter de proposer des options avec l'injection de produits chimiques à l'aveugle.

One of the worst place to go for your swimming pool. I was got robbed by the installer. They don't have their people to do the installation and they outsource to a third party where they have no control. I paid more for no reason and received worst ever service. Contacted the sales person, and he told me he don't know what to do. One of the unprofessional service i ever encountered in my life. Stay away from this place.
