Si c'est pour vous faire un keratine n'allez pas la, j'ai payé 500$ et vraiment pas satisfaite des résultats, j'ai lissé mes cheveux et sa donne sa! Un 500$ à la poubelle.

So many good things to say about this place.
It’s true that for years I drove downtown to get my hair cut. My mom would tell me to go see Hilda on Salaberry and I wouldn’t listen. What a fool I was!
The salon is on Salaberry close to highway 15. Easy to get to.
Hilda is amazing at haircut and blow dry and colouring. She has what we call a “Good Hand”. First of all she listens to what you tell her. Secondly, she is up to date with the latest trends. Finally she has been rocking and rolling on Salaberry for eighteen years. This lady knows what she’s doing. That alone should be enough but she’s super nice en plus.
Her team is really well trained. Best shampoo anywhere. You know your head is clean when you leave here.
The technicians applying colour are so meticulous- it looks like an art.
The salon has Olaplex and Inoa products. All the products they use are high end.
You are always greeted with a big warm smile and attention and you don’t wait endlessly for your appointment.

Terrible coupe, je n’y retournerai plus. J’ai due aller chez une autre coiffeuse pour me fixer ma coupe et elle m’a dit que ce n’était clairement pas du travail professionnel. Très déçus

La coiffeuse était super sympathique, mais
jai payé 200 $ pour devoir ensuite aller payer 40$ dans un autre salon pour un lavage et un brushing d'urgence parce que mes cheveux n'était vraiment pas comme je m'y attendais. Le lissage au tanin est très fficace, mais pour la coiffure après ces autre chose.je suis resorti les cheveux pâteux et rigide.après être aller au salon Francia la dominicaine, mes cheveux etait parfaitement fin et léger. Je pense que cela ne valait pas 200.

Une catastrophe! Très mauvais service. Le résultat n'est pas du tout ce que j'ai demandé et lorsque je lui ai dit elle a rejeté la faute sur moi. Prix beaucoup trop cher et la coiffeuse est peu professionnelle et ne sait pas faire son travail correctement. Je suis très insatisfaite de ma visite. La couleur qu'elle m'a fait est du tout pas réussit. C'est du n'importe quoi.

My overall experience was fantastic. I had a hair cut and coloring done and loved my results! The stylist take their time and really listen to what you want.

I had my keratin treatment here twice already and I really love it. Will definintely come back next time. The staffs are really great and friendly. My hair came out really soft and straight. Thanks Hilda and Fadoua:) great job!

I have been going to this salon for 5 years. Angela worked on my hair and took the time to look at my reference pictures and give me.good avice for my hair. The salon took all the precautions during COVID to ensure that the salon remained sanitized. I love the haircut and the balyage came out amazing. I Would recommend Angela to any of my friends.

I just had a hair cut with Grace. Such a nice experience. She is nice and professional. My hair is so dry with lots of tangles. With her hair cut now it looks fuller.

Very happy with the service provided. The owner willingly took me in at the very last minute. She worked on creating an updo for a wedding I was to attend the same night. She worked fast and efficiently. Beautiful result. I was very pleased with her professionalism. I paid much less than I would have, had i gone to my regular hairdresser. I definitely recommend. The workers are disrespectful, they need more skills and they need to practice of how to treat and talk with the customers. Uneven salon.

I have been coming to this Salon since 2015, when I first discovered it. Since 2015 I have lived in 2 different countries, currently living in Portugal, and I always make sure to get an appointment here when I come back to Canada for holidays. This is the only place where I get my Keratine done. A big thank you to Angela who is a sweetheart, always taking her time with me (3-4 hours) and Hilda, the owner who is always there to give an extra hand and make this experience memorable!

I was referred there by a friend of mine because it's her aunt's salon. Made an appointment for a balayage and came in with a very precise picture of what i asked for. They put their absolutely worst stylist in charge of my hair and she proceeded to give me the literal ugliest, most horrid stripes down the side of my head. I didn't pay 80$ to look like a zoo animal, Hilda. Went in there to re-do it, apparently I was going to be doing it with the same employee that messed up, and I was greeted with the most condescending attitude a hairdresser has ever given me. Was told that this was exactly what I had asked for. Sure. Way to turn it around and act like it wasn't your fault. I talked about it with the friend that referred me, and apparently, Hilda, you knew it wasn't good but you still felt obligated to pin it on me. They do have some great talented people working there. Just be sure to ask for someone or you know they'll basically try to go around you. Very unsatisfied by the way this business is run.

I've been coming to Coiffure Hilda since i was 3 years old! Hilda provides amazing service with excellent results. You get what you ask for! I would highly recommend you to check this salon out.they have everything you need to get pampered.

Fantastic salon, professional and friendly service. I have been going to Hilda for six years now. I found this salon after my previous hairdresser got sick. It was scary at first, and I thought I would never find a good hairdresser. But let me tell you I found THE BEST!

I have been going to Hilda for 5 years and I can only say that her customer service is 10*. Very professional. ALWAYS gets the hair perfect.always willing to accommodate her clientele. I highly recommend this salon.

Ca fait 21 ans que je fais mes cheuveux chez Coiffure Hilda. Tres bon service a la clientele. Toujours satisfaite de son travail. Une ambiance tres aimable et acceuillante.

My mother had received a gift certificate from coiffure hilda at a charity event for a value of 100$. She then phoned to take an appointment for a semi-kératine service. The lady on the phone mentioned to her the service was 150$ and she had to pay the difference. She agreed and booked her appointment on the following day. The next day, she arrived and Hilda, the owner informed her she couldn’t accept the gift certificate AND that they were no longer offering this service. She wanted her to pay $350 for a full kératine (and apply the $100 credit) while this is not what she wanted. She found this to be extremely rude, contradictory and at the utmost un-professional. She left disappointed and frankly disgusted they would offer a charity a gift certificate that they wouldn’t honour. If there was an option for 0.1 star, I wouldn’t even consider it.
