Avant la pandemie, je n'ai jamais eu de probleme. Maintenant, ils ont double leurs prix pour les laveuses et en ce qui concerne les secheuses, ils les ont probablement modifiees pour que le premier cycle d'une heure ne seche pas a moitie et je dois payer un autre $2.50 pour un deuxieme sechage et ca, jamais arrive avant.

Extremely poor quality app, and even worse customer service; avoid this company if you can.

Service de mauvaise qualité, comme si c'était pas assez c'est une compagnie ontarienne. 8 jours pour réparer la seul secheuse de l'immeuble, secrétaire rude avec un francais mediocre. Un cauchemare de a a z!

Called for a service call. They said they would come urgently, in the next 24-48 hours. It is now 2 weeks later and they still have not shown up. When I called to follow up, the customer service representative could not tell me any details as to when the technician could be expected.

The worst service, taking people money when the machine is not working, more than one month the problem is not fixed shame on you

While I appreciate Cleanpay Mobile & what it tries to do with paying for your laundry with your phone, what I don't appreciate is the password reset email taking hours- it's still not here so I just can't do my laundry. The machines don't take coins either so I'm just here waiting.

Not to mention the machines can barely wash half a load of laundry. It's so bad I have started mostly handwashing my laundry.

To add money to your laundry card they charge you for $0.25!
This is unbelievable how they rob you in many titles! Next Step would be entrance fee to just enter to the laundry room!

Their machines are pure garbage. So small and can only be filled at their 2/3s. Sometimes the machine doesn’t even spin so you’re stuck with clothes full of water. For 2.50$ each load that’s a ripoff. Stay away from these.

Terrible! Their machines rob you of your money (I got charged $10 to do one load of laundry). I tried calling them multiple times to request a refund but the phone line keeps saying that their office is closed even though I called during the day on a weekday! Avoid this horrible company at all costs.

Very terrible cleaning. Clothes come out dried and still look and smell the same. The coinamatic app is very stressful. At the moment, it doesn’t allow me edit my card. I deleted and redownloaded the app just to see if it would work, but now I can’t log in as it asks for registration code or to scan. None of them work when I put it in

20$ to make your laundry per week, machines set on bad options and when u set them on the good options they charge extra. Always dirty and badly maintained. You use a machine and wait for an hour thinking your laundry is gonna be ready to discover that the machine doesn’t work. Refunds of 3.15$ doesn’t replace the 1 hour of my time I hate coinamatic and hope they go out of buisness.

Expensive and bad service. Machines break all the time.
Hard to get through on their phone line - on hold forever.

Dans un bloc qui a une seule laveuse pour 14 logements.

I was ripped off $12.25 as the machine did not started right away but still took money from my card. After several weeks and many emails with the customer service I got refund of $4. I am still waiting for the rest. That is true - the machines do not spin or rinse well, sometimes not at all. You never get a receipt when you upload your card. Very unprofessional company, although the customer service rep was really helpful in my case

I live in an apartment building with at least 200 tenants in the west island and your machine are always broken imagine trying to do laundry your washer and dryer should be changed and repaired faster it's ridiculous with these many people.
