Worthless, Dirty pawn shop that gives you 20% of your gold value. Short fat guy with the beard is very rude and always late to open the store. Store is always dirty and disorganized. Stay away. 0 stars.

I stopped by yesterday to grab a 500$ DJ controller. The dj controller is worth way more like (1200$) and they gave me a super good deal. They told me that I could bring it home and test it. I brought it home and it had some pretty major problems, but without being able to test it wasn’t their fault. To my surprise after reading the reviews they gave me my full refund CASH! I was really worried there for a second. They honoured their guarantee as promised. The staff was super kind l, both when I bought it and sold it. I can’t say on how good they are when it comes to loans, but in terms of customer service as a store, my experience was way better than the reviews led me to believe. I would come back!

The guy working at this store was just completely unnecessarily rude for no reason. I walked in to buy a $2000 camera and I left without even being able to attempt to make my purchase. I politely said it was cool that they were selling a product and I know the owner of that company. Employee tried to argue with me because he misunderstood and thought I was saying I know the owners of his store. When I corrected him and told him he misunderstood he let go of a long sarcastic “woooooooow”. So I asked him are you always a jerk to clients when you misunderstand something and I left!

Oh well guess i’ll spend my $2000 on a canon camera somewhere else…

My package was dropped of Tuesday by UPS, I called everyday 3 TIMEA for 7 days and showed up twice in the MIDDLE of open hours and they were closed. I finally got through and was called a liar and was
Told I did not attempt any of this and they have been open everyone of those days (that was a lie) the service is terrible. They SHOULD NOT BE A DROP OF POINT. TheybhVe terrible reviews and are never open. Good luck getting your stuff if it gets dropped off there

I wouldn't try to sell your precious metal there total, huge rip off. First or all: can't convert right from troy oz to grams. Second they try to buy it less then 20% of spot Price. RIP OFF

I went here yesterday 8 mins before closing time and their door was already locked for the evening.

I knew exactly what I was looking for, it wouldn’t have taken me more than a couple minutes to check for it - a musical instrument.

Disappointing, especially because the employee working that evening just looked at me from behind the counter, as I tried to open the door and double checked the store’s hours. He didn’t unlock the door, didn’t react. Just stood there.

I get that it’s annoying to serve people in retail until closing time, but it’s bad business to close early cause you’re too lazy to do your job until the end of your shift.

I have an item here and it’s been 2 month since since I could get a hold of anyone to get my item, I had to pay 100$ just to extend my item. I really need to get my item please I have left numerous voicemails and nothing.

Excellent service. Team is fair, if you are a repeat customer, are friendly and not desperate, you can get very fair deals whether purchasing or pawning/looking for a loan.

Had an item sent to this location by accident, the item was signed for by someone else and taken. As you would expect none of the staff know anything about where the package went.

Great service with extra info helping me for after purchase. Brief, Guillaume was very helpful. Customer service that you don't see very often, so when you see it you should mention it. Keep up.

Person who answered the phone is very rude. Go to a different one do not support businesses like this who do not know how to speak to clients.

I gave an offer on the website and the offer was greatly accepted. Went to the shop, the guy there was absolutely awful and extremely rude, eating in front of me without looking at me. Didnt want to accept the offer that I did on the website even though I showed him proof of the answer ACCEPTED. The guy complained and offered me the item for the price it was accepted for on internet but refused to include the charger (the item was a Nintendo DS) without any reasons. I showed him the messages on the website telling clearly that the charger was INCLUDED. Complained again and said the item isnt going out with the charger.
I leaved the store really frustrated about the awful service from this guy and went to the comptant on 3201 ontario E and had the most AMAZING service ever. You really should take example from them. I bought plenty of items at a lot of Comptant and always had great service but the one on 5327 Sherbrooke was clearly the worst experience I've ever had in customer service.

Un magasin en ordre, des commis serviable. Le pawnshop ressemble vraiment pas a se qu'il étais avant. Le meilleur c'est le gérant avec la maudite grosse barbe. Demander lui, et il vous laissera la toucher

Les commis sont courtois et expérimenté. Le magasin est propre et les prix sont très competitifs. Le meilleur pawnshop en ville.
