Good service, bas communication.

We had a communication problem earlier (they charged me for an additional treatment without informing me about the extra costs). This gave me a bad "first impression", but later on, they were able to make it up to me. I still ended up paying the treatment that I did not ask for, but at least I was convinced that it was an honest mistake.

Other than this unfortunate experience, the overall service is good. Staff is kind and willing to work problems out.

Ça fait 7 mois que le processus est commencer que je n'ai pas de dent en bas. Les chaises de dentiste sont vieille, il manque souvent quelques chose comme des implants de guérison. Et pour finir ça fait presque 2 mois que j'ai pris mes emprunte pour mes dentiers et c'est pas fait. J'ai déjà donne 15 000$. Et il veulent encore de argent mais sans service Réellement déçu

By far the best dentist experience I've had! I've never had a good experience at a dentist's office and always felt so uncomfortable. At Clinique Mdex, everyone is so professional and very welcoming. I was nervous getting my wisdom teeth out today but they have very skilled staff. I can't wait to get started on my Invisalign treatment with them. I've recommended this clinic to quite a few friends:)

The Invisalign consultation was really helpful. I went back and forth a few time but then I decided to go with this clinic because they are very supportive and responsive. Recommend this place and will come back for free teeth whitening!

Dr. Nguyen is such an amazing person not only he does a good job by reassuring me and answering my questions but he is also so down to earth Im always eager to go see him he is such a friendly and kindhearted person. Truly amazing! I feel like going to see a friend when I am going to the office. Andrea Is also so sweet. She was the one who opened my file for invisalign, she was so patient and informative and helped me to take better decisions for my dental health. Glad I made the right choice by going to Mdex!

I'm a little over 6 months into my Invisalign treatment and I am so amazed by the results I've seen so far! The entire staff of Mdex has been amazing, I'm always treated with kindness and smiles, even when I'm on the wrong floor (again) or typing all the wrong numbers into the keypad.
This is a crew that is genuinely invested in the progress of my treatment and I couldn't be more thankful for their time, their warm greetings and their hard work.

I go here for Invisalign treatment and I love it. Staff are professional and super friendly and Dr. Bak is amazing! Definetley the place to go for ortho work.

I started my Invisaligns treatment with Mdex because my sister's friends works there and the service was amazing. On the first day they were really friendly with me and even gave me the proper directive to have an easy healing process for my wisdom tooth extraction. I usually don't like to go the the dentist but everything changed since I chose to go to Mdex. They will even try to minimize the cost especially if you are a student

Invisilign its really great. I recommended it at 100%. Its really nice and really good services.

Une clinique dentaire au petit soin. Ça maintenant 2 and que je viens à chaque 6 mois pour mes rappels. Ils s’assurent de vous rappeler les rendez-vous, et sont très flexibles. Je recommande fortement cette clinique très hygiénique et professionnelle. Les tarifs sont également abordables.

I’ve been going to complexe mdex for little over a year and I am still amazed every time i come here! Everyone is super friendly, almost like you’ve known them forever! Dr. Bak is also so amazing he has worked wonders on my teeth and I am beyond happy with the results. I always recommend this place to my friends and family when they are looking for whether they should go with Invisalign or braces.

I had to write a review after seing all the other poor reviews. I went in to get my teeth replaced with a veneer. The color was one shade off and completely noticeable.

This is the best place, everyone is so patient and professional, and there’s never any pressure to do procedures you may not yet need, which i hear happens sometimes, elsewhere. (I have been coming since I was a student, so lucky to have found my dentist back then:).

My disappointment was you never have a standard price you started with a $5,000 you go to the $8,000 you can back down to the
6500 and this make me to take back my $5,000 deposit and a disappear but anyway still I want to fix my smile but with no under those conditions if you have one standard price and not send it every time you see me so then we talking business thank you

My first time going there for consultation.very nice staff, they will answer any question you have in mind and assure you. I end up doing my cleaning and treatment there, very affordable price. I highly recommend it.go check it for your self and you will see.

Beware when you read their reviews at 5 stars they get some of their employees to rate them.to try and uphold a reputation. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, from the moment I started my invisalign treatment until after it was completed, worse service ever. Staff is rude, unprofessional and never want to take accountability. I once waited in their reception area for more than an hour for an apt and decided to reschedule since they could not tell me when I would be served. When I came back the second time, Dr Amir took no accountability and told me "well things happens, its not his fault". In addition to this, I arrived to several apts where they told me my trays were ready but to show up and say "they do not have them as yet". When I called to complain after waiting almost 3 months, the supposed manager Sarah shifted the blame and told me that it was my fault because she tried to reach me, I did have a voicemail but when I called back I was told on several occasions my trays were not ready. Most if not all the receptionists make you feel as if you are bothering them and constantly call you to reschedule the same apts due to overbooking, the list goes on, yes they will give you a good deal but will waste your time over the course of your treatment.would not recommend

Restez à l’écart de cette clinique. Pour y avoir travailler je connais bien l’envers du décor, et ce n’est pas réjouissant. Il existe de nombreuses alternatives au centre-ville de Montréal dignes de votre confiance et de votre argent.

Et peu importe la réponse que l’on m’apportera, considérez cet avis comme le plus objectif qu’il soit.

I first visit Mdex 2 years ago and it has always been my favorite dental clinic. Great location just 5mins walk from Peel station, clean office, professional staffs always take time to explain me everything to ease my dental phobia. Planning to get my invisalign done here soon!

J'ai tout aimé de cette clinique. Professionnelle. Sympathique. On sent faire partie de la famille, à chaque visite. Mon traitement a été personnalisé et au final, plus rapide et encore plus joli que je le croyais. Je les recommande les yeux fermés et avec un super sourire désormais.

Disappointing service all around. They lure students in with cheap dental cleaning and assume they are stupid enough to go along with bad dental work without questioning it.
Dr. Amir abuses the power dynamic relation between dentiste and patient to provide low quality services at full price. When I asked for a refund, he lashed out and became agressive, claiming that I should just take him to court instead of trying to find a constructive solution.

Don’t trust this clinic at all, they are trying to steal money from your student insurance through guiding you to do a general cleaning first before any treatment. I came for an emergency case and it required a filing but they told me to do a general cleaning first then we will see. I went there based on their Facebook advertisement for free cleaning and whiting kit for students. After the cleaning, they told me you have to pay 30% and unfortunately the whiting kit is not available.

Do not trust them and be aware from what they will claim from your insurance!

Service à la clientèle impeccable. Les employés sont très gentils et compréhensibles. Ils prennent le temps de vous expliquer chaque étape ce qui ma vraiment rassuré. Les mesures sanitaires mise en places contre le covid sont très adéquates! Je recommande!

The best dental experience I have ever had. Not only were they able to book 3 appointments in only 5 days for emergency care, but they did so with excellent customer service at the front desk and with the dentists, adding extra hours to their days. I cannot insist more on how dentists Delphine and Amir were extremely caring, making sure everything was fine with me for both my cavity fillings and wisdom teeth extractions. I would undergo another wisdom teeth extraction just to be able to come back again to this amazing clinic ;). Thank you!
