I was craving for some brownies and read very good reviews so decided to visit but unfortunately it was closed, then I called and found out will be opening again sometime in February 2024 (I was there in end of January 2024)

This will be one of the most extraordinary chocolate cakes you'll ever have, from a bakery that feels and smells like it comes out of a fairy tale. Reema, the owner, is a chocolate wizard - and incredibly cheerful and friendly. Get there early because the "regular" chocolate cakes sell out fast.

This is the only go-to bakery for cakes. My partner is allergic to nuts and this is a nut free bakery, which is a rare find! We are so addicted to the delicious cakes and the owner’s hospitality!

A pure treasure! I’ve tasted many versions of the world’s best carrot cake but none as good as this one here.

Decent chocolate cake spot. It is rather basic, I'd like to see more complexity of textures and deeper flavors. But it's a decent chocolate cake for a decent price in a cute local shop.

Amazing. The cakes are so delicious! My favorite bakery. I love the small cakes when you just want a little sweet for 2 people too.

I’ve been going to Cocoa Locale for years. Yesterday I picked up a chocolate cardamom cake. As it was a beautiful day, I ate a piece outside with other people close by. Big mistake! This cake should be eaten alone in private in order to avoid the jealous stares in what is a moment of ecstasy and absolute delight. The cakes are as beautiful as the owner herself. WARNING: eating cakes and cupcakes from Cocoa Locale will result in your inability to be satisfied with any other cakes.
