Je ne reviendrai plus!
Ont à dû demander à changer de chambre, car il n'y avait pas rideau de douche, mais ce ne fut pas simple pour en arriver à avoir une autre chambre. Dès 5 hr du matin, attendez vous à vous faire réveiller, tu entends tout, le gens parler sans les chambres voisines et les couloirs. Et le fameux déjeuner, à 200$ la nuitée, tu t'attend à mieux, bref un des pires buffets que j'ai vue. Même le pain pour les toasts était sec, c'est peu dire.

Hôtel mal insonorisées vis à vis des autres chambres, salle pour le petit déjeuner trop petite vue le nombres de chambres.
Sur 4 matin on a pu petit déjeuner 2 fois assis, une fois où l'on était debout et une fois où cela a été impossible je précise que nous avions 2 enfants en bas âge 2 et 4 ans. Le jour du départ la personne qui s'occuper du ménage est passer pour savoir si on compté resté encore longtemps! Il était environ 8h30 et on avait jusqu'à 11h pour partir.
Vraiment déçu de cette hôtel.
La chambre était propre

Accueil incompétent, murs en carton on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine, imaginez entendre les gens se brosser les dents! Un changement de chambre plus tard avec un collègue qui devais partir plus tôt aucun service et aucune aide pour faciliter la transition. Préposé a l'accueil s'en lave les mains il a fallu changer nous même les draps et en plus attendre après ceux-ci pour aller souper car le préposé ne voulais pas nous les donner.

Great breakfast. Clean rooms. 15 minutes from Olympic stadium. That's why I was there. Lots of restaurants nearby

I have always liked Comfort Inns. I am a choice member and I have stayed in the comfort inn hotels all over Europe and in the USA but never have I ever come across one as badly managed as this one. The night that I checked in, I confirmed with the front desk staff for timing of housekeeping/room cleaning, so that I am out by then and she told me to remind the staff next that is there the next morning for housekeeping as they don't regularly clean their rooms and do it only on request. And I reconfirmed with her that this is something they do. So, obediently I do it the next day. There is a different front desk staff there and he tells me that he doesn't have the manpower for this. I mean how irresponsible is it to deny the guest the very basic thing as cleaning up the room. Never have seen this in any other hotel or any of the comfort inn branches.

Spacious rooms with decent size. Rooms are bright, with large windows.

Breakfast service is really good.

Front desk service is great and answered all questions with room service.

Wifi connectivity is good. Parking has ample spaces. Room service is very prompt. Doesn't have lift service within the hotel.

Located at a great connection to Highway route to Montreal downtown. Drive is about 10 to 15 mins with moderate traffic.

Tout est parfait sauf les dejeuner son moyen il manque souvent de stock
Et les parking la moitier se parke tout croche et prenne 2 parking ya jamais aucune place de parking a cote de lhotel faut aller dans les parking des fast food en arriere

Hôtel et chambre très propre. Un personnel poli, dévoué une cuisinière en or. Déjeuner compris a été très apprécié beaucoup de choix et salle à manger toujours propre.

Very nice comfortable place front office was very helpful (Thank you Olaf) we had a quiet peaceful comfortable night and a fine breakfast, During snowstorm that hit Montreal

The front desk receptionist is super friendly and professional. The room is super clean and breakfast is very nice.

The parking lot is huge good for oversized vehicles.

Bel endroit rénové. Bien sûr l'endroit qui a quelques années pourrait être plus isolé au point de vue sonore. Nous étions un groupe et c'est seulement ce point qui fut soulevé.
