Condo Vacances MSA - Location condo de ski Mont-Sainte-Anne

J'y suis allé le fin de semaine du 15 juillet
C'était la première fois que je louais cet endroit.
Pour une famille de 5 personnes, c'était l'espace parfait. L'appartement était propre. 2 chambres à coucher, cuisine, salon, laveuse et sécheuse. Balcon.
Je donne 4 étoiles parce que le canapé-lit n'était pas confortable, vous pouvez sentir les springs. Les lits n'étaient pas très confortables non plus.
Les enfants ont adoré les piscines, le spa et les glissades d’eau. Ils ont également apprécié l'arcade dont j'ai trouvé le prix incroyable, tous les jeux d'arcade coûtaient $1 chacun.

Les piscine ces bien.mais côté propreté sa laisse à désirer et je trouve que.les photo sa.represente pas trop bien la place.en photo ces mieux déçu poir le prix payer.sa l'air neuf mais c des vieilles chambres.

Très beau site de vacances en famille, en couple, entre amis, etc. Nous y allons depuis plusieurs années déjà. Magnifique vue sur le Mont-Sainte-Anne! Le site est situé à 2 min en voiture de la montagne. Les enfants ADORENT l’aqua-parc qui comprend plusieurs bassins de baignade, des glissades d’eau, des jeux d’eau, etc. Des heures de plaisir! Le site est sécuritaire et bien entretenu. Le personnel est très courtois. Je vous le recommande fortement!

We used our RCI Timeshare to take our vacation at Club Vacances MSA thinking RCI would not have shoddy resorts. We were wrong and where do I start.
When we arrived we had to pay almost $300 on top of what we had already paid. There was very little light on the stairway to the office so it was hard to see. The parking lot by our unit was not lit well nor was the stairway to our unit was very dark and dingy. Inside the unit was dirty. The stove had burnt food under the burners, the toaster was gross, the shower curtain was stiff and dirty, the bathroom sink had dirt all around it, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, the recliner was all stained and not working. The bed was so hard I had to put the two spare blankets under the sheets in order to get some sleep. The pillows were all stained and gross. The balcony which looked like it was rotten had a broken rail and the chairs that should have been white were dirty and black. This was the first place I have ever stayed where the rules stated I was to strip the bed and put the sheets in the tub, make sure. The kitchen sink backed up while we were out and were told it must have been clogged and the clog let go.
The people at the front desk were rude and unhelpful when we pointed out the issues. When we walked in the woman did not even acknowledge us while she was talking on the phone (not with to do with business) We asked for a different room and they said they had none available, which was verified to be untrue. They were not apologetic in any way. Asked for a clean shower curtain and they did not have one,

Do not book this if you normally care about cleanness and service!
The units are from 70s direct, almost nothing is updated. The appliances were too old and over-used. All the consumables are from the lowest quality and unknown brands. Cleanness is very average and superficial. Bathroom spelled damp and the fan had to be on constantly to diminish the stink. I saw blood stain on the pillow! Sheets and towels did not smell good at all and they were too old and some had turned yellow. The fanned light fixture in the bedroom did not turn on and when I told the receptionist, she passed a light bulb to me, expecting us to change it!
On the second day, we woke up in the morning with a lot of noise and suddenly saw two guys in our kitchen fixing the washer without any notice! When complained to the receptionist, she said that they do not plan this, and she will pass my complain to the manager to call me, but I never received any call! Also, there was no washing powder provided.
On the second day, our dishwasher got clogged and they said that it needs a part which comes next week! So we had to wash dishes manually afterwards.
The restaurant was closed and basically the only amenities working were pool and hottub, but we still were charged the full price for that.
In total, everything was horriplating for me and I avoided touching thins as much as possible. I was counting the days to leave and never come back.
We had flied all the way from Vancouver with our friends and it was a super low quality stay. Definitely not a 3-star hotel! Not recommended at all.

Cute little Ski Lodge vacation spot! Slightly dated with a few modern updates.

Housekeeping does not clean the best. Lots of spots left dirty in unit yet guests are charged a $70 cleaning fee.

Not much to do but on site with a small Aqua park (slides, infinity pool, & hot tub (sauna to come) (these are part of your activities fee you pay too).

Lots to do in the surrounding area in summer and skiing in the winter.

Note, not sound proof between floors so you can hear others. Plus there is a resort fee stating at $29 and going to $69 per night on-top of your booking fee to cover the amenities as well as a house cleaning fee of $70.

Nightly rates /booking rates start at $72 per night and increase by room size.

Très bonnes chambres pour un week-end en famille pour profiter de la nature ou tout simplement pour se baigner dans les belles piscines.

*Writing this on behalf of my parents* - Horrible experience. We are not picky or fancy people but this place was horrific. Broken lamps, missing light bulbs, dirty floors, the electric recliner couch was full of disgusting stains and not working. Washroom sink was constantly clogged and leaking, and the toilet stunk until I realized it had feces around the inner rim. Front of the house service was just as bad, unhelpful, unpleasant. We stayed a week and none of these issues were addressed by staff. Note that we were also there in April, it's not like they were super busy and couldn't address these issues. Such an unpleasant experience. We will never return.

This place was not clean, we had months worth of food crumbs under the stove, between the cupboards, under the stove burners. Carpet was discussing, bugs & dirt in the ceiling light fixtures. Some dishes still dirty, bathroom disgusting. Leatherette couch & chair flaking off, had to use a bed sheet to cover so we had a place to sit.
We have been members of RCI for 30 years, never had accommodations so bad.
This is our 3rd time at this resort, we will not return.

where do I start
1) main bathroom was disgusting. Tub needed a good cleaning. No safety mat or tub stripes to keep you from falling. Brown goop embedded in middle of mirror. Towels were stained and some were frayed and falling apart. Tile was so loose it rocked on floor. 2) smoke detector hanging by its wire from ceiling. 3) full kitchen? Only a frying pan and a cookie sheet. Not one pot to cook in. Garbage bags just thrown in top and bottom of cupboard. Sink needed a good cleaning. Dustpan completely broken and missing a portion of it. 4) during freezing rain and snow, no shovels or ice melt to safely walk out to your car. 5) pillows were disgusting, all stained and flat.
There was no attention to any details. Clock on dining room wall did not work. Burnt-out light bulbs needed to be replaced. Picture in sm bedroom was askew on the wall.
They insisted on 40.00 a day for amenities. All immenities were closed except for the water park that was supposed to be up and running outdoors in freezing rain and snow. We stayed for 5 days and made the best of it under the conditions but left earlier than planned. When we called to talk to manager a woman that we talked to was so VERY RUDE. All we asked that a lower immenity rate be charged. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and overly rude. We paid the rci rate but never again. I would not stay here if you gave it out free.

J'ai trouvé un masque de covid sur le plancher en avant des lits
avec beaucoup de poussières ce qui ne devrait pas être.
Le rideau de la douche était sale et défraichis.
Les murs ont besoin de peinture incluant les passages.
Je n'avais pas droit à la piscine et au gymnase même si je payais une chambre privée pour une vacance à cause des normes du gouvernement il demandait un passeport.
1 point positif, ils ont apporté un mirco-ondes dans la chambre. 2e point positif
le Mont Sainte-Anne est près J'ai demandé un remboursement à booking. Je donne 2 points sur 5 désolé.

We had a terrific time. The staff were so friendly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and it was really nice. Lots of room!

The condos are a good value for the price. The beds and pillows could be improved, however, the bathrooms are clean, there is plenty of parking, the kitchen has everything we need. Bring your own coffee, we thought there would be a few individual packets but got some at the Couche Tard down the road. The kids love the pool and splash pad

Bon emplacement et installation aquatique intéressante.

Les unités mériteraient tout de même un certain rafraîchissement. La Covid complique le service à la clientèle, mais le propriétaire fait les efforts nécessaires.

Somme toute, un endroit recommandé et abordable pour la famille.

Superbe endroit pour les vacances en famille.
Le SPA avec toutes ces installations est formidable.

Avis aux parents! Avec de jeunes enfants, cet endroit est idéal. Le petit parc aquatique, avec ses nombreuses piscines avec une eau confortablement tempérée, ses glissades de différents niveaux et ses jeux d’eau, occupe facilement une journée pour les enfants. Petit bémol: l’obligation pour les clients RCI de payer pour toute la semaine peu importe le nombre de fois qu’on va dans le parc aquatique (ce qui monte quand même à 320$ pour un condo 2 chambres). Un peu de souplesse serait souhaitable de ce côté. Mais toute la famille s’est bien amusée et a profité des installations presque tous les jours. Destination à découvrir tout près de Québec.

Le service à la clientèle, la nourriture au resto tout était excellent, le condo très propre et très fonctionnelle, les piscines et spa très bien entretenu, je vous le recommande, très bel endroit familial

Moi quand je suis allée à cet endroit pour mes vacances j'ai trouvé cela super, propre pas tellement loin de Québec et que l'on parte d'un côté ou l'autre il y a de très beaux paysages. Club Vacances MSA est un bel endroit reposant. Bravo à vous.

Très bien situé, beaucoup de possibilités d'activités sur place et à proximité en toutes saisons, facile d'accès, confortable. Plaît autant aux adultes qu'aux enfants. Près du Vieux Québec. Fiers Membre depuis 25 ans.

Très malpropre; (cheveux dans la baignoire, poussière, vieux bas sous une table du salon). Mal équipé (pas de grille pain, pas de ciseaux ou de plaques à cuisson, pas de couverture chaude, télévision et téléphone non fonctionnels). Mal entretenu (fenêtres difficiles à ouvrir, moisissures, galeries avec mousse verte et peinture écaillée). Et malheureusement, service à la clientèle déficient. Je ne le recommande pas du tout.

Endroit bien situé près de plusieurs activités, golf, ski, etc. Pas trop loin de Québec, excellent restaurants dans les environs,
Seul bémol: la politique d'utilisation des nouvelles installations des jeux d'eau devrait être plus clair.

L'endroit est propre, facile d'accès et contient toutes les commodités recherchées dans ce type d'hébergement (cuisine fonctionnelle, aire de repos relaxante, chambres de bonne grandeur). De plus, l'accès aux activités extérieures est privilégié et facile d'utilisation.
Le restaurant bar offre une très belle vue sur le Mont Ste-Anne et la cuisine est un must pour les fins pallets.

The place is well located. Kitchen stuff was incomplete and falling apart. Our towels and blankets were rough and thin, with wholes in it.

The pool area renos are wonderful for children, unfortunately after the 3rd day, the pool heater broke and the water was freezing, no one was entering the pools, because of COVID the restrictions were severe and well respected, the daily obligation to have a wrist band to enter the pool area was not respected even after I had complained, nothing was done, the couple was told at the reception couinter that they had no access to the pool as they were staying in an area that excluded the pool but barely a half hour later the whole family was all in the pool and their friend did not put on their wrist bands but kept them on a towel to show, but they did not have enough for the 11 people in their party. Totally not respectful of the other guests who follow rules.

Rendu visite à des amis en vacances dans ces jolies appartements avec tout le confort possible.
Les escaliers pour accéder au logement sont un peu épeurante par leur fragilité mais la grandeur du patio auquel elles nous conduisent compense pour le frisson qu'on ressent en les franchissant.
Bien situé par rapport aux pentes de skis, ce doit être superbe en hiver

I know this is more of a winter resort but decided to take a chance this summer. Went there with the family which included two kids under the age of two. I was sceptical at the beginning but it turned out to be an amazing vacation. Great resort with A newly installed splash pad and pool for the kids to stay distracted and very occupied.
The resort itself was the first one as you drove up the mountain which made it easier for trips to the city.
I have yet to visit during the winter but will give it a 5 star rating for the summer vacation we had.
There were renovations going on but considering they were very accommodating and still fully functional.
There was a full kitchen, all utensils and appliances needed and Wi-Fi through and through the resort.
Very very accommodating in all aspects.
Highly recommended at this point.
Note, you will definitely require a vehicle to venture off the premises.
As per shopping, drive down to the local grocery ‘Super C’. Great prices and they have everything you can possibly need.

They barely cleaned the place, there was hair and dirt on the toilet and dirt on shelves.they didn’t even have sheets for the pullout couch in the room.the furniture was fake leather and very worn.if they can’t even wipe a shelve and toilet seat what else are they not cleaning.this is unacceptable especially during covid

WORST stay of my life! This was a timeshare/RCI exchange. They claimed to have all other rooms not available except the one by the road, where I couldn't even open the windows in the living room because of the noise. The manager yells at you, noone at the reception has ever heard of customer service and greets you with a scowl. NO amenities due to COVID, yet they charge an amenity fee- YES! Believe that! Nothing to do in the area since amenities closed. Horrible waste of time, should've stayed in quebec city.

Endroit mal entretenu moisissures dans le bain et surtout frais cachés. Cafetiere tres sale et bouilloire inutilisabble. Vaisselles sales et même trou dans couvertures Je n'avais jamais vu cela!

Disgusting.simply disgusting.the manager, the reception, the room.they appeared to not be able to 'find' my reservation even after RCI faxed it to them twice.the most RUDE staff ever. Charge $200 a week for NOTHING! No amenities, no mid- week cleaning, nothing.disgusting place, maybe only ok if you need a place for skiiing, i would never come there for anything else.

Très beau site. Situé tout près du mont Ste-Anne pour le ski, tout près de St-Féréol-les-Neiges pour la raquette et le ski de randonnée.
A 30 min de la ville de Québec.

Nous avons adoré l'expérience. Beaux condos très propres.
Randonnée pédestre au mont-St. -Anne, les chutes Larose tout près. Si on veut s'éloigner un peu, on a la ville de Québec (30 min) ou Baie St. -Paul (40 min).

The floors and the closets in our room were dirty with other people's hair and there were dust bunnies under the bed. The Wifi signal was weak and didn't work well, and the service was mediocre. I would not recommend this resort! Very disappointing!

Horrible customer service. Very bad experience with the receptionist. I've never thought staff can speak soo rudely to customers! Its because of customers you have your job! I will never recommend this place to any of my friends or family. You need to go back to school and learn proper manners. The experience left us shocked! We will never go to this place! 0 customer service!

Cet endroit devrait être fermer à mon avis. Le service ouin! Quel service de. Demande un prix de fou pour son côté aquatique qui est même pas règlement selon les normes. Si je pouvais mettre mes photos de tous mes blessures que je me suis faite dans la piscine (8). J’ai même dû aller à l'hôpital Pour me faire prescrire des antidouleurs.ce qui est le pire dans tout ça c’est qu’ils m’ont vu tombés. La seule chose qu’ils ont trouvés le plus intelligent à faire c’est de me faire de l’intimidation à moi et mes enfants. En plus de tout ça, ils interdisent les chiens mais quand vous allez à la réception. Deviner qu’est ce qui y’a arrière du comptoir 2 chiens. Bravo! Quelle manque de savoir vivre de leur part. Je déconseillé vive cet endroit. Pour montrer comment ils sont des gens malhonnêtes. On a pas le choix de mettre une étoile pour publier.

J'ai mis une étoile parce que je ne peux pas mettre moins. Hôtel malhonnête et pas professionnel. Pas de grille tarifaire, on a été surchargé de force pour des frais de piscines (non mentionné à l'arrivée). On a eu des propos malveillants à nos égards. Le wifi est en supplément.

Condos propres mais manquait d'équipement de cuisine. La piscine n'etait pas encore ouverte le 27 juin donc manque de preparation.

The overall experience was great. This is a nice place to stay however, there were a few things I was not overly keen on.

The shower head in the bathroom was a little aggressive and made it feel like you were showering with a pressure washer. The deck outside was not maintained and had tree branches all over it and the plastic patio set was very dirty. Lastly, the condo had a bit of an ant issue.

Lovely place that we will definitely came back again. Staff and management did everything to please us during our visit. I would give them more stars but only 5 allowed.

Condo juste propre, beaucoup de cheveux sur les tapis. Le réseau wi-fi est aussi bon que dans le fin fond de la savane.place à plusieurs améliorations.

I would suggest staying away from this resort until the construction is done. If you like waking up between 430 and 6am every morning to the sound of heavy construction equipment I guess you can ignore this review. Everyone else I would suggest waiting until they're done.

Also electronic amenities are very subpar. Bad internet, poor TV setup. The box in the living room controls the picture on the bedroom TV.

The area is beautiful and wonderful. This resort should have probably closed for construction.

Motel type of place, very old, VERY noisy, no one onsite at night so everything is permitted, screaming, running.
