CM Limousine

Le 14 octobre dernier, nous avons fait la location d’une limousine avec chauffeur pour notre mariage. Le service a été #1!
La limousine (impeccable), le chauffeur (très professionnel), l’horaire (tout à fait à l’heure)! Tout était tout simplement parfait! Même que le chauffeur s’est assuré de placer la traîne de la robe de mon épouse avant qu’elle débute son entrée vers la cérémonie.
Le propriétaire Monsieur Carlos… super sympathique!

A week before our wedding the engine from the car we chose broke. They called us right away to explain, apologize and to offer us other models we could pick from. We got 2 limos for that day and both services were impecable. The drivers were beyond nice, offered beverages and helped me with my puffy dress! Amazing service! Beautiful cars and the drivers were amazing. They helped us with everything. They gave us water, helped us with our bags, and they even helped me with my wedding dress! I called CM Limousine to rent a car for my daughters sweet 16 party. The owner was super friendly and very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. The price for the rental was very good, I also was given a free upgrade because of the availability of vehicles. The vehicle was in great condition and very clean.

The limo driver Carlo De Stefano was incredible. He was punctual and friendly. His efforts went beyond our requests. He made sure the girls were always safe and brought them in the restaurant and was at the door when they were leaving. He drove them around the city and gave them suggestions so they can take beautiful pictures together.

I would like to say thank you to CM Limo and Carlo De Stefano for making my daughters sweet 16 extra memorable.

Nous avons eu un conducteur vraiment sympatique, généreux, attentionné et très prudent. Elle est arrivée à l'heure exacte et la limousine était en excellente condition, comparativement à d'autres déjà louées de d'autres compagnies. Nous avons dû reporter l'événement en raison de la COVID et le propriétaire a été très compréhensif. Je recommande sincèrement cette compagnie très professionnelle.

I got married in October 2019 and have been meaning to write a review ever since. This company is top notch - don't even bother considering another limo company. Extremely professional, on time, available, organized, and much much more. The one thing that I will never forget and will always be grateful for was our limo driver. From the moment we met he did everything to accommodate us. He even gave me his sandwich to eat on the way to the church because I was starving! I will never forget him. Their limousine rental prices are a little higher than expected, but competitive as we shopped around. The limos were on time. The drivers were kind. As you can see on the pictures, it was raining on and off on our wedding day. The driver was attentive to the windows in the car and had the red carpet and umbrellas ready for us. The cars were clean and comfortable. The only thing was that in the price, we thought the ride back to our house at the end of the night would have been included, but we had to pay more if we wanted that service, so just make sure if that it what you want. Also, make sure to bring money if ever you need to park somewhere for pictures and it's always nice and appreciated to give tip to the drivers.

Used CM Limo for the last two years, they are always prompt with responses and deliver quality service.

I'd like to say a couple of words about the limousine company that we hired for our wedding this past weekend - CM Limo.

What a horrendous experience.

Firstly, my limo showed up 1 hour late because he had the wrong address. Odd since I booked months prior and I'm pretty sure I know where I live.

I was calling the limo company to find out where the limo was, but all I was met with was an answering machine. They never called me back.

The driver then picked us up an hour late, at which point we headed off to pick up the rest of the wedding party at my bride's house. He had to stop mid-route and adjust the GPS because he was lost.

We missed the pictures we were supposed to take there and headed off to the church, fearing we would miss the ceremony time. We just made it.

Lastly, the limo was supposed to drive us home at the end of the night. I was calling the driver from 2am.no answer. He left us there with no ride home; we had to cram into my sister-in-law's car.

This is without a doubt a true travesty as this was my wedding and the limo company was a complete burden.

I have yet to receive a response from the initial messages I left wondering where the limo was.

Great service! I had two limousine at my wedding (3 weeks ago). No hidden fees. The drivers arrived right on time. The cars were clean and equipped as promised. My driver, Adriano, was the best! Great job guys! Thank you.

Excellent service, Joe m'a tout de suite mis en confiance, a pris le temps d'écouter mes besoins et de m'expliquer le déroulement. J'ai pu voir la limousine à l'avance (Lincoln MKT).
