Ce café-confiserie est l'endroit idéal pour déguster une succulente crème brûlée avec un bon cappuccino tout en contemplant les gens déambuler sur l'allée du Petit Champlain. Je vous suggère aussi leur crème glacée à la pistache aussi. Divine!

Pathetic service. We were seated under their air-conditioned which started to leak and dripped into our coffee and all over the sleeve. When we returned the coffee to the server, not only did she not offer a refund but also blatantly said that its not their problem that their AC is leaking and there's nothing she can do about it. Didn't even offer napkin to clean the clothes. Never returning again!

Worst customer service, AC leaked, and all the dirty leaked water went in my coffee, on my clothes, and my hairs. The reply from the manager was I'm not responsible or fix the AC. Didn't even refund for coffee. Avoid this place!

The ice cream wasn't good, rather tasteless and the atmosphere wasn't particularly cozy.

I don’t understand some of these reviews. We had some of the best coffee and dessert here! Stopped in after dinner had gelato, a cake pop, coffee cake and coffee. The coffee cake was seriously the best coffee cake I’ve ever had! Oh my goodness it was delicious! It went perfectly with their coffee. The cake pop was delicious and moist and the kids loved the gelato!

So happy to have come across this lovely cafe in Quebec City! They offer a variety of gelato flavours, including keto options! Do give it a try for sugar-free options!

I was told by waitress to wait for the coffee. She forgot to bring it after it was prepared, few minutes, she brought it cold. Croissant was able for hardness tests. My girfriend’s cappuccino came with unexpected smell of something that definitely shouldn’t be there. One star for her’s chocolate muffin, it was great.

Great service! We love sitting by the window while having a nice cup of coffee. I really loved their bagel and soup of the day. The servers were super friendly and helpful. If you’re walking around old town and need a place to rest, consider this place!

On va à cette endroit seulement parce que c’est les chocolats préférés de mon grand-père. Le service à la clientèle est très mauvais. Il ne mette pas leurs horaires à jour. Ça fait deux ans de suite que les jours avant Noël il ferme à 18: 00 au lieu de 21: 00. Il ferme aléatoirement à l’heure qu’il décide. On arrive, ils sont encore là, nous regarde par la fenêtre et vienne nous dire que ces fermés. Il ne veule même pas nous faire payer pour une boîte de chocolats déjà préparer. Encore plus décevant la veille d’une journée de tempête.

Excellent hot chocolate on a cold day. Yummy and tasty! Chocolate croissant was amazing to pair with as well. Excellent service. Worth all the five stars and I mean it.

Éviter cette endroit à tout pris. La place est extrêmement malpropre, nous ne pouvons même pas s’assoir sur les chaises tellement elle sont tachées et dégoûtantes. Les pâtisseries sont sec et pas fraiche. Si vous mangez sur place, il vous serve le café dans une tasse en carton avec des ustensiles en plastique. Très mal tenue, désolant de voir ce type de commerce dans un cartier aussi féerique que le petit Champlain.
