Very ableist organization that needs to get with the current science. They do not care if you cannot walk and do not offer any physical therapy or other therapies for scoliosis, herniated discs, etc. - they just want to focus on your feelings. They actually ignored my request for help with my physical injuries but called repeatedly to ask about my feelings. They also have no knowledge of ME/CFS and they think someone with that condition can go to their group meetings 4x a week for several hours a day, if I could sit in meetings for hours then I'd go back to work and not waste time talking about my feelings.

A special thanks to David Lam, Jody and the rest of the team that came together and got me back on my feet. There's not enough words to express my gratitude. They are truly experts in their fields. Much thanks.

Mon conjoint a eu besoin des services de l'orthésiste, nous avons eu un service super. Au deuxième rendez-vous en plus de récupérer l'orthése elle avait même prit la peine de lui faire venir 4paires de souliers pour essayer avec son orthèse. Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre écoute.

Les services techniques se foutent des clients. Donnent des rendez-vous et ne les tiennent pas.

Shipping and receiving staff zleaves much to be desired. I arrived at 12: 02pm for a delivery and they guy told me i had to wait to wait till 1: 00pm. If he had time to tell me to wait he had time to sign for 3 boxes.

The professionals were very accommodating and helpful in the TBI department. The only person i would avoid if possible is Valerie Leclusse (neuropsychologist) who has a two dimensional understanding of the issue at hand and has a strong confirmation bias which can impede progress due to the weight she holds in team decisions. She is otherwise a nice person. Otherwise try to ask for Sara Belanger who is excellent at getting to the bottom of things in a professional manner.
