The hairdresser was absent and they didn't cancel my apt. Drove all the way for nothing. I understand hairdressers not being present but a simple phone call would have prevented this. They could have also verified the schedule that day to ensure all the appointments had been canceled properly. Great hairdresser, poor management of employees schedule when absent. Didn't offer me any other option with a different stylist just said sorry don't know when she will be back. So disappointing

Very beautiful and professional atmosphere. Super friendly and explained everything I had questions about. I highly recommend it. Will be going again and again
