I have large posters to print for my Studio Classes. While I've seen friendly staff occupy the space, the main worker I've interacted with at the counter is genuinely mean and condescending. I've had to wait in line for over an hour for a worker to make me feel like a burden. If I have to spend over 200$ per semester printing for my class, might as well go elsewhere.

I showed up with so much anxiety and attitude about what things I needed to get printed, and the fellow who worked there really played a role in getting me to communicate what I needed without triggering my ego. They function to the best of their ability to curb that kind of high stress environment to get peoples' jobs done very timely.

The fellow and the woman who work there are both really nice and go out of their way to fix problems and help get your print job done. I have had various printing-related panics over the last couple years and they have always been professional and helpful. Much appreciated!

I went to print a poster for a conference that I was going the very next day. First, the lady was very helpful and got my order right away (if you have been to McGill's poster printing service, you will appreciate this a lot). Second, the guy was professional and patiently rearranged the poster which exceeded the size mentioned on their website. Moreover, I had a problem with my expenses report and the guy spent 15 minutes (and part of his break) to resolve my issue which he did. This was a good experience and I recommend this place.

Guy that works there is a condescending douchebag. I handed him a nickel instead of a quarter by mistake, and he talked down to me like a child. “This is a nicccckellll” What a douche. I went and bought an HP printer from best buy so I can avoid this place. The lady there was nice though.

Prices are fantastic, but the customer service is so pathetic, the lady attitude is like kicking customers out of the place, be aware that not only the students are the clients of this place, business around the area require the service also
