Great store! Amazing customer service, quick shipping, great selection. Prices tend to be just a little higher than other places, but the upside is that they have items weeks if not months before anyone else does. And when you consider not wasting gas to drive everywhere to try and find these, definitely worth it.

While we happened to be in the area, I stopped in for the first time tonight at the store. While the entrance may have you wondering if you're at the right place or whether it's open to the public, the greeting we got was friendly and welcoming. It's clear that the bulk of their offerings are in the warehouse, but the items up front were enough to satiate what I was looking for. We picked up some transformers and a box of pokemon cards. I'd return again; prices were on par and I came across items not found elsewhere.

I have ordered Star Wars Vintage figures a couple times from here. Always in excellent condition and packaged with care. Will be my new go to for all online Vintage purchases now.

After months have trying to locate one of the Kessler Neca werewolves. I finally found one here. I was so impressed with the many options of shipping available, and after placing the order on a Friday, he arrived Monday afternoon. It was perfectly packaged. Thanks for the great service.

Buy alot of Star Wars figures… So i decided to give these guys a try! Bought the VC Slave 1 ship for 3&3/4 figures … Excellent packaging and came within 3 business days! Canada post lied about attempting to deliver it to my house but no one was home, so i had to pick up from post office… Not CMDs fault… So u got a new customer!

Received a toy and the box was open. I've emailed 5 times (in English and French) and I've also called with no response. All I want is a replacement.

I was hoping to keep this sealed for years to come but now I'm stuck with an open one.

Ordered 2 transformers. Got an email that Nitro Zeus was sold out. A bit disappointed that they should keep their website and inventory up to date. Fortunately I was given the option to choose Scourge as replacement. So far very happy with my purchase specially Sandstorm and the quick delivery.

They used to be a great place to get your figurines, but I feel like they are going downhill now. I am seeing more and more of their products being marked up and overpriced, even new releases, which are sometimes 2x the MSRP or more (ever worse is some of them are still pre-orders). And the fact that they have a lot of marked up store "exclusives" makes me think they are more like scalpers than an honest business, especially when those exclusives are hitting their respective stores at around the same time that CMD Store has them in stock. I'd understand like a 15% max mark-up, but paying more than that for new stuff is becoming a bit too much.

Scammers. Refuse to give full refunds on their goods, will try to find any loophole or excuse to not refund you fully. Stay away

The worst customer service ever.

I made an order for a toy around the start of December. Was expecting it for around the 8th or 9th. I got an email from them the 8th saying theirs been an error from Hasbro and its delayed. I responded that I thanked them for telling. Also added this was the first time I was buying from them and wasn't pleased of this first experience with them but will wait for my order. They said they would receive my order on the 18th or 21th.

Around the 17th, I decided to buy the Christmas gift of my sister and my daughter from them. Got a confirmation email from them. Totally different order then my first and totally unrelated to my first order. All good still.

Now HERES the kicker. On the 21th, thinking this was supposed to be the day they received my order, I sent an email asking if they would deliver my order that day or the day after. They responded by telling me, apparently, there was another error and they wouldn't receive my order until January. They DID NOT send an email this time to inform me. I wasn't happy at all. I sent them an email saying that this was unacceptable. Why not inform me this time? Told them it was unprofessional and borderline felt like a scam from them. Told them this would be the last time I did business with them and was expecting to receive my order at least in pristine condition. WELL they responded by cancelling my first order (which I did not cancel) AND apparently took the time to find my second order and CANCELLED THAT ONE TOO (which was totally unrelated to my first order) out of SPITE! On the 21th of DECEMBER! THIS was their response to me having accused them of being unprofessional. Trying to ruin my families Christmas. My wife called them to ask them to restore our order that we didn't even cancelled in the first place. They said they refused to serve us.

This is an unprofessional, spiteful company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE to NOT do business with this spiteful, unprofessional, price gouging and horrible company. To cancel my first order in response to my unsatisfaction would already be frustrating but at least understandable.but to take the time to find my second unrelated order and in SPITE cancel that one too on the 21th.that is unbelievable and literally evil, during the HOLIDAYS NO LESS!

I've used this store twice now for my action figures and both times they CDM store came through. With getting the figures and delivering them on time! Definitely my go to place now on.

Easily one of the best selections of action figures in Canada. Delivery is fast and packaging is pristine. This is the ideal place for a collector.

I ordered some Funko Pops from them online. The pops arrived in excellent condition and were placed inside brand new pop protectors. In addition, shipping was very fast. This store also gave me constant updates regarding my order.
