Horrible! They close at 5? ! And are closed on weekends? ! Oh also, if you order a textbook for pickup and show up at 5 on the dot because you live an hour away they will not let you pick up the book. Don't try calling either, they won't pick up. Good luck!

Always disorganized, overpriced, and bull policies in regard to coursepacks. They steal from students that already deal with an insane amount of school fees.

Worked with customers all my life and yes they can be a LOT but at 9 am when you just opened and have 2 customers in total, maybe try letting the customer speak? They are under no obligation to be nice but if you cut off the customer and say I don't have it you have 2 options goodbye you're hurting your business.

Went here to use the book buy back program, everyone is very nice and helpful. Huge selection as well

Don’t buy from here. The employees have just the worst attitude, they don’t care about you they just want you to buy their overpriced books, where you can find them a cheaper price elsewhere.

They gave me a calculator for 26$ which was available at 13$ in the nearby shops

Bought a Calculus textbook online. I checked and made sure it was in stock. I set it to "pick it up in store". The day after, there was a mention that it was not in stock and that they would tell me when it would be. It's been more than a week (missed one online quiz cause of that), haven't heard from them. Just checked and it is now in stock again but they didn't tell me.

Sometimes security is a bit uptight, I guess they're doing their jobs. Make sure you go early or at an obscure time so there isn't a line in early sem. But obviously they always have what you need, and if you need to go here you can't avoid it so just plan accordingly

It has all the textbooks you need for class, along with every kind of school supplies you could need at very affordable prices compared to the nearby 'convenient stores' like the pharmacy

Always feels good to be back at the Alma Mater. Plus, their shops have been renovated and expanded.
