Le seul marchand qui n’accepte que du cash en 2023! C’est épouvantable, les crêpes salés et les crêpes sucrés sont mélangés dans le même menu d’une façon que tu ne peux pas distinguer les ingrédients. À éviter!

Doesn’t accept cards to force people to withdraw from their ATM on high fees!

Didn’t carry physical card as I use apple pay everywhere, so couldn’t withdraw from ATM and had to order thro UBEREATS!

After all this hustle, owner insisted to charge me extra for topping (By cash) after i got the wrong order missing topping I requested! (worth of 1$)

lost 3 clients (me and my shocked friends), made a scene and argument in front of his other clients and got himself a bad review because of 1$, not too smart…

Verry dirty place, i dont recomand this place! They touch the fruit with there fingers without wearing gloove. They was also impolite!

Love this place however they only accept cash which I did not know, they directed me to the ATM. Service with a smile, great and fresh menu selection.

Terrible experience, they don’t use gloves and when I asked them politely to please can you wear a gloves they respond in a mean way” that I can not cut fruits with gloves”! That was actually unacceptable. Cocktails was not good, avocado was very liquid and not as supposed to be. Prices are really high for a plastic small cup! And they only take cash and charge me taxes! Place was dirty and gave us dirty tray with 4 pieces of dirty old fruits. Do not recommend whatsoever.

First of all, you can’t pay with debit, they only take cash.they use cheap dipping chocolate.rude cashier.quality and volume of food decreased by a lot.in all, very expensive (prices unjustified for quantity) for a bad experience.

Je suis déçue, j’avais l’habitude d’y aller avec mes filles et là, déception, servi dans des bol plastique sans aucune soucis de présentation certains desserts servis dans le couvercle d’un bol, vraiment! Pour 4 cocktail 60$ non merci plus jamais

This place has alot of selection for crepes and fruit drinks.

What I liked: We had a "Turbo" which had strawberries mango, kiwi, almonds, pistachios, cottage cheese and more. The cottage cheese kind of made me think twice but it was tasty and put together nicely. I enjoyed this drink.

What we didn't like: the price.over $16 for a small sized drink and the cashiers dismissal of our questions. When you ask the woman details, she gives you an attitude and simply says "look at the picture ".

The menu only has pictures, a name and a price. No list of ingredients or quantities.

Apparently if you ask for it to stay you get a bigger portion for the same price.i was told this by someone who had been there a few times.

Would consider returning if pricing and customer service was improved.

Terrible Customer service. Manager told us that we can’t sit down in the store if we only drink sugar cane juice. She didn’t care even though we did it multiple times before. She was very rude in her manners too. Never going back. Highly don’t recommend.

Antabli has been my favorite ice cream place ever since I was a kid, my parents used to take me and I now take my kids, the quality is amazing, I took my family today, it was really good as usual, but I was sad that they served me in plastic cups, spoons, plates, it really made the experience inferior to what it usually is, I even told the server, she said that from now on they don't serve in glass anymore, also, we used to leave the trays on the tables and the workers would pick them up, now we have to throw everything ourselves like in a fast-food place, please I urge you keep it 5 stars like it used to be. I used to feel like I'm going to a high end ice cream place.not a regular dairy queen. Thank you for the amazing quality all these past years.

Non seulement les prix ont double, les portions ont été rapetissé et les plats manque des ingrédients qu'auparavant ils avaient. Comme la pizeta que jai achete est venu sans sauce il ny avait que du fromage. Déçu, je reviendra plus.

Je ne recommande pas du tout. Très mauvaise service à la clientèle et propos raciale envers mes amis de différents cultures. La serveuse a refusé de nous servir en raison que l’on est un groupe de jeunes de différents races avec des propos raciaux. Pas de professionnalisme du côté du staff.

J’étais habitué de venir ici depuis 5ans. Or, actuellement, la qualité du restaurant a beaucoup diminué. Les fruits ne sont pas sucrés. Les morceaux de mangues sont acides. La ashta est ancienne et de couleur brunâtre (probablement laissé beaucoup du temps sur le comptoir). Leur crêpe est correct (on dirait un amateur de cuisine qui la prépare). Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout.

I never left any bad reviews anywhere, but I had to put the first bad review ever, I regret going this place, they don't know what they're doing, making crepe needs to be made by professional hands, experienced, the crepe was like lastic you can't chew it, it was like gum they what mess I ate it and woke up in the middle of night feeling sick, I threw out their disgusting crepe.

Staff treat clients horribly. They told us that if we wanted to order we should leave even thought there was empty places/

Took a crêpe ‘jamaïcan’ which is hazelnut spread with strawberries and bananas, everything about it was great but the crêpe itself felt a little old it was a little crunchy.
Also tried the festival avocat and it was actually great.

The store is very clean and very delicious but the price what I find it too much for each cup or meal I would give it five star if the price was little bit less than that.

Overpriced, avocado juice is super liquid, looks and tastes artificial. Only takes cash. Not the friendliest staff. I would not recommend.

Very rude girls working on friday evening, where is customer service and cleanliness? These girls act like you are bothering them, no way of treating people coming to your business to buy your product! This will be the last time unfortunatly we are disgusted by these attitudes

La nourriture est correcte mais l’attente de 30-40 pour se faire dire que la caisse prend seulement de l’argent comptant c’est de l’arnaque solide!

Girl Learn to use gloves while cutting fruits because I’m not obliged to eat out of your disgusting hands. You can’t just grab money and touch everywhere then chop some strawberries with your bare hands without even washing them. And against all hygiene measurements that could get your business closed if an inspector was the client instead of me. Very much Disappointed.

This is my 4 time visit this place. It is a great place to hang out with your friends after dinner and you are not ready to go home yet. Fruits are always fresh

Location was not super clean. The washroom needs some work. The service was very slow for not being overly busy. I found the person making the orders needs some training on how to use a knife. The strawberry/banana smoothie was originally made with the leftover from 2 jugs then and it didn't even fill the cup. We told them that was unacceptable and they made a new cup from another jug. This is my first time but I have heard good things bug unfortunately today was probably an off day. They had issues with the coffee machine also.

I was there 3 weeks ago at 10 pm at night, line up was about 4 customers, I couldn't even give my order after 30 minutes of waiting, staff is very slow and unprofessional, I simply left without having even the chance to give my order, never gonna go there again

Le service n'est pas courtois, aucune mention que le mode de paiement est comptant uniquement même lorsqu'on passe la commande au comptoir. Les tables sont collantes et personne ne semble nettoyer nous avons été sur place plus de 45min. J'ai trouvé l’endroit trop cher payer pour une crêpe Nutella vide. Je donne 2 étoiles seulement parce que les cocktails sont bons, mais les cocktails sont petits et on reste sur notre faim. Prévoir au moins 50$ pour une famille de 4. Trop chers payer pour des deux crêpes et deux vers de cocktail. Nous allons pas retourner ici.

I was literally disappointed by your staff who were very unprofessional I've asked was to add little bit of Kashta on the cup because literally she barely did put on the cup. The staff replied no we can't do that sir. I've used to go to Antabli in Lebanon but here in Canada it was disappointing experience due to your staff though the cocktails were amazing a must!

Just train well your staff to be friendly, this is not how Lebanese business treat their customers!

Loud music in a way that you cannot hear yourself or the others.
Dirty place, dirty tables and chairs.
You can pay only with cash.
I did not like the visit. Probably, i will not go back again to this place.
Maybe the food was good, but i was really uncomfortable in a way of leaving the food on the table and going out.
There was a lot of kids and their parents, they seemed happy. Maybe they do not feel the same as me.
Anyway this is my opinion.

With the level of busyness and the prices they charge you would expect a better service and quality

C'est trop cher (15$) pour un bol de fruit et il faut payer par argent comptant, service pas chaleureux. Il y a une autre comme ça sur Maisonneuve et Guy-Concordia et les prix sont moins cher (c'est mieux)

Ah dommage, j'aimais bien cet endroit mais je pense que je vais plus jamais revenir malheureusement, car j'ai commandé un breuvage aux fruits, ce jus contenait des fruits normalement mais la personne ne m'a pas proposé si je voulais ou non, elle l'a juste préparé le jus sans fruits et par la suite lorsque je lui ai demandé les fruits elle m'avait dit que c'est à moi de le lui dire et non pas elle d'ajouter des fruits, juste que là je trouve que c'est correcte, par sympathie la personne m'a rajouté des fruits dans un petit verre mais ce qui m'a étonné c'est que la personne, juste avant ça je lui ai payé le jus et elle a prit l'argent, et après elle est allée coupé les fruits après avoir touché l'argent sans avoir laver les mains ou porter des gants, bien évidemment elle a touché aux fruits, je ne vous cache pas, je ne pouvais pas manger ces fruits et d'ailleurs j'ai pas vraiment eu beaucoup de plaisir à boire le jus, elle m'avait donné une mauvaise idée de l'hygiène qu'il pouvait avoir là bas:/

J'ai été avant hier pour acheter des cocktails fruits à la kechta, la personne qui travaillait ce jour ne mettait pas des gants sachant qu'elle est été à l'intérieur et avant qu'elle vienne pour me parler elle a met son masque sans aller laver les mains une autre fois ou mettre des gants quelque chose qu'on voit pas ailleurs, et pour ne pas la faire blesser j'ai payer plus que 70 dollars et sortir par la suite dégoutée de ce qu'elle a fait et ça m'a pas donné envie de manger mon cocktail!
Je pense que ça va être la dernière fois que je vais là-bas!
Il faut faire attention à ça!

C’est la meilleure place où on peut trouver des fruits frais tout d’abord, et la meilleure crème glacée faite maison. De plus, les jus sont toujours frais.
Je crois que tout le monde doit l’essayer, cela vous fera une très belle expérience. ️

Wow. This place is awesome. Everything is so fresh and tasty. I recommend the Jamaica crepe, especially for your kids. The Antabli Cocktail is good, so is the Playa Coco if you like avocado and coconut.

La crêpe jamaican n'était pas très bonne, les fraises étaient molles, pas fraîches du tout ainsi que les bananes, ne vous attendez pas à un bon chocolat de qualité mais plus tôt à un genre de sirop au chocolat un peu cheap et plus sucré que chocolaté. Il n'y avait pas du tout beaucoup de fraise et en grande partie des bananes trop mûres. J'ai uber eat la crêpe et elle ne vaut pas son prix. Sans parler de l'aspect visuel de la crêpe un enfant de 5 ans aurait pu mieux faire.

Used to always come here because of their amazing drinks. The menu is on the pricier side especially for the drinks ranging from 10.50$-16.50$ for a smoothie. Really bad customer service. Oh and people serving and cutting fruits there don’t wear gloves. They cut fruits and directly goes to the cash handing money.

La place est jolie + propre. Je suis allée un samedi soir, j'etais surpris par la porte de l'entrée qui a été laisse ouverte dans ce temps froid. On voulait prendre les cocktails froid, mais c'était difficile de savourer ça dans le froid qui englobait la salle. Je n'ai pas osé demander pourquoi, car la serveuse semblait déjà avoir détester d'être là, vu l'attitude et le visage crispé qu'elle offre aux clients. Honnêtement, je trouves Antabli et le menu d'antabli formidable c'est sûr que je retournerai, mais fallait signaler quelque part.

Cocktails were tasty and decent portion. The price was little bit on the expensive side for what you receive and the restaurant cleanliness could be kept up more (like tables cleaned for example) however it’s a decent place for an Arabic style smoothie.

J’ai acheté 2 crêpes. Je suis vraiment déçu avec la commande. Les fruits n’étaient aucunement frais et les crêpes étaient vraiment sèches. Je n’irai plus là-bas.

Everything super delicious, Food is 5 stars but services is bad. Prices are very high as well but can't complain much because it is so Delicious.

Got ice cream, tastes like frozen sugar in different colors. They only accept cash! And don't even give you the bill. Cocktails are expensive, wouldn't come back there
