Concordia Physio Sport - Pointe-Claire

I do my physio with Gina. I have many issues with basically the whole right side of my body. She actually listens to me and I feel as though she's really there to help me. She's great and knows what she's talking about.

I was referred to their orthotics specialist and got an appointment for the next day. I showed up 10 minutes early and was advised by the receptionist that him and his assistant had already left. They were called to come back to the office and got upset with me because i booked my appointment the day prior lol. You can't make this stuff up, a " professional " who doesn't consult their schedule and gets upset at patients for booking their service. They proceeded to give me an evaluation in a hurry, without showing any kind of interest in my symptoms or injury history, resulting in a completely erroneous diagnosis. Had i gone their way, i would have ended up with a huge bill in private clinics in order to get a bunch of tests i did not require. Instead i consulted with two other orthotic specialists who both quickly debunked this quack's diagnosis and sent me in the right direction. This will sound like i'm just adding on for the sake of my story but as they were finishing up, they told me i could pay by card, but that they strongly suggested i pay cash because, and they both yelled in unison " we love money ".
Again, i wish i was making this up. The receptionists were nice and going by other reviews, i don't doubt this is a good clinic in terms of their other services offered. But if you are in need of foot orthotics, you would be in better hands consulting a monkey rather than coming here

They young ladys on the front so pleasant and professional and kind was always nice walking even when I didn't want to be there!

I was so blessed to have Kurstin as my physio to work with I was pushed and she also helped me pass my emotional blocks, but the most important thing was Kurstin treated me as a person not a client with my mental health she put in extra and listened when I had really, really bad days and I can never thank her enough.

Catherine was an amazing OT also help in pushing me to get me where  am today.
I'm sure without these beautiful amazing ladies it would have taken me even long to get to this point thank you both so much

Paul Evans is just amazing. He is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, has a great sense of humour and takes the time it takes to give you an appropriate diagnostic. He also takes the time to explain to you in detail (in plain English) what are the causes and solutions possible. My 15 year old started going there a few weeks ago because his orthodontist sent him there because of his "jaw clicking". Little did we expect.my son's clicking to dramatically improve in such a short number of sessions (3). My son was speechless!

One of the physio therapists was very friendly but very sassy. He could not find out how to help me and kept making unpleasant comments like my case was just untreatable. I eneded up going to another place and was treated so well. All I needed was massotherapy. I'd recommend if you don't know what help to provide, refer to your colleague or just don't comment negatively. One of the receptionists to is kinda too excited, I don't wanna say rude. But luckily most staff there are very nice! The acupuncturist and massotherapist are excellent!

I was referred to this place for a wrist problem. I opted for a virtual appointment with Karen who wasted no time in figuring out what the problem was and gave me some flexion exercises that provided me immediate relief from the pain I was suffering. I was nearly 100% better within a few days, this after suffering pain for a good month. I am 100% satisfied with her professional work.

I have been going to CBI for years now for different aches and pains and have to say that they have an amazing staff from the front desk to the therapists. They take the time to listen to you and to give you the proper exercises to do. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain to you why you have this injury. Facility is very clean and staff is welcoming. Have known Karen Myer there for years and she is doing an amazing job running the zoo and is also an excellent physiotherapist. I would definitely recommend this place to other clients as a useful resource for pain relief.

Amazing fast recovery after only one session with Benjamin.
I wasn't able to sleep due to a tendinitis on my right shoulder.
To be honest, I didn't have much faith when Ben started my treatment, but I was able to sleep that night and after 2 days my shoulder was as new.

Came in with (long term) damaged hip/groin /adductor and related lower abdominal pain that felt like a possible hernia. 3 visits later (about 5 weeks), complete with varying rehab exercises, my abdominal pain is gone and my adductor is healing. Can lift, twist, and even stair climbing feels better as muscles are now firing properly. Amazing work by Karen!
