Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with receptionist made us wait for an hour when we already had online reservation.

We requested a few extra pillows, they had no pillows. We asked for extra blankets / sheets, the blankets had bugs in them. The only nice thing I can say about this place was the maid was nice.

Humidité extrême en entrant dans la chambre. Claquage de porte la nuit. Tapis, porte patio oufff C'était notre motel préféré mais plus maintenant. Tres decu de l'endroit.

Very Bad experience to stay in this hotel with family. Housekeeping service is very bad. We Stay for 3 days with family in 2 rooms in this hotel but they didn't cleaned room once And we ask for room cleaning but they didn't concern and told us its a hotel policy. If this kind of hotel policy we never use this hotel for holiday in future.

Chambre qui sentent l'humidité, douche qui fuit de partout, poile sur les mure de salle de bain.

La qualité n'atteind aucunement le prix demander pour une chambre.

Ca vaux la peine de mettre un 50$ de plus pour avoir une meilleure expérience dans un autre hotel que celui ci.

J'ai pas aimé tres sale je suis arrivé à 1hrs du matin il avait des sac à vidange dans le passage ca sentais tellement mauvais en plus j'avais réservé une chambre au première étage avec lit king à mon arrivée j'ai eu une chambre au deuxième étage deux lit double.en plus il loue des chambre avec des personne qui ont le covid il a plein de gardien de sécurité il te dise pas qu'à tu réservé en plus j'ai demandé une réduction sur ma chambre avec tout les econvenient il ont refusé payer 173 pour une nuit dans une endroit salubre comme ca je vous dit très chère une chambre comme ça

Trés très ordinaire pour le prix qu'on a payé. On a passé 2 nuits. Pas de verre pour boire dans la chambre. Pas de café dans la chambre supposément à cause du covid. Ils ne refont pas la chambre la 2e nuit. Il faut aller chercher nos serviettes à la réception. La covid a le dos large un peu beaucoup il ne faut pas nous prendre pour des caves. Je ne recommande cette hotel.

Rooms are not cleaned. Hotel said a complimentary breakfast but just gave a snack. Very disappointed with this. 0 rating. I won’t recommend at all.

Room was fine. Old but relatively clean. NO coffee in the room which just sucks. NO elevator. So the room they gave me was a mile from the lobby where the coffee is. By the time you walk back to the room it's cold. The place has security guards which I guess is good but the one outside my room talked on his phone all night and disturbed me. Also there is no restaurant as they say. I stay in this area quite a bit. But never again at this hotel.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! Room is dirty, no elevators, no breakfast, paper thin walls and such an uncomfortable bed. Security guards at every corner of hallways talk loud at night. By far the worse hotel I have stayed in!

Très bien reçu services impeccables personnel de réception très cordiale et attentionné à mon égard pendant mon confinement et je tiens a remercier tout le personnel de l'hôtel pour ses prestations avec moi

For a Comfort Inn you can't get much better.

The room is clean and above all the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Rooms are pretty standard but very clean. What make this location a 5 star is the front desk service. They go above and beyond.

Petite surprise en ouvrant la porte de notre chambre: La chambre n'avait pas été faite! Situation qui a été corrigée par la gentille dame à l'accueil qui nous a trouvé une autre chambre.

This place was great. The room we stayed in was clean and the service was great. Three options of breakfast (cereal or cinnamon buns or crassonts with cheese, fruit, juice and yogurt)

I've stayed here several times. The place is always clean and the staff had always been very nice. Today I want to mention Khamkong and recognize her as a person who provides outstanding service. But everyone has always been more than helpful to me here

120$ difference between Thursday and Friday. The reception staff is very Nice.

Service assez ordinaire. On ne comprenait rien de ce que disait l'employé malgré qu'elle parlait français. Nous avons très mal dormi. Oreillers inconfortables, c'était très bruyant toute la nuit. Propreté à désirer car poil dans le bain. Décor vieillot passé date.

L'accès est facile, les emplacements de stationnement sont très suffisant et bien réparties. Par contre pour les chambres c'est assez de base, ameublement vieillo, tapis brunâtre. Les mures manque gravement d'isolation, on entend le voisin se brosser les dents et tout ce qui ce passe dans le corridor.

The hotel owners take care of the hotel and have been doing major renovations to improve the over all look.

La réceptionniste était gentille. Par contre le confort reste a déterminé. Le matin il y a beaucoup de bruit de personne qui circule dans le corridor.

We were on our way to Mont-Tremblant, and our car broke down. We went inside and at the reception were the two nicest ladies in the world. After we told them our situation, they told us the room will not be comfortable for a family of five. They called the hotel next door for us (all of our phones batteries were dead, they didn’t care about their business, they cared more about our situation) The hotel next door didn’t have any vacancy so we had to stay at Comfort Inn the night. The larger room was a little expensive, so we got a sofa bed to sleep in COMFORT. Not only does this hotel have amazing service, it also has a free warm breakfast in the morning (and free Wi- Fi for an unlimited amount of devices). The only problem I had was the room smelled a little funky and the carpet was dirty. Even though I was bummed I didn’t get to go to Mont-Tremblant, I had a very good experience. The location also had restaurants and a mall very close, which was very convenient. This is probably the cheapest five star hotel I have ever been too, and I would love coming again.

It was ok, the website deceived us. The room smells awful, carpet dirty but this young lady Jessica was supper nice and she found us a decent room to spend the night before traveling back home.

Rapport qualité/prix correct. Grande salle pour déjeuner. Déjeuner style buffet avec choix limité inclus.

La chambre était super, un grand bains, lit confortable, porte patio et tout. Cependant des enfants et adolescents ont fait du bruit de 19h a 23h et plus et à partir de 5h le lendemain matin. Porte qui claque sur les 'stoppeur', lancer des ballons sur les plafonds et les murs, cri, cogner sur les portes a répétition et très fort, course dans les corridors. C'était vraiment désagreable. Éviter l'endroit durant les tournois de hockey.

La déco est passée mais les chambres sont confortables. Nuit calme. Petit déjeuner standard sans plus.

Ils ont appellé la police parce que nous discutions tranquillement dans le corridor à 19h15 et qu’on as refusé de rentrer dans nos chambres. On avait louer 15 chambres et il n’ont pas reçu de plainte.

Hotel does not care about its guests once you have checked in. We had complaint so many times at reception about the guests staying in the room opposite my room as they were partying and creating lot of noise at disturbance even at 12 in the night which couldn't allow me to sleep peacefully. When I complaint about it to the reception the lady said to me do you want me to ask them to leave to which I said that's her choice I wanna sleep. Peacefully or else I will check out and she was like ok you can check out. Really very bad attitude from the hotel staff. The rooms are ok nothing special but I would suggest to check quality inn which is next door or other hotels in the vicinity because customer service is zero and experience was very bad.

Très propre et en bonne condition avec un bon prix. La raison que je n'ai pas donné 5 étoiles est que le lit était un peu dur a mon goût.

Deux nuit correctes.personnel courtois, petit déjeuner inclus était bon et assez varié. Les chambres avec divan lit sont petites. Le divan lit est très inconfortable et convient uniquement pour une personne. Si vous êtes 4 (comme nous), vous allez devoir louer un lit de camp supplémentaire.

We got the king suite for a weekend, it was pretty good for the price. The Hotel is clean, room was nice, came with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a tv in both rooms. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. Only problem was the breakfast room downstairs, no room to sit and we felt weird greeting breakfast to go. Ended up skipping breakfast at the Hotel. Their breakfast coupon is a bit weird too, not sure why they give you a breakfast coupon.

Non-smokers beware!
The "non-smoking" room was clean enough if not a bit dated, but it smelled like it had been smoked in for decades and the stench permeated everything. It was obviously not just due to a single person recently breaking the rules by lighting up. The hallways also smelled like stale cigarettes which lead me to believe I wouldn't have better luck in another room, however it was late and I did not ask for a room change. The hotel requires you to sign a document stating you won't smoke in your room or face a $250 penalty. I only stayed the night and left as quickly as possible in the morning, but my clients still commented on my clothes smelling like cigarettes. The price for the night was the same as other much nicer hotels in the area (Hilton, Sheraton, Holiday Inn.) for a much worse experience. Would not stay here again.
