Ethically this is not a good company if they know the first time they issued checks internationally did NOT GO WELL they should’ve been more organized the calls should be recorded and human resources should listen And hear from the consumers and the complaints that are not handled in a timely manner nor in a professional manner At the Collectiva CALL CENTER lack of professionalism to deal with class action lawsuits. They are constantly hiring on indeed etc…You just get a random lady on the phone or a man that answers basic questions similar to a bot NO personalization…They do not know anything pertaining to your File or case besides notes and YOU are addressed as a FILE. Just basic name and address etc Even after you escalate your call you are not addressed about your concerns and faulty business practices Collectiva is unaccountable for. After the initial call to speak with administrators no call back or email I again was told by call center another four weeks so far this for me could be 8 weeks or more is not a timely manner per government. Hardly the same person who have attentive customer service skills with active listening, if they are not hearing things correctly or they are making mistakes repeatedly. Especially with out of country international addresses banking, wire transfers etc. A lot of things could’ve been avoided if the leaders in the company pay attention and audit …disappointing the emails sent are NEVER responded to by any administrators to clarify changes and concerns with call center communication My particular case especially I’ve been calling them for four weeks (they stopped checks due to “Regular mail”/problems cashing checks from THEM) THEY COULD of avoided delays doing it that way in the first place and now I need to wait probably another four weeks for them to do a wire transfer every week a call it’s literally something different and somebody different that has an opinion on the case

I wish we could give no stars worst company out there no respect for the client.no customer skills do your self justice and stays away. Ship Cluade back to where h came from rude unprofessional

Terrible company! They take as long as possible to secure work for themselves and provide no disclosure on what is happening. Payment has taken years and we are till waiting on payout even after the Federal Judge has signed off! Do yourself a favor and use a different company.

They are understaffed and under educated in the law suit they are handling the 60's Scoop Law Suit

Unprofessional company. Refuses to give time estimates to the people that have been waiting 3 years for litigation from the GOVERNMENT. People deserve to know what is happening to their money.

Been waiting since 2019 since a deadline for sixties scoop money in July 2020 they released 21,000 of 50,000, very unreliable service they provide. I would not recommend them whatsoever for anything in short terms they are hoarders

Not impressed with the handling or mishandling of the funds for the 60s scoop. First they used covid as an excuse of why they haven't got the money out. The cutoff was dec 2019 after 2 previous cut off dates. They are still going through files.how can we have someone look into this situation?

I am part of the 60s scoop I'm only giving 3 stars cuz their very very slow. I am grateful they are doing this for us, dont get me wrong
Though I like many others have given them very personal information about ourselves I find it insulting when I had to rush and do papers out etc etc though I dont see a rush to call me back or gmail me hmmmmmmm

I can't believe a company such as this, in this age of super fast communication can't respond in an appropriate and timely manner to questions/concerns. Being part of the Sixty Scoop many of the survivors are treated with such low respect, it's shameful.
