The sales lady was a little annoying… I’ve worked in sales and you have to read the customer’s mood. I wasn’t in a talkative mood at all, you would deduce that from my facial expressions and also by the 1-word answers I was giving her. Because of her, I looked at the bag I wanted and measured if it would fit everything I need and now going home to buy it online. I did not want to deal with her for the entire time it takes to finish the transaction.

Very bad customer service. Went to purchase a bag from this location since needed it for travel purposes. Bad customer service, they value their customer at all.

Love this store. Very helpful staff, all 3 of them. Gift wrapped my purchase while waiting for my name to be printed in gold

I went in on Sunday the 16th and was welcomed by the most amazing staff! They were all so thoughtful and attentive when it came to what kind of bag I was looking for, will definitely be doing back!

Went to the store today and I found the stuff lady welcoming me very rude and unpolite, definitely I won't go to there anymore.
