Our Coles may be smaller than the big Indigo stores, but the very personal service is unbeatable. The staff is what keeps me coming back!

I wanted to buy a book. I checked in the computer. It was out of stock. I wanted to order it on line in their computer but I did not know how to do it. Nobody came to ask me if I needed help. I didn't buy what I went to look for.

Love the staff, but since it's a small store many new books might not always be there. Always check availability on their app first!

Considering it was coles it was ok. Ok for just browsing while you're at the mall. If you're looking for a specific book get it online lol

This Coles is kinda small but I really like it. Nice staff and has something for everyone it seems.

Since I love reading Coles is close to my neighborhood and I thoroughly enjoy spending time checking out books, etc. This shop saves me a trip to one of my favorites either Indigo Downtown or Point Claire. Every year after Xmas my friend Laura and I would drive out to Point Claire and spend the afternoon picking out books as well as a new year calendar reduced in price. And certainly close to the end of our visit, a coffee and treat upstairs.

Though the book I was looking for they didn't have that in stock but they ordered online and I got it n time.

I love this little bookshop. Good books and great gift ideas. Very friendly staff as well. I enjoy the blind date with a book option.

I went there to try to find a book that they didn't have but Brynne took care of the situation by checking the system noticing another chapters had the book I was looking for, called them waited in line for a good 15-20m with me in front dancing to the music and waiting.
They the book I wanted she told them to put it on hold so I could pick it up tuesday.
This was the best customer service I had in years! Thanks alot Brynne you took it to the extra step I do recommend going there for the service!

I could always find what I'm looking for when I shop there. If an item isn't available, the staff would try to order it for me and let know when it arrives.

I ordered a book from them and three weeks have gone by and still no Info on my book other then it has been shipped. I am not happy. They told me it would be 7 to 10 days.
