I had to pay a $150 deposit as I was paying with my debit card. I went down the following morning to checkout and collect my deposit. I was informed it would show up back in my account within a few days.

2 weeks later and no deposit has been returned. I called the front desk to inquire. After sitting on the phone for 20 minutes I was informed that it should have been returned to me the morning I checked out! Then was told to call back tomorrow to speak with the manager to have it returned.

Chambre pas cher et propre. Il n'avait pas de cafetière dans la chambre et sa pris moins de 10 min et je l'avait reçu à la chambre.
L'internet était de bonne qualité.

Situated at convenient location off highway A20, good prices for the amenities, ample parking, EV chargers on site at the back of the hotel, pool, elevators, Ice Machine on main level, complimentary breakfast with wide selection of items, laundromats, great service, selection of eateries nearby and much more.

Belle endroit à jour, service et propreter irréprochable. Une merveilleuse endroit à visiter en famille. La section piscine est vraiment super pour les petits comme les grands. Le personel était vraiment très sympatique, j'ai vraiment un coup de coeur sur la qualité du déjeuner disponible sur place. Beaucoup de service et restaurants à proximité. Que ce soit pour une ou plusieur nuit en famille ou pour affaire je recommande cette hotel!

Clean rooms, pleasant check in. Good location for food and shopping. We were passing through so don’t know about how the location would be for touring. Breakfast was a good typical hotel breakfast.

The only complaint was there was no fan in the washroom other than that we had a good 5 days there

Pet friendly hotel right off the highway. Clean rooms, pleasant staff. The rating was bumped a star because the shower was super hot with lots of pressure, plus the breakfast far exceeded our expectations. A great place to pull off for the night while travelling through. We stayed in room 115 which was close to an exit for the dogs and had vinyl flooring.

The rooms lack ventilation, even the bathrooms, and the smell is disturbing in a closed place, and also, even if you book for more than two nights, your room is not provided with tissues or soap And no one is around to empty the trash. The hotel is far away for those who are going to visit Old Quebec.

Wow what a great place to stay very affordable clean friendly everyone e spoke English the uoun man at the desk was knowledgeable and we got to see old Quebec City would definitely stay here again its a beautiful hotel

This is a great, clean spot for Maritimers travelling to Ontario to stop, just beyond busy Quebec City traffic. Breakfast includes hot items to start your day.

J'ai réservé par téléphone le matin de mon séjour, le réceptionniste était très gentil et courtois. Quand je suis arrivé le soir la jeune fille tout aussi gentille.

Needed a place to rest our heads on way home so this hotel did what it needed to do. Were given room 116 on main level, which appears to have been converted from old conference or meeting room. Only 3 dim lights in the room, one floor light and two small table lamps. Room clean and like the flooring. Bathroom has no hooks on back of door to hang towels or anything and while the shower stall is new and water pressure great, there is not shelf for soap or shampoo. Only place to put soap is on the ground. Carpet in hallway outside rooms is disgusting and needs a good vacuum. Not sure when staff last ran vacuum over it but am thinking at least a week ago.

Big rooms but cleaning not satisfactory at all. The floor of the room was so dirty it made the kids feet black and also the corridors looked like they had not been vacuumed in a long time.

The room was well set up and pretty clean, what we would expect. However, it was pretty musty smelling and the fan I the bathroom didn't work. The staff was okay but couldn't confirm if dogs have been in the pool (it was pretty dirty), so we didn't take the risk as a member of our family has allergies. The location was good, close to a park for the kids, choices of a few restaurants in walking distance and a gas station next door.

The hot tub is a disaster; in dier need of a cleaning! Goodluck with the TV; really would have like instructions.

Bon, ce hotel c'est mon préféré, ou c'était mon préféré. Chaque fois quand je voyage pour mon travail au coin du Québec j'ai couchait ici, mais la dernière fois ça m'a déçu beaucoup. Salle à déjeuner pas ouverte encore, la chambre sentait la cigarette, et était salle. Pas capable de la changer, même si j'avais resté 4 nuit
A mon avis le manque de personnel ça affecte les conditions des logements, mais quand même un peu plus d'intérêt ça peut faire une différence

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The receptionists were nice. The room itself was perfect, there was a microwave, a coffee machine and a little refrigerator. The prepackaged breakfast is also a big plus. Also, it is located near almost everything in Quebec, no more than a 15 minutes drive away.

Et mes enfants en même pas 20 minute les dessu dés pied et mains noir pire que si j’ai aurais laisser jouer dans bouette toute la journée mes sil avais des bas dans l’es pied 20 minute avant très déçu je déconseille pu jamais je vais venir dans cette hôtel aussi mal propre
